Day 85: First Grow We’re entering a new week, and it’s exciting to see the progress in our first grow. The plants are thriving, and the buds continue to get thicker and frostier. The formation of orange hairs is becoming more pronounced, indicating that we're on the right track. This week, we’ve decided to order a microscope to monitor trichome development more closely. Additionally, we're considering adding CANNAZYM to our feeding regimen to support bud growth and overall plant health. Let’s keep pushing forward and make this a successful grow!

Estamos en la tercera semana de crecimiento vegetativo. Nuestras plantas ya tienen unos 15 centímetros aproximadamente, y han superado la fase crítica. Recordamos que hasta ahora solo estamos regando con agua, aún no hemos incorporado los fertilizantes. Seguimos manteniendo la humedad relativa bastante alta, y la temperatura entre 22 y 24ºC. Did some light pruning also.

The Guava Runtz continues to develop exceptionally well, with strong bud stacking across the entire canopy and excellent overall structure. Frost production is now becoming more noticeable, as the sugar leaves and bud surfaces are steadily coating themselves in resin. With plenty of fresh white pistils still present, she appears to have a lot of potential left for further swelling over the coming weeks.

DAY 63 THE FINALE !!!!! Howdy all. I hope we are all well and in the green. This has been a very interesting and rewarding journey for me in so many ways on this journal. I have had the opportunity to run a seed of my own which has been a brilliant result from what I am looking at as I type this. It stayed really squat and has produced some somid hand grenade sized buds that smell of a diesel and fruit combination. I also picked up the lemon from her pollen chuckers genetics too. Should be an interesting cure I hope. I did find a couple of bud rot spots that had to be pulled out but with her density I am not shocked at all. I will be using the dehumidifier for their dry for sure. The Northern lights autos have also finished nicely too and I do think could go a little longer with a push but time is up and the next run is looming !!!!!!. She has some great sized spiked colas to enjoy my attention everytime I go in the room . Just like the other girl , she did have a couple of mould spots that had to be taken out but not too much of a loss thankfully. Her mutant sister will also be put into her dark 48hrs along with these as she is also done now. She has a lot less to harvest but looks so sweet and potent up close to the buds now. I took the Gorilla cookies out earlier in the week as they had finished perfectly. After 48hrs dark I used the bowl trimmer to help with time and get her off the stalks as I did find some mould on them too. Recent environmental changing has bought RH issues to the front again. They have given up some great smelling and solid nuggets that are now starting their drying out period in the nets. The rest of the ladies will be joining them later in the week until I can do a harvest report and my opinion of this amazing light unit from viparspectra. With new projects afoot and lots of re jigging to accommodate them , I am looking forward to the next few runs too. I hope you will join me for the fun and always welcome comments and ideas too. Hello. This is the last week for these plants. I don't know if I'll start harvest in the first 2 tents or in here first. Flip a coin I guess.... Turned down the lights to 60% yesterday. Getting ready for harvest the plants are getting a break from the intense lights. The plants are looking a bit more yellow as they pull what they need from the fanleaves as they mature before harvest. I'll show pre harvest pics next week. OK. Be Great... Chuck.

Last week, my pound cake auto plant totally exploded with growth! It's insane how much it's changed. I swear it grew several inches overnight. The leaves are this gorgeous shade of green, and the whole thing looks super healthy and happy. I'm seriously so proud of my little plant baby.

Week 1 Day 1 - 8/12/2023 1st Water change Day! Such a special time it is when you remove the little bit of Nutes that you gave them as an appetizer and you give them their first real meal. Added 39 Gallons of Water to my system SILICA= .5mil/Gal = 19.5 = 20mil Root Drip = 1mil/Gal = 39mil Cal Mag= .25mil/Gal = 9.75 = 10mil FLoraMicro= 3.0mil/Gal = 114mil FloraGro = 2.0mil/Gal = 78mil FloraBloom = 2.0mil/Gal =78mil ORCA= .5mil/Gal = 19.5 = 20mil Week 1 Day 2 - 8/13/2023 Everything is looking good the roots are making thier way to the water and the new grow is looking nice and green. Week 1 Day 3- 8/14/2023 Everything is right on track, they are looking beautiful and in the praying postition all leaves happily lifting towards the light. Week 1 Day 4- 8/15/2023 Looking beautiful today and looked like she could use her first haircut.. gave her a TOP off. Roots are laying in the water everything is looking right on track.. Week 1 Day 5- 8/16/2023 walked in and the humidity was under 60.... ohh noooooo.. So I added 2 humidifiers to the tent and attached them to my InkBird controller which is set to 62. She had roots nicely in the water.. this grow is on!!! Week 1 Day 6- 8/17/2023 Humidity was a little low this morning, so I refilled the humidifiers. Other than that, the temp looks great, the PH looks great, the PPM looks good the plant is in the praying position and all damage from the little drowning seems to have been fixed. Happy Happy. Week 1 Day 7- 8/18/2023 Yay.. week 1 in the books, roots in the water growth has started first hair cut given and both side nodes are growing. Everything is looking good and on track.. A lot better than week one of the last grow when I had them drowning week 1. Really excited on how this grow is going to come out.

******** Week 7 - January 20 to 26, 2020 (Days 43 to 49 from germination) She continuers to impress with her resilience as I have thrown a couple of curves at her.......but she continues to fatten and grow her buds😎 It was also not without learning though and thats what is so cool about growing this plant.......you always seem to leave a grow feeling like you could do even better next time and therefore challenging yourself to do better......and have dab while doing it😂 Not sure if I have a little different pheno but if I ran her again I would find a way to train her out wider. 5 gal pot diameter idea........maybe don’t fill with as much medium? Again, simply to keep light hitting all the lower sites. Where does the “XL” come into play as well I guess. Removed branches early on that were low. This grow, her narrow leaves have allowed a lot of light down below but it will be felt in a little less yield.....think the pH got a little high....or potassium excess......Terpinator too early? If left to a single cola she would be tall and have a huge cola I suspect......Gorilla Grow with the extension type of potential! She has loved the water feeds. Missed out bit by backing off of the CalMag a bit too much.....stems say deficiency that but leaves show toxicity? (Back to that you always feel you can do better thing😬) Got a little crazy with the PPM and saw tip burn in week 7. Gave a quick little flush with RO water and Sensyzime to clean up the roots of the salts. Didn’t get crazy though because it was just the top leaves burnt. Been building the medium up to this point so don’t want to wash it all away just yet. She didn’t claw down and over night appeared to still keep moving forward with bud growth. I did notice a small amount of hairs starting to turn red by weeks end......likely won’t be long before more are red and we go to flush👍 (Make it to end of week 8??) No rush though.......still lots of room to fatten up yet. In the week a head there will be the last push to get her medium in as good a shape as my skills will warrant. I want to get a good 10 + days of flush but her leaves are going to finish dark from what I can see. Run-off has been reasonable though so will keep fingers crossed 😄🤞 Little more detail.... Jan 20/20 - Day 43 - Drinking lots right now, close to 4L per day, so 2L plain water only in AM. 6.2pH,. - Feed in PM was light as well. Sensyzime @ 2ml and LW8 & Rezin @ 1.5ml only. 2L given with 75ppm. 5.9pH - She was given a good feeding yesterday. - Buds sites are stacking.......she is making me 😃 Jan 21/20 - Day 44 - AM - 3L with Dual Fual A&B @ 1.5ml/L. 725ppm and 5.9pH. - PM hit her again - full feeding minus Rhino Skin, Sensyzime and Vitrathrive and VeloKelp. 2.5L 1000ppm and 5.9pH. - Runoff - 1100ppm and 5.9pH. - top leaves were droopy so the extra feeding in the evening. Jan 22/20 - Day 45 - Backing off quantity a bit and down to 2L feed in PM. Her pot was still fairly heavy. - Mass & Terp @ 3ml, Rezin & LW8 & DF @ 1.5ml, CalMag @ 0.5ml = 1300ppm - Very perky today....standing up all the way down the plant. Liked the feed yesterday. *******should have reduced this PPM feed......you want to push when you see potential😕 Jan 23/20 - Day 46 - Supplemental feeding only today. Happy so don't rock the boat :) - Sensyzime @ 2ml, LW8 & Rezin @ 1.5ml = 80ppm 6.1pH - 2L only today.....still some weight to the pot Jan 24/20 - Day 47 - Nute burn on Green Poison’s tips seen today. - Flushed through 7L of plain RO water pH to 5.95. - Runoff: 325ppm and 5.9pH. - Followed right away with 2L more water with Sensyzime @ 3ml/L - happy and praying in the evening......little surprising actually👊👌 Jan 25/20 - Day 48 - 2.5L of full strength feeding for this week. - ppm for that was 1275 so watered down to 1100ppm.....only need 1ml of base nutes at full strength to hit roughly 1,000ppm. - Runoff: 600ppm & 5.95pH - Swear her leaves are bigger, more mass today!! Still narrow and dark though. - she is 30” x 30” now Jan 26/20 - Day 49 - Feed was full strength one for the week, 1150ppm 6.1pH. - Removed some more leaves today. - guessing only another 1.5 weeks of feeding. I went ahead and sprayed her down with Neem oil and I'll keep an eye out to try and determine what the culprit is. 5/6- Rain showers today handled the watering duties and all I did was to add some straw to a couple of bare spots on the mound. 5/8- I'm not seeing much in the way of any new damage to the leaves of the FastBuds GG4 Sherbet FF. I will continue with the Neem oil preventative, along with spreading some powdered cayenne pepper around the base of the plant to take care of any slugs that may think of trying a taste of sherbet! Hello everyone! 🤗 We have more autos from Ganja farmer seeds started today. 💥🚂 Trainwreck is a classic cannabis strain that owns up to its name and GFS has made an autoflower version. Back in the day I remember this stuff having a beautiful lemon pinesol smell and when smoked it brought a sense of delirious and confusion 😂. I sowed them directly into the coco coir. The hydroponic ebb and flow system I am using this round is new and is called AirCube from growace. Another fast update! 😃 Hey guys! I hope everything is going well for everyone. This is the 2nd week of flower and I'm here again to share what happened last week! My babies now get thirsty really easy, nothing like how it used to be (and you can actually see them stressing over it in my photos) but gladly nothing that some water can't fix. The main colas are also starting to grow more and they are full of small developing flowers (they look super pretty! 😍) Some side stems are also outgrowing the main branches... and I'm kinda unsure what I want to do (or if I should do anything). Maybe LST or supercrop them? (I might screw things up by doing it in flower and I have never done it before 😭) I don't know. I also want to trim some leaves away since the foliage is very dense but I fear I might end stressing them! I will probably make a grow question to know what others think. I'm back on a normal nutrient schedule. I'm no longer "overfeeding" them and I water them 4 times a week (but with little water). Next week I'll try doing 3 but with more water and see if they like it more that way. So far I love how the plants are developing! The small flowers look great and they look bigger everyday! 😃 Thanks everyone! See you all next week! 👋
