Put them both into 10ltr pots at the end of last week. The sun hasn't been about to much so they haven't done much but they are getting taller and stretching a bit. I've got more seeds but will probably take cuttings from these two as they will be more mature and must be closer to showing sex 👍

In to week 2 of flower, screen starting to fill in nicely. Nothing much else to report, everything looking healthy with no signs of any deficiencies, really stepped up a gear with growth now. I’ll be doing some more tucking to fill the screen completely over the next few days, final defoliation and clean up below the screen next week and that should be the training finished till harvest.

Auto Opium week 8 8/11-17 For my outside ladies, Opium, Auto Opium, Fractal, and Lemon Cake not much changed. They continue lovin life outside. These ladies are maturing as many fans are yellowing and falling off. Temps are comfortable following Storm Debbie., in the 80 with low humidity Auto Opium is thin and spindly, branches continue to bend so I added hoop supports. I sure hope she makes it to the end in one piece. If necessary, I remove the colas and chuck into the freezer.. Buds are fattening up, trichomes are minimal at this time but some fragrance is starting to be noticed. 2nd time growing this strain. Was the best of the bunch last harvest under a cheap 300W LED drawing ~100W from the wall yet still gave me over 4oz Hoping under this brand new Spider Farmer SF-4000 I'll get much more. Just fed plain water in week 1.

week intel: im felling in love with them everything is good . this week was time of second net layer , the first layer was for spreading the branches and doing LST now the second layer is for supporting branches for later weeks when the buds gain weight and gets heavy the net will hold branch stand up without benting. stresses: im just gonna cause a little E.C stress to raise the terpens. i found their max tolerance is 1.9 E.C so im not gonna reach or get close to that amount again and beside this wont cause any more streses untill week 6 that will do second pruning and we are done with trainings then. feeding: as always im feeding plants 3 times per week with nutrients , no plain water at all, just with nutrients with adjusted p.h at this order : day 1 : i feed them heavy with silicate +base nutrients(calcium & micros + Bloom) and karbo about 950 ppm - 1.8 e.c to cause a little e.c stress. day 3 : i feed them low dose for start of Green House Feeding Booster around 267 ppm - 0.6 e.c alone cuz this bad boy is very strong. day 5 : i feed them with medium dose of Top-Max around 160 ppm - 0.3 e.c to let them recover the stresses and eat the previous nutrients untill next feed at next week and the next 2 days will rest and eat :D just remember never feed them plain water besides the first week of germination always feed water with nutrients to feed them right p.h every time and to avoid excess water problems, and let them eat the previous meal for 24 hours and dry the soil, so at total only feeding nutrients 3 times a week other days let them dry and rest

First week in the new Tent with the new lights. There may have been some shock going on in the beginning of the week as the plants adjusted to the new setup. I am using 2 1000W lights (165W each at the outlet) in a 2 x 4 tent by vivosun. LSD-25: Still by far my favorite. Had a few issues this week. Early on I noticed the leaves were really starting to droop. My watering cycle seems ok, I decided to let them dry out a little more. I then noticed on some spotting on the leaves. after doing some reading I decided to feed all three plants with some herb and vegetable food. It is a 3-4-4 blend. It also has Ca, and Mg. Noticed an immediate change and she picked right back up. There has been some stretching, Nothing major, I did screw up and cut off a flower, or a would be flower. White Widow: My second favorite this grow. Nice bushy plant. However it is not auto flowering, so it will wait its turn and go in the other tent with the other widows. i fed her the 3-4-4 blend as well. Did some defoliation this week, not alot of height, but overall good growth I think for the week. Sleepy Yoda: The slowest of the three. She really picked up this week. I think the PH being so far out in the beginning stunted her pretty bad, but there has been a nice recovery. I fed the 3-4-4 blend and did some defoliation as well as continued LST. I added a time lapse of the days after the feeding. Shows some growth. Going to reposition next week to look more at the LSD-25/

26.12.24: I have noticed light stress on my plants. I had moved the lights further away and increased the light intensity to 70%. Unfortunately that created some issues. Namely severe palour of the leaves. To try and rectify the situation, I've dimmed the lights to about 30%, staying at the same distance, about 30 inches away. I measured the par levels, after I did this. They should a reading of anywhere between 40 and 150, at the canopy of the plants. They are all different sizes. This seems to have improved the colouring on all plants. After this evenings watering, I will monitor recovery and increase lighting intensity again slowly. I am also using the light cycle of 21/3, so the plants have many hours more light to absorb, than for example 12/12 or 18/6. I am pleased with the progress, considering all of my mistakes! 29.12.24: So I finally gave LST a shot, it's probably a bit too late, however I really want to get the most of the triploid pheno, and I went a little crazy and LST'd all plants except 2, as they're too small. I did that late last night, this afternoon I was amazed to see the plants turn their leaves back to the light source. I'm glad I overcame my fear of trying it. I'm very excited to see them adapt and progress! 😁 there are videos above with before and after of my LST process. Thanks for checking out my diary 🍃 ✌️

Amazing old school strain. Cakes to the stem and oily to the touch. All buds are rock hard and freakin hand size. Taste is of harsh lemon while some are more haze. Both pheno tastes are great imo. This turned out great and would grow again in the future. If only trimming were easier with this one.

The buds are pretty airy.. Not dense at all. But still very happy with the outcome. Can't wait to have it all weighed out.. (Dry of course) The root ball was HUGE... I always have an issue with drying too quick (3 days) so, I'm hoping that the box with the computer fan will still move enough air to keep mold from growing.. But not too much to dry out too fast. Also, keeping it in an unused room that stays alot cooler than the rest of the house. Will update when dried and ready for jars! 50 hours of drying.. She still seems pretty moist.. At least.. That's what she said.. Lol.. Had to.. Anyways.. Yeah leaves are still pretty soft almost lively kinda still.. Not crispy.. Trying to make this dry super slow.. And NO hay smell so far.. That's a good thing.. I think.. As long as it still smells like dank.. Tired of drying my buds too quick or too much if I push for 4 days.. 3 days is not good enough.. Im pushing for at least.. AT LEAST 5 days drying and the buds still able to produce about 65% humidity, or so, on their own.. That is what has worked best for me.. Even if it dried in 3 days.. As long as I get the humidity right for curing it wont ruin the terpenes from what I have been experiencing.. Anybody got any other ideas? Lol cuz what I find on the net doesnt work for me.. I didnt wanna use a fan on this.. And im only using a very small weak computer fan that I rigged up to use even less power.. Just scared to dry this too quickor too much.. Thinking about turning the fan off for a little bit.. Maybe the rest of the day and night.. Ok.. So 6 hours after I turned the fan off.. Still reading 55% RH and 20.5C.. It shouldnt mold *crosses fingers* 74 hours drying.. The buds seem very very airy.. And it seems like its one of those types that look like alot but really weighs half of what it looks.. Maybe when I trim her up she'll look better.. Still a very fun and interesting learning experience! On to the next! Still going to update more!!! Probably tomorrow lol Its been a little over 100 hours of drying and the buds and leaves are feeling pretty crisp.. If I wait till the branches "snap" then it usually comes out too dry.. And so far jars 1 and 2 which are the popcorn buds is ready 70% after being in the jars for about 2 hours.. That is too wet still.. Just going to burp very frequently (3 or 4 times daily) and using a fan for a few minutes to help pull that moisture out and let her go right back into curing.. That's the best way I can get it to not smell like hay.. So far so good.. Still smells pretty dank. Some of the nugs are so linky it reminds me of Dr. Grinspoon's from Barney's Farm.. The calyxs are just spaced apart by stem.. Still looks pretty and smells great.. And smokes even better!.. Will update as I go... After about 24 hours in the jars.. The hygrometers are reading 70% - 75% so I left them out overnight to dry out a bit more.. Just put them back into the jars and will check on them when I get home from work tonight.. I'd much rather not dry enough.. Than over dry ANY DAY.. ifit was overdried, it would smell like hay.. But it still smells dank asf.. Plus.. This is just technically giving more time to dry before the cure.. I read that this is considered the "pre-cure phase"... Wish I would have read that before my last 3 - 4 harvests.. It seems to be working pretty well. This has details that I could not find anywhere else and basically had to try and figure out on my own... Then I came across this page.. This is the perfect method for curing in my opinion.. Works great for me! Its been in the jars for 6 days.. I now have the hygrometers reading 61% - 63%... According to that website.. I should stop burping daily.. That makes me a little nervous.. I will atleast open each jar daily to get a wiff of them lol.. They smell pretty good.. Not the best I've smelled.. But atleast I know I'm doing it right this time.. Geez.. The drying and curing is the most detailed part of growing.. My first time i thought you just dry it and throw it into the jars.. No matter how long or short of time it took lol.. My first grow was reading 49% after 3 days of drying.. With a fan!.. So glad I got it figured out finally! Made some Bubble Hash with the trim.. Havent weighed it.. But judging by the size (plus I used to be addicted to black tar heroin) it looks like it could be just about 2 grams.. I'll weigh it later.. Still haven't smoked any of it. I only used the 220 micron and 25 micron bags.. 220 to remove all the leafy substance and the 25 to catch all the trichomes.. Usually my bubble hash turns out very dry and breaks apart.. This stuff is super gooey.. Even after drying for 4 days.. Hmm... Smells amazing.. Wish I could smoke it.. I wonder if I could make capsules of this stuff.. And just take it like vitamins.. Lol.. If anybody has tried that or knows anything about it, comment please.. I'm curious A little after 2 weeks of curing.. The buds smell and taste pretty dank! I feel like I got the curing and drying down.. Yessss!

Week 5 off flowering Buds have grow and are solid with the smell starting to get alot more potent the THC crystals are looking nice Light 11cm from the top of bud Humidity staying around 45-50% Temp 23°c - 26°c Ph 6-6.3 Over all I'm happy with my first grow so far

🇩🇪 Woche 4 Vegetation 🌱 | Cherry Limeade 🍒🍋 Diese Woche hat mich die Cherry Limeade endlich etwas aufatmen lassen. 🙌 Sie ist innerhalb einer Woche von 8 cm auf 21 cm gewachsen – ein deutliches Zeichen dafür, dass das Wurzelsystem langsam beginnt, sich im Living Soil zu etablieren. 💚 Trotzdem bin ich überzeugt, dass der schwierige Start auf die direkte Keimung im sehr nährstoffreichen Living Soil zurückzuführen ist. Rückblickend war das für einen empfindlichen Sämling vermutlich einfach etwas zu viel. Ich vermute, dass die Wurzeln zunächst mit dem aktiven Boden zu kämpfen hatten und deshalb das oberirdische Wachstum lange hinterherhinkte. Für den nächsten Durchgang werde ich deshalb definitiv wieder Bottomless Pots mit BioBizz Light Mix verwenden, damit die Pflanzen zunächst in einem milderen Substrat anwachsen können und erst später in das Living Soil einwurzeln. 🌱 Leider war ich diese Woche auch drei Tage beruflich unterwegs. Während dieser Zeit hat sich meine Blumat-Bewässerung bei etwa 50 mbar eingependelt. Zusammen mit der zuvor sehr hohen Bodenfeuchtigkeit war der Wurzelbereich vermutlich dauerhaft etwas zu nass. Das könnte erklären, warum der jüngste Wuchs zwischenzeitlich leichte Aufhellungen und Verformungen gezeigt hat. Mittlerweile habe ich das Klima angepasst und den VPD auf etwa 1 kPa angehoben. Jetzt heißt es beobachten, wie sich der neue Wuchs entwickelt. 🌿 Ein weiteres Thema sind die Trauermücken. Die Population hat in den letzten Tagen etwas zugenommen, weshalb ich heute zum ersten Mal BTI über das Gießwasser anwenden werde. Ich hoffe, damit die Larven im Boden in den Griff zu bekommen, ohne das Bodenleben negativ zu beeinflussen. Mein Cover Crop entwickelt sich ebenfalls fast zu gut. 😅 Es nimmt inzwischen viel Platz ein und beeinflusst auch den Wasserverbrauch des Beets. Deshalb werde ich es in den kommenden Tagen Schritt für Schritt kräftig zurückschneiden und bis zur Blüte größtenteils entfernen. So sollte die Cherry Limeade wieder deutlich mehr Licht und Platz bekommen und das Blumat-System hoffentlich etwas konstanter arbeiten. 🌾✂️ Jetzt stehe ich noch vor der nächsten Entscheidung: Topping oder nur LST? 🤔 Eigentlich wollte ich morgen mit dem Topping beginnen, bin mir nach dem etwas holprigen Start aber noch nicht ganz sicher, ob ich der Pflanze lieber noch etwas Zeit geben sollte und zunächst nur LST anwende. Was würdet ihr an meiner Stelle machen? Trotz der kleinen Rückschläge bin ich mit der Entwicklung inzwischen wieder deutlich optimistischer. Looking back, it was probably a bit too much for such a young seedling. I believe the roots needed a long time to adapt to the highly active soil before the plant could really focus on above-ground growth. For my next run I’ll definitely use Almicanna Bottomless Pots filled with BioBizz Light Mix, allowing the seedlings to establish themselves in a gentler medium before growing down into the Living Soil bed. 🌱 Unfortunately, I was away on a business trip for three days this week. During that time, my Blumat irrigation system settled at around 50 mbar, leaving the root zone wetter than intended. This may explain the slight chlorosis and deformation that appeared on the newest growth. I’ve now adjusted the environment and increased the VPD to around 1 kPa. From here on, I’ll mainly watch how the new growth develops. 🌿 Another challenge has been fungus gnats. Their numbers have increased slightly, so today I’ll be applying BTI for the first time through the irrigation system. Hopefully this will control the larvae without disrupting the biology of the Living Soil. My cover crop has also become a little too successful. 😅 It now occupies a lot of space and noticeably affects the bed’s water consumption. Over the next few days I’ll gradually cut it back heavily and remove most of it before flowering, giving Cherry Limeade more space, light and helping the Blumat system become more stable. 🌾✂️ Now I’m facing my next decision: Topping or just LST? 🤔 I originally planned to top her tomorrow, but after the slow start I’m wondering if it would be better to give her a little more time and only use low stress training for now. What would you do? Despite the small setbacks, I’m feeling much more optimistic again.
