Not much to report this week. Going well, 4 more male growths. These girls are on autopilot for the next 4 or 5 weeks. Finally done the last big defoliation. I am happy with the amount of tips, I dont mind sacrificing a little size and quality for a potentially much larger yeild. No real stretch to be seen, I guess the scrog is to blame for that. A side note, I may have a little bit of a micro nutrient deficiency, iron in particular. I know this is rare but I did miss the iron last week, long story. Its presenting from the top down with choloris near the leaf base moving outwards. I also think I have a slight k abundance at this stage but the plant should take care of that as it begins to demand more.

Day 77-84 (April 17th-24th) (Day 78) I honestly cant believe I’ve been vegging this long. The growth for almost 80 days of veg is laughable. I’ve compiled a little list of what has gone wrong so far. - I added too much glacial moraine which made the soil too water retentive - I’ve been foliar feeding too much kelp - I gave too many bloom nutrients for a plant in veg - EDIT: DID NOT WATER ENOUGH AT ONCE The plants have been drooping like crazy this past week and I’m going to try watering in a full gallon per plant. I first thought it was from the medium not drying out enough, soil compaction ect. and I’m sure those are definitely areas where my soil mix could improve but the bottom of the container is pretty damn dry. I could actually be under watering despite soaking the top with 500ml a day. I’m going to sit the pots on some plastic sheeting so they don’t evaporate as much from the bottom and water in a full gallon each making sure I get some runoff. I was going to wait until I get my air pump but fuck it, it’s coming tomorrow afternoon. The pots are so big that they’re not fully wetting to the bottom even with a gallon. I’m going to try to water in a gallon every 4 days while keeping the top soil moist with the sprayer. In hindsight 6 plants in 5-7 gallon pots would be the most ideal. (Day 79) Holy fuck did a full gallon watering make a difference. I should have been doing this the whole time. All 4 plants are praying and stretching upward like crazy. They just look more vigorous and happy within a day. I bet they will be even happier with that supplemental air. If things stay this smooth I should be able to flip around day 84, possibly earlier. Got my air pump in the mail today. This is kind of a shot in the dark so hopefully it works. It’s super loud and vibrates like crazy. First I’m going to try running it 24/7 and see if there is any improvement over the next few days. If it does work, I’ll try running it on my humidity controller so it’s not constantly humming and will only turn on when the humidity is high. I’m going to turn the night time temps down to 70f to prevent root problems now that I’m watering much bigger amounts less frequently and it’s getting warmer during the day. (Day 81/Day 1F) Ever since I’ve been watering in the proper amounts I have seen an absolute explosion in growth. I’ve decided to flip today, now that I’m confident my soil mix isn’t completely fucked. I might run into some N/mg problems during the stretch so I will make sure to give a final foliar feeding around the end of week 1. (Day 3F) So I’m literally seeing dwc growth rates now. Plants have grown more in the last 5 days than the last 3 weeks. If I had stayed at this pace of growth since day 1, I would have an 8 foot tall plant or I would be halfway through flower already. Oh well. Good learning experience. *grits teeth* I’m going to put up the second layer of trellis before these girls stretch out of control. Bbb#3 is seriously stretchy and will likely more than double in size in the next 2 weeks. The other 4 are all quite stout and bushy. I’m giving a light, preemptive defoliation each day and picking off some of the lower sucker branches. I will do a full strip around day 21F.

Week 16 - 06/28 - 07/04 Light - 200 W HPS & 265 W LED Day Temperature - 78 F Night Temperature - 68 F Humidity - 40 +/-5 D59 Flower - Came home from vacation to some fat sugar coated buds! I flushed them with FloraKleen and molasses, this should be the last one before I snip down the main colas. Since they are close to harvest, I spent about an hour defoliating so harvest will go a little quicker. D60 Flower - So I pulled the ladies out to breathe, take pics, and to do a partial harvest. I cut the main colas off of all the plants and am allowing the lower bud sites to dense up. Until I harvest the lower part, here is the wet weight by plant: RG 1 - 177 g. RG 2 - 214 g. RG Clones - 88

These little girls seem to be moving along as their mother plants did on day 7 in 4" pots of soil, the average clones is 3" to 6" tall, I will try to stretch these girls to 12-14" by next Sat to get ready to transplant to 3gal grow bags as the 4" pots should be root bound by then, will update on next transplant

Through germination and was delighted to experience 100% success rate👍 Killer Kush in other diaries has been more squat but a thick grower........time will tell😀 So far this pheno has been slower coming out but I notice she was a fat seed and her leaves are already thicker as well on her first set of true leaves........maybe a slow Indica?? Sweet Seeds is always solid and expect this girl to bring a smile at some point👌👍 Greater focus on VPD this run. Already pushing the humidity higher than I ever have with having controller set at 72% with temperature at 79 degrees. I have been reviewing the numbers and I have normally been close but it looks like I have to raise everything by about 10% and for a few weeks long😬😬😬😬😬😬 Trust the science and lets learn some more from this grow!!! *****Daily Detail: Apr 11, Day 1: - VPD - 1.2 - 500ml first watering given with nutrients as listed. (minus Velokelp) - pH water to 5.6 - Girl is up and looking like she is ready to go. Apr 12, Day 2: - VPD - 1.0 - 500ml feeding with VeloKelp @ 2ml/L, Piranha & Voodoo @ 1ml/L. pH to 5.6 - lowered light intensity a bit more. - leaves are wide already on her first set. Apr 13, Day 3 - VPD - 1.2 - 500ml water with 0.5ml/L each of Piranha & Voodoo, Dual Fuel. - 300ppm with 5.4pH. Apr 14, Day 4 - VPD - 1.1 - 500ml water with Virtathrive and Piranha & Voodoo Juice @ 1ml/L, VeloKelp @ 2ml/L, and SensiCal @ 0.5ml/L. - 210ppm with 5.5pH. - She is gaining speed!!!! She is the fastest out of the bunch now. 2.5” tall and pushing out her second leaves pretty hard.😀👍 Apr 15, Day 5 - VPD 1.0 - 250ml water with VeloKelp @ 1ml/L. - 95ppm with 5.4pH. - She was a little slow in the seed but has been doing very will getting taller so far. Colour is good and she getting thicker leaves. Leaves really separating. - Moved all the girls today one spot in a clockwise rotation. - Noticed more residual moisture on the bottom of the pots than anticipated. Apr 17, Day 7 - VPD 1.1 - Turned on flower light on UnitFarm this afternoon and they are happier. - Dry out day today and no added water/feed, just misting. - Let the medium dry out a bit and give a nice week 2 feed tomorrow.....they are ready for a little more nutrients now. - She is doing well. Plants are getting close to harvest time White Widow will be first with the Blueberry ready for harvest a week after. Thc production on the white widow plant is insane the bud clusters are covered in trichromes.

Coming on strongly, nice green healthy little plants. Quite happy with these. Added Canna Calmag agent to the feed schedule.

Week 18 Day 120 (11/12/2020): I checked the girls’ trichomes and they are looking great. They are definitely getting more amber but still a small percentage. Also most of the pistils have browned now so I think they are about 2 weeks away from harvest now. At the next watering I will definitely start the flush! Day 121 (12/12/2020): The girls are looking good today but definitely starting to go more and more yellow. But I think during this time it is actually good news and I will be happy for those girls taking up all the nutrients left into the buds to make them extra tasty!🤤 Day 122 (13/12/2020)💧: Sooo this week is the start of the flush, just 1.5L of water. They are definitely ready for the flush and the buds are looking gorgeous! So gorgeous, in fact, that we cannot wait for the girls to be ready. So I cut some stems off to dry 🙊 We basically realised that they will not be ready and dry by Christmas (plus we would want to still cure them for min 2 weeks) and so I cut some of the smaller stems off to get some buds ready for Christmas celebrations 🎄 I only cut off 2 stems (one from each girl) of the buds that were at the bottom. I’ve put them into a box with holes in a room that has good airflow. I’ll also make sure to weigh them and add it to the final dry weight. They do look super amazing though and definitely quite purple Day 123 (14/12/2020): Didn’t have time today to take pics of the girls but I’m sure they are fine 😉 Day 124 (15/12/2020): I swear the buds look fatter and fatter every single day that I check them. Looking great, smelling great, and will definitely taste great! Day 125 (16/12/2020)💧: Second flush of the week, great stuff. Just gave them water and ripped off some dry leaves. There are some stems at the bottom that are still quite weak and cannot hold their weight. At this point it is too late to cut them off but I have definitely learned to lollipop for the future! Day 126 (17/12/2020): What a great end to the week and just 1 more week to go! Buds are looking astonishing at this point. And I swear they are getting more and more red even though I thought they wouldn’t. The trichomes are developing beautifully as well, definitely harvest-ready in just a few days! And next week, I will be watering twice and probably harvest after the whole week is finished, so on Christmas day! What a great present 🎁
