Well we finally reached the end. The last week was more cruise control. Just trying to remove the big fan leaves that's blocking any flowers. The trichomes looking kinda ready but still acceptable. During the last few days I maintained a daytime Humidity of around 60 and nighttime of 55. Temperatures are between 73 degrees and 67 degrees. Two days before chop they got 48 hrs of dark and 3 days of no water to add to the stress. After the 48hrs darkness all the ladies Came out extra frosty. Loving the change of hues on the blue gelato. The vanilla Kush is very oily and very very strong smell. Not a strong smell coming off the OrangeGelato though. The green gelato has a creamy smell.

Day 65 - Pics/Vids..... Everything looks good......stress bent them into position and defoliated ..... lots of flowering now..... ..... hadn't actually measured them for awhile, and updated the height, 44 cm .... tested out the lights higher, 40cm away, and seemed to slow down growth... so moved em back, 20-25cm... watering is the same, bottom saucer feeding, 850-1000 ppm dutch master one flower 5-8ml/lt.... actually using about 12-15ml / 1.8l....... Day 70 (10 wks) - Pulled em both out of tent, flushed em and trimmed em abit, took some pics/vids in the sunshine. ...... the soil started smelling bad, - stale, moldy, damp, soil smell..... so i did a full flush out on both.... noticed afew gnats, been afew since the start, but haven't really been many.... i'm going to try out a UV bulb, and also a usb uv led bug trap ..... just ordered them.... posted a pic of both... see if they are any good..... 😎

The streach continued and growth was good. Bent the taller branches down for a semi uniform canopy. Buds are building and all is well. With the warmer summer temperatures the room became a bit too hot and humidity was too high as well. Turned the A/C on and within a few hours the temp dropped down to 75 and humidity to 51%. Went away for the weekend so I will see what it is like when I get back. I dropped the veg nutrients and am feeding bloom and cal-max with molasses. Need to figure out and fine tune the whole temperature thing. This coming week I will do a full leave strip. Once that is done I will fine tune the canopy. Thanks for looking.

This one stretched a good amount, I thought it got lightly pollinated by a moonshine cookies male but I havnt found any seeds yet. The Marge Simpson nugs are pretty cool lookin. I had one bad feed that burnt the tips in flower i wish i could take back but the ph meter got confused. This shit is top shelf.

I got my humidity under control. From now on there is only H2O without fertilizer. But I think my gorilla is a little too brown. I really hope it has to be that way. Otherwise all the other ladies are looking great.

LSD × Zamnesia — Week 6 From Seed (Week 2 of Flower / Early Pre-Flower) Quick recap for anyone just joining We’re at Week 6 from seed, which we’re counting as Week 2 of flower. Plants were grown 12/12 from seed, with only leaf tucking and very light bending, no topping, no hard training, no defoliation so far. The goal with this run is maximum natural expression of the genetics, not shape enforcement. This week marks the transition into pre-flower: stretch is active, structure is being decided, and the plants are still very much setting their architecture. ⸻ Room & Environmental Conditions (Stabilized This Week) After some fluctuations earlier, conditions are now much more stable, and the plants are clearly responding well. • Temperature: ~27.5 °C • Humidity: ~65% • CO₂: ~900 ppm • PPFD: ~600–850 • Smaller plants: ~600–700 • Taller plants: up to ~800–850 • Plants are managing light by growing into the photons naturally • Nutrients: • Switched from Plagron Terra Grow → Terra Bloom • Following the Plagron feeding schedule • This was the only change made • Watering: • pH: 6.5 • EC: 2.4 • Root / Reservoir Temperature: • ~17 °C (a bit on the cold side, acknowledged) • Plants are adapting well and showing no negative response so far ⸻ Plant Observations — LSD × Zamnesia Honestly… these girls look outstanding. Even though LSD is often described as a more indica-leaning hybrid, these plants are expressing a strong sativa-style structure: • Tall, upright growth • Dominant central main stem • Side branches present, but clearly secondary • Very uniform behavior across all plants → strong genetic consistency Each plant is showing roughly 12–14 nodes, with: • Lower branches well developed • Side branches about half the size of the main stem • No signs that side branches want to overtake the main cola This is important: 👉 this is not a training issue and not a phenotype split All seeds are behaving the same way, which tells us this is genetic expression, not grower influence. ⸻ Training & Defoliation — Why We’re Doing Nothing There has been: • ❌ No topping • ❌ No hard training • ❌ No defoliation Only: • ✔️ Leaf tucking • ✔️ Very light bending when needed Why? Because at this stage, we want to: • Let the plants decide their final structure • Observe whether this genetic wants: • One dominant main cola • With several secondary colas supported by under-canopy lighting This run is about listening, not forcing. And with under-canopy lights active, even those secondary branches are getting meaningful light, which should pay off later. ⸻ Where We Are Right Now • Plants are still in pre-flower • Stretch is ongoing • Bud sites are forming, but structure is not finished • Each plant is moving at its own rhythm, which is exactly what we want to see This week is about stability, not intervention. ⸻ What to Expect Next Week (Week 3 Flower) Here’s what’s likely coming: • Stretch will continue, possibly peak • Clearer confirmation of: • Dominant main cola behavior • Final spacing between nodes • Pre-flowers will become more defined • Still no rush to defoliate unless airflow becomes an issue • Feeding stays consistent—no chasing, no stacking products Next week is about watching, not reacting. ⸻ Final Thoughts This marks a clean, confident Week 6 / Week 2 Flower checkpoint. Day 21 since germination, added a little bit of fish mix to watering schedule, a little bit of yellowing on foliage, ph testing RO filtered water and bringing it down very slightly to 6.5, I think possibly the soil as all mix quite nutrient rich to start with so going really easy on the nutes at mo and not too concerned, if it continues or notice more will water till run off check ec of the soil just to be on safe side. Pleased with the amount of growth after 21 days :)

Week 2 Franky is stretching. It needs more water than usually. I pick out leaves from the bottom part every day. In roundabout 10/12 days I will do a big defoil. Till then I might take off a leaf here and there to stop it from overstretching

Both phenos are pushing pistils everywhere, covering the canopy with bright white hairs—a sign that flower sites are established and stacking is about to begin. • Pheno #1: Taller, more aggressive stretch, stacking sites fast, almost frame-filling. • Pheno #2: Slightly more compact, slower to start, but now catching fire—showing dense bud initiation with tighter internodes. The studio photo session this week captured the exact transformation: the difference between “pre-flower promise” and “flower reality.” From here forward, every day is about bud development, resin production, and stacking density. ⸻ 💧 Feeding Update – Bloom Formula Dialed In The nutrient program continues blending Aptus precision with Plagron bloom support. The girls are thriving on this synergy—lush green leaves, pistil burst, no signs of excess salts. At this stage, stable environment = stable flowers. New Irrigation System – Mars Hydro Foldable Bucket Drip Kit This week, we also welcomed a new tool into the grow room: the Mars Hydro Drip Irrigation Kit (link here). 👉 Important note: I’m not running it on automation or timers. I will manually control it, plugging it in and off when watering. This way, I get the benefit of precise, even distribution, while keeping full hands-on control. What it is: • A bucket-based drip system that distributes water (or nutrient solution) evenly to multiple pots through adjustable drip emitters. • A way to reduce manual hand-pouring and ensure more consistent soil hydration. • A tool that can save root systems from “wet/dry pockets” that sometimes happen with hand-watering. What it is NOT: • It’s not fully automated irrigation (unless connected to timers or sensors). • It doesn’t make plant care “hands-free.” You still have to decide when and how much to water. • It won’t replace observation—plants still speak through their leaves and posture. What to Expect: ✅ More even watering across pots. ✅ Reduced runoff mess if dialed correctly. ✅ Less physical strain compared to hand-watering each plant. ✅ The chance to experiment with “precision irrigation” in future grows. What NOT to Expect (yet): ❌ Fully automated feeding schedules. ❌ Perfect calibration out of the box (it takes a few runs to dial flow rate for each pot). ❌ A substitute for plant observation—eyes on the canopy are still the most important tool. Educational takeaway: Drip systems are bridges between hand-watering and full automation. They give growers consistency without completely removing the grower’s role. For many, this is the sweet spot—technology supporting, not replacing, the human touch. P.S. #2 – Pheno #1 vs. Pheno #2: Different Timelines Another important note this week: the two Mango Kush sisters are not in the exact same stage of flower. • Pheno #1 – More advanced. She is already in full flower mode, pistils bursting, bud sites defined, white hairs everywhere. This is the classic “week 3 flower look.” • Pheno #2 – Slower. She is not yet fully in flower. Why? Because she was germinated later and is effectively running a slightly younger internal clock—closer to 11–13 from seed. 👉 With the 11/13 light schedule (11 hours on, 13 off), Pheno #2 is taking her time to settle into bloom. This is not a problem, it’s genetics and timing. Each seed is unique, and sometimes phenos stagger into flower. What this means for the grow: • Don’t expect both plants to bulk at the same time. • Pheno #1 may finish earlier. • Pheno #2 could become the “late bloomer,” giving us a longer harvest window and potentially different terpene expression. Educational takeaway: Not all phenotypes follow the same timeline, even under identical conditions. One may stretch earlier, another may flower later. As growers, our role is to adapt and respect the individuality of each plant. 🌱 💚 Growers love to all 💚

July 18: still recovering from the hail storm 7 days ago, but looking good. Start force flowering tonight. That means in the dark garage at 9 pm, a few seconds of 730 nm far red light to initiate ‘dark mode’ 2 h faster, and then out of garage at 7 am. So I get 10 +2 or 12 h of darkness in a ‘26 h’ day. Great trick if you have daily access to your flowering plants. July 19: added second layer of scrog net. Watered with a compost tea this morning. July 22: added Plagron Power Buds for first use. Despite the hail damage from 11 days ago, she seems to be doing fine. Need to get malted barley for use as a top dressing. Godfather OG is in the G-Wagon with Gorilla Cookies Fast.
