I've been feeding just water and allowing them to dry right back , I will harvest once the soil is dry again .

Shes booming through the stretch! Got branches rowing up great as she fills right out. Did a big defoliating of most the leaves under the first net. Allow some air flow through the under skirt. Did a preventative treatment using dr zhymes. Than gave her a good shower to wash off any residual build up. I'm just starting to see pre flowers coming in at the nodes. So she will still have some stretching period to go. I'd say atleast another week of stretching out and filling up my net. Before I start seeing those white stigma pom poms coming in at the bud sites. Lets see what this lady can do. Until next update. Happy growing and stay lit fam.

Day 22 and 23: Going easy breezy so far!! I released some ladybugs in my tents on these Chocolate Mint OG's 21st day. So far so good lol. Last night when I watered I gave a little real growers recharge to help with the recent transplant (it definitely gave them a boost!) Its mid summer here in MI and 84+ temps 😬 keeping the house and tents cool has been a challenge to say the least. Thankfully all my plants are in Veg and seem to like the heat. Except the Choc Mint.they are showing mild heat stress on the top fan leaves(at least that's my guess) Tent temps have been around 86 down to 84 daytime. I lowered them so they are 24" from the lights 🤞 hopefully that helps. Other than that, no problems. And some generally happy plants! The recharge and soil combo burned them a very little bit as well. Day 25&26 Nothing too eventful. I watered #2 on day 25. With some real growers recharge. The stuff is awesome! No nutrients needed if you have good soil! Day 26: snip 2 fan leaves from #2(the topped one) she was getting a little bushy. And tucked the other fans under to promote some lower branch growth. #1 I'm letting roll totally natural unless I clean up lower canopy to prevent pests. Day 27: Plants are doing great! #1 is really getting tall and # 2 is staying short and squat because of the training. We are letting #1 go naturally. Hello Diary. The first week of flowering is behind us. The plants grew to almost 1 m. and I had to attach the lights to the box itself because the height of the box of 178 cm is not enough to maintain a distance of 35 cm from the plant itself. 😟 Unfortunately, their roommate, the Green Gelato Automatic is now too far away from the light, although I raised it, it is still some 50cm away. Earlier in the week, I changed the light regime to 20/4, four hours of sleep from the start of flowering. I started giving BioBizz full range for the first week of flowering. They began to be more thirsty than before, which is not surprising given the height of the plants. They are very elongated, especially when compared to the Green Gelato which remained small and dense. I started adding Cal-Mag, preventively, since I had a shortage of Cal-Mag with Somango and Royal Haze before. The temperature is higher than I want, around 27-28 degrees, but it’s summer, it could be a lot worse. That’s the advantage of Led lights, and the Migro was a great choice. Humidity in the air is about 50-55%, which is currently good.😀 The tips of the upper leaves are intensely yellow, I sincerely hope it’s a little stress due to the heat, or is it something else, we’ll see. Otherwise the plants look satisfied, there are no signs that they are missing anything. I hope it doesn’t grow too high anymore because I will have a problem like with Mother Gorilla in an earlier grow. The leaves are not too dense so the light reaches the lower branches to some extent, but I am planning a small defoliation next week. 10/07/2020 - Day 22. I changed the light regime to twenty hours of light and four hours of sleep. It was also watering day. They got the full range of BioBizz for the first week of flowering. I prepare 9 liters of water each time in which I put BioBizz, p.H. I regulate with Plagron’s, Lemon Kick and as of this week I’ve started adding Cal Mag preventively. With that amount of water, I water all three plants evenly. 12/07/2020 - Day 24. Watering. The procedure is the same as the previous times. This time I also filmed the way I do it. 15/07/2020 - Day 27. Watering. Same 9 liters as before, with full BioBizz and preventive Cal-Mag. 16/07/2020 - Day 28. Photography and filming. #1 first week in and she putting on some lovely blossoms....tied down a few of her branches (LST) and she is jus spreading her wings #2 diet seemed to be a off so increase potassium looks like it balanced out..jus watching it to see....also lock off extended hours of light so she can start to get ready to go into flowering

I am very happy with the results of this growth cycle. I have improved my techniques for growing plants (LST and topping) and methods for stopping mite infestation. I didn't get a great harvest(not too much big flowers), but I like the result, nice compact and very good smelling buds.I make a wet trimming process and after this I tried for the first time to wash the buds before the drying process, because I use the foliar products to defeat the mites and the result is excellent (the ganja tastes good when I smoke it). Next time I will try to grow bigger and denser flowers to get a bigger harvest💪💪😊. An excellent plant that I would recommend to beginners, who want to experiment without risking too much.

as you can see the girls are growing despite having had and I think deficiencies from the beginning of flowering but I have increased the dose of nutrient and the first results are starting to show. they started forming flowers so i still think 3-4 weeks to cut we will see next week if we start flush and hope for a decent harvest 🌱

Helllllo! Fuck that storm! Almost had no power, luckily... and I mean LUCKILY, the power stayed on, but dayyyum was it nasty. Had issues with 1 plant not getting enough light... so I got another 600w. The 450w is great, for 1 plant. No longer a problem, but had some leggy ladies on 1 plant due to this issue. Buds are forming nicely, but non-the-less, MOAR LIGHTS. Advanced Nutrients is fuckin' ridiculous. I can't say enough good things. Just keep up with the diary, it's gonna get nusto pretty soon. 8/19: One of my AK-47 seeds all just showed their taproot. She's been put in her jiffy pellets and I will be creating another diary shortly. The rest is on cruise control bayyybayyyy! ***At this stage, being my first grow, I finally visualized what and why the "Scrog Method" works. It's fucking insane how you can build a canopy to bush out and be so top-friendly. I'll be sure to use this method... eventually! It was just a nice "lightbulb" moment of understanding reality vs. research.

Hello Everybody, now on day 50! According to breeder only 11 days to go, i now think its probably closer to a month. So im gonna continue with nutes for at least 2 more weeks. I notice some big vertical growth from the main and the 3 other big side branches. Still doing some sort of LST as you can see on the pics. Buds finally are starting to show some growth also. My only concern its that i see the top bud a little hidden inseide all those leaves pointing up. Is that normal? Thanks again. Any advice is welcome!

This is part of a gentle, prolonged flush phase I like to implement, giving the plants a chance to metabolize and fade naturally. The goal is to promote clean, vibrant flowers that finish with optimal expression, without rushing the process. No forced flush, just time and care. Lighting-wise, the spectrum has been tuned with precision — we’re currently running 40% on the whites, with reds and UVs at 100% to drive trichome development, resin production, and color expression in these final days. The plants are loving it — they’re soaking in the deeper wavelengths that signal the end of their life cycle and responding with a final push of energy. And yes — we’ve been running 11 hours of light and 13 hours of darkness from the very start of flower. It’s not the usual 12/12, and it comes with its pros and cons.
