Mother Nature really came through for us this week with almost non-stop sunshine. The plants enjoyed every single ray of it and used that natural energy to full effect. I’ve been continuing with the LST (Low Stress Training) to keep the canopy nice and even, which you can check out in the latest photos. To help her out during these sunny days, I added a layer of pine bark to the top of the soil. This acts as a great mulch layer to prevent the topsoil from drying out too quickly and keeps the root zone cozy. Currently, my watering routine is very relaxed—just plain tap water and a bit CalMag twice a week is all she needs right now. Appearance: She is absolutely thriving! She looks incredibly healthy, vibrant, and continues to put on steady, solid growth. I couldn't be happier with how this beautiful lady is turning out. 👉 This year, RQS launched 5 new regular strains. The seeds are packed with10 pieces. 38 seeds out of 50 turned out beautiful (see my previous diaries). 👉 Before I put the plants into bloom, I took 2 cuttings from each plant. As soon as I knew which were the female plants, I deleted the male plants and the corresponding clones. 👉 Now I am going to raise the cuttings and flower the female plants in 5 new diaries. 9/20/2023. Things have been going great! I topped and gave first dose of NUTES 9/15. I obtained ILGM Nutes as an uninformed 1st time grower. Also, got 1 strain of seeds from weedseedsexpress. Germ 2 seeds, both growing strong, but they look completely different! I can't help but wonder to what strains these plants actually belong. The NUTES were given at 1/2 strength. FB responded well. #2 responded with Nitrogen Toxicity, displayed as claws appearing on top 2 sets of leaves leaf tips, but only the 3 center leaflets. Seems to be growing well again after 2 rounds of full watering until runoff. The FFHF & FFOF w/30% perlite seem to be working well for grow medium. Not sure I should keep using the ILGM nutes. 9/24/2023. Decided to keep using ILGM nutes in lower concentration.

🌿 Amnesia Skunk Auto — Week 9 From Seed (Week 5 Flower) We’re back with the Amnesia Skunk auto, and before we dive into this week, let’s take a second to understand how we got here. This run has been a bit different from the traditional approach. Even though we’re working with autoflowers, the environment has been set under a 12/12 light cycle from seed — what we’ve been calling a “no veg” approach. Now, to clarify — it’s not that the plant doesn’t vegetate. It does. But it does so on its own internal clock, not because we extended light hours to push vegetative growth. So what happens? The plant never gets the signal to fully stretch and build structure like in a classic veg phase, which results in: • more compact plants • tighter node spacing • earlier transition into flower • and a much faster lifecycle overall And that’s exactly what we’re seeing here. ⸻ 🌱 This Week — The Story of the White Hairs (Pistils) This week, the stars of the show are the white hairs — the pistils. Those fine white strands you’re seeing shooting out of the buds are the female reproductive organs of the plant. Their role is simple, but powerful: They are designed to catch pollen. Each pistil is connected to an ovule inside the calyx. If pollinated, that’s where seeds would form. But in our case — no pollen, no seeds — so the plant continues to push energy into: 👉 resin production 👉 bud swelling 👉 terpene expression That’s why you’ll notice: • fresh, bright white pistils = active growth phase • constant new pistil production = plant still building mass And right now? She’s in full production mode. ⸻ 🌿 Structure & Development What’s really interesting here is the morphology. These are currently the most compact plants in the room, sitting around ~90 cm, but: • dense structure • tight internodes • bud sites stacked closely The buds themselves are already: • forming tight • showing early frost • pushing aroma earlier than expected For a plant that never had a traditional veg window, this is honestly impressive. ⸻ 🌡️ Environment & Feeding We’ve kept things stable and consistent: • Temperature: ~28°C • Humidity: ~65% RH • pH: ~6.5 • EC: ~2.0 Water intake is sitting at around 1.5L per plant per day, which tells us: 👉 metabolism is active 👉 root zone is functioning well 👉 demand is increasing as flowers build ⸻ ⚡ On the “No Veg” Approach This run continues to reinforce something interesting: You don’t always need a long veg phase to get quality results. What you get instead is: • speed • control over height • uniform canopy • faster turnover But also: • smaller overall plant size • less room for recovery from stress • everything happens quicker, so mistakes show faster It’s a different rhythm — not better, not worse — just a different way to grow. ⸻ 🔮 What to Expect Next Week Looking ahead: You should expect: • pistils continuing to multiply • buds starting to stack and swell more aggressively • resin production increasing noticeably • aromas becoming stronger and more defined What not to expect (yet): • no major calyx swelling peak yet • no heavy pistil browning yet • no final density — we’re still building We’re still in that “construction phase”, not the finishing stage. ⸻ 🤝 Gratitude As always — thank you. A good first week from all the girls overall. They continue to develop as planned. They got watered with the spray bottle until Friday when they got a real watering. This girl is doing well. Right on track for any plant. 🗓️ Week 10 – Flower Week 6 (MAC n Cheese only) 📉 Nutrient management: At one point this week, MAC n Cheese showed elevated runoff EC values up to 2.2, signaling salt buildup. Through adjusted watering and reduced feed strength, the runoff was successfully brought down to a stable ~1.6–1.7. 🌿 Plant status: She looks vital and healthy – deep green foliage with no signs of fresh deficiencies or toxicity. Responding well to the current input EC of 1.0–1.3. 📝 Summary: Salt levels were close to the edge earlier in the week, but MAC n Cheese recovered well with a more balanced nutrient approach. Bloom development is now progressing evenly. Next week: Switching from Big Bud to Overdrive.

Starting week 4 and everything is looking good, buds are forming now time for them to fatten up. There is trichrome coverage starting around the budsites and on some fan leaves. The plants are starting to put off that pungent gg4 smell with earthy undertones. I did a pretty aggressive defoliation on day 21 (11/9/18) and cleaned up the lowers with a light lollipopping. The plants stretched more than I wanted so I may have to add 1 more layer of trellis it just depends if they can hold themselves up once they start putting on the weight going to have to wait and see. The plants seem to look happy and are moving right along. Thanks for looking and happy growing!

She’s mmmm. Aahhh flavours taste like a bit piney but overall has a sweet sherbety taste to her tropical almost fastbuds are the ones to go to for autos (although I’m about to test RQS autos) but if I didn’t have the heat I would of had more flavours but never the less it’s packing some 🔥🔥 buds come a bit pointy slimmer than my other dank nugs and grind out to a lot more than expected she’s a great one I’ll be doing her up again! My girl had a bit of heat stress but recovered so well with some dense frosty pointy nugs! She grew to just about under a meter and had several branches (wish I topped her) great strain to grow fastbuds are amazing She grew fast and branches out nicely! I defoliated twice once just after they began flower and once just before harvest and made the buds swell up nice and fat and dense even for pointy buds! The high is not one to mess with had me staring at fb videos for hours lol but great stuff from fastbuds be sure to grow it again!

I must apologize for the shitty incomplete diary. As I was getting into my stride a load of work came along that took me away from home for several months so I had some real issues finishing the diary.. The harvest was good. I had nearly 800g of flower at the chop which were all frosty chunky dense beasts. The terp profile at chop was a very stinky gassy smell which I would call diesel. Incredibly sticky and pungent. Really treated my extractor.. I had them dry for around 10 days hanging in a dark room with a temp of 19c and RH at 52%.. Thank you to Mrs Laritfor sending me these beans. The genetic is fantastic and very stable both my ants were the same pheno with plant 1 producing slightly smaller buds due to an unfortunate branch snapping incident early on. But the smaller buds were twice as dense ..Just lovely.

Hey now! This week went pretty well, I did notice my EC of my runoff was getting pretty high on day 65, it got up to about 1.9, and my nutrient solution going in was at 1.6. I ended up mixing a bucket of my normal fertilizer, and hand watering all the places my drip ring wasn't really hitting, and i got the EC back down to about 1.7. I also got a tip from MrJones to setup some type of support for the colas. I ended up tying some 550 (parachute) cord across the top of my tent poles, then I ties little loops around the colas with the same soft cord. I then used wire ties to attach the loops to the 550 cord. I also am slowly reducing my EC, as I believe I only have a couple weeks left. I am also going to be switching from Liquid KoolBloom to Dry KoolBloom at some point later in week 10. If anyone has any experience on the correct timing of this switch to ripening formula, please hit me up! I am still struggling a bit with heat and humidity, and am considering buying another dehumidifier for my next grow. As always, Thank you to everyone for all of your encouragement, support and tips!! Just cruising at this point. Got them all on the same moisture level again. Slight infestation with gnats, but nothing to worry about at this stage. Will start giving a bit less water soon and have a big last defol in a week or so. They got their mix of mycos, trichs, bacteria and molasses again, seem to love it. Slight discoloration on the top OGT buds, but they're the tallest and receive 1100 ppfd, so I won't adjust anything.

It's been a smooth grow year ..I am only using flora nova ...and pro tekt. Silica ..water is from local tap ..filtered with rv filter. There is movement og ,fatso bx1 x wilson, sunset sherbert x Sunday driver x Natrual Born Killer strains ....thanks for viewing

wow wow !!!! 404 gr ! from the suitcase!!!!!!!258 gr of wet dried buds!!!!!!! I am impressed with the result, and I don't really believe that I will ever be able to improve it :) It was a truly amazing journey with FastBuds Gorilla cookies auto, my house is filled with a wonderful sweet smell, the buds look really full and very very shiny :) I also collected a lot of sugar leaves from which I will make bubble hash:) the girl coped with high temperatures and high humidity throughout her growth, which is why I was afraid of rot, but everything went well!!!! She is amazing. smoke review and dry weight will be up very soon, good luck to everyone :)!!!
