Today is day 23 of flower. So I've been chasing a minor P-K deficiency. The plants are happy and healthy and are just feeding heavy at the moment. Well over and above any recommended servings with respect to the dry amendments and water soluble P-K inputs. As with any grow regardless of what you're using for inputs (organic amendments/salt based bottle feeding/crop salts/etc....) the recommended feed rates are never anything more than a baseline. So to remedy the deficiency I added the Flower 2 at 1.5 times the reccomended dosage (3 grams per liter of water) and a little over twice the dosage of Gaia Green 2-8-4 Power Bloom dry amendments (250ml per 7 gallon pot). I also fed a mung bean/barley seed sprout tea as well as a compost tea (2/3 of a cup of each seed). The feed rates will stay well above recommended servings for the Flower 2 but the 250ml addition of the 2-8-4 would be considered a large addition for a single serving so I will give the plants 5-7 days to see how they react to dry amendments before top amending again at any rate (you cant burn your plants with organic inputs but you can still suffer nutrient lockout so you need to be mindful and patient when feeding heavy.) On day 19 of flower I did a large pruning/defoliation/lollipopping of the plants. Both from the top of the pot to the bottom of the first layer of trellis removing everything. I also cleaned the plants out from above the first layer of trellis netting to the top of the plant. As I waited to clean up the bottom third of the plants until my typical strip day in flower (day 18-21 depending on strain and flowering times, these are 9 week strains which is why the strip falls in the day 18-21 range, if they were 8 week finishers the leaf strip would take place somewhere between days 14-16). When running multiple layers of trellis netting it's best to prune/lollipop everything below the first layer of netting about 7-10 days before the flip. Odds are your lights wont penetrate that far down the plant so these areas of the plant typically only produce what's commonly known as larf. I'm running new lights so I decided I'd wait until the big strip I always do in flower. This was grower error. I know better and wont make this mistake again. Its unnecessary stress added during flower that could've been prevented. As I decided to wait to clean out the bottoms I didnt prune the plants as aggressively as I normally would (I adopted Grand Master Levels leaf strip practices years ago, check him out on IG or YouTube if you want to see what that looks like). The week went smoothly with no major issues to report. The seasons are changing here so were getting rain, damp wet snow, and have very humid conditions outside. As a result this affects the atmosphere in my grow room but not enough to cause concern. A little less than 6 weeks until the chop!

Si vedono le prime cime e le foglie si sono sviluppate davvero grandi e piene di vigore si vede che la ragazza sta bene e vuole dare il meglio di sé nella sua breve vita , spero esca una ganja davvero speciale da questa Tropicana cookies ,un sacco di cime resinose e piene di thc! Ringrazio Mars hydro perché il merito della crescita spettacolare di queste ragazze e della sua luce ,che a me sembra perfetta per intensità e distribuzione.. grazie a tutti voi che mi seguite ! Day 15: Did a lil LST on the GG. She was getting rather tall! They both look great, though! Still no nutes. Day 16: No new updates today. I did bend the GSC over tho. Day 17: Gave em a drink today. They are lookin great! 💪 Day 18: They dry out too quick so I gave em a real good drink and will let em dry out really good next go. They are looking wonderful! This batch is growing awful slow it seems like. Nothing like my OG Kush I have going. Day 19: Busy, no updates. Day 20: So, I am embarrassed to say that I have been letting them dry out too severely. I mis-interpreted the wet/dry cycle. I guess your not supposed to let them dry out for 3-4 days at a time, LOL!! :| Lesson learned. :) Day 21: They are both looking really great! So freaking tiny though. But it is my mistake these girls are already in flower. I will try them again for sure. Dunkin some seeds here directly.

I installed a PH controller but it didn't work right and only the ph up peristaltic pump is working. I will use this over my vacation as my PH drifts down naturally so this should work until i get a replacement. I watered in my gsc and other seedlings until runoff with 850 ppm heavy in nitrogen to green them up as the organic top dressing is taking too long.will see how they respond.on week 4 day 4 They are responding well to nitrogen Gsc is taking off!!!will continue nitrogen until end of this week as needed.

~ Day 71 Update ~ Hello everyone! Hola! I’m Meus and this is my 10th weekly update for “First Mainline Attempt!”. I’d like to welcome new & veteran growers, Thanks for taking the time to stop by :) ~ Progress ~ You know, I’m astounded by the level of growth in this past week, my mind is blown! 5" of growth compared to the avg of 1" for the past few weeks (9,8,7, etc), just wow 😱. The smell is pungent, dank, and slightly sweet. I can only dream of what these girls will skunk out, soon, very soon... I’d like to flower now but I have a few small issues. First: I wanted to stop at 8 toppings but I need clones of the others so everyone gets topped to keep an even canopy. Of course I’m not taking 8 clones each 😏, just 2-3 of each strain (5 strains, 6 plants; 2 phenotypes) to put in my 2nd tent till these girls (mainlined beasts) are harvested. This is ambitious though I’m optimistic that this will work out 🙏 Second: Related to the first issue I’m going to need a trellis net to support these girls with their 16 tops. Thing is, all my plant have varying flowering schedules (55 to 70+ days). I’ll need to make a net set up that I can cut out each plant individually as they’re ready to harvest. Third: MOLD! Though it’s not a lot I do have a bit of mold developing at the bottom of the fabric pots (which are known to mold). I’m going to switch to Superoots Air-Pot so I can avoid the mold. They’re $10+ a pop so I might have to wait till my next grow to afford the amount I need to make a full switch. Depending on how things go I’ll start flowering at week 13. Now concerning the mold I found a few ways to deal with my problem without harming or altering taste of these young ladies. This will be a tough 11 - 14 weeks, I’ll keep ya updated fam! ~ Individual progress notes ~ (will post full information soon, update delayed for personal reasons) [Purple Urkle #1] Height: 14" Tops: 8 Notes: 14 inches... That's quite a climb :) Though she's stretchy like her sister I'm excited, can't wait to see the development in the next few weeks of veg 😊 [Purple Urkle #2] Height: 13.2" Tops: 8 Notes: I'm surprised at the uniformity of these two sisters, I'm going to veg a bit longer and get me some clones just in case ;) [CBD Blueberry] Height: 9.8" Tops: 8 Notes: I thought this girl was a goner, definitely didn't respond to the mainline well like the others, wonder why? 😶 Still I'm impressed that my smallest plant is filling in, though she looks weird I still love her and her minions <3 [White Widow] Height: 11.2 Tops: 8 Notes: Well... This was one of my smallest girls, she's by far the bushiest and most filled in. For an example look at her root mass, one word, insane! Roots are spreading everywhere, so aggressive and the trunk is huge, perfect for transporting all those nutes. Tanya here recovered from a split too, awesome :) [Mazar] Height: 13.8 Tops: 8 Notes: Taller but just as dense as the white widow, the Mazar has potential! A beautiful, healthy canopy, one of my best girls. It's a good feeling knowing that my hard work is paying off 😭 I'm afraid of topping this one because she is so dense that 16 tops will be off the hook, better make a plan soon 🙏 [Super Silver Haze] Height: 11.2 Tops: 8 Notes: I’m starting to get impatient, I love this strain! Well, most strains developed by Arjan are great <3 I will need to feed soon with diluted nutes, she looks hungry a bit. Other than that she’s a healthy young lady that’s ready to flower :) ~ Final Thoughts ~ Where to start... I’m excited! Getting my clones are my top priority right now, then I'll focus on canopy support. I’ve come a long way from my first grow, even though I failed I learned a lot. Those lessons are keeping me on my toes and I’m learning more everyday. Thank you to those who have been influential to my success, much love! I can honestly say Grow Diaries is the best! On week 5 of actual flowering the plants are coming along nicely and HSC GSC is looking the best so far but its still early :) WW is slow to start flowering just small amount of pistils so far small buds looks more like week 3 or 4 as far as flowering progression.

Esta semana fue solamente de flush 🚿 en esta ocasión decidí usar florakleen para ver con cual obtengo mejor resultado si con este o con flawless finish, lo hice así, primero hice un lavado con pura agua con ph de 6.2 lo hice desde el ultimo día de la semana anterior, fue lavado doble, uno en cuanto se encendio la luz y otro justo antes de apagarse, luego empezando esta semana regué dos dias usando el florakleen y ph de 6.2, el tercer día no regué y al final de ese día le di corte ✂️ y la colgué, actualmente ya la tengo curando, la tuve 10 días secándose con una humedad de entre 50 y 60% para un secado lento.

She's getting tall! I'm excited to watch the colors she hopefully picks up during her grow. That is the main reason I picked this strain for her purple genetics. I hope to make future colorful crosses using her and the purple Zkittlez phenotype I already have.

Another week in the books. She's getting closer to the end.

Everything has been going great so far only a few more weeks to go on some of these girls - the clones are in week 3 of flowering as well so they’ll not be far behind. Clones are looking beautiful as well happy with this run of they fill out a bit more before chopping 👌🏻🔥

This is how things are looking for the King's Juice at the end of Week 8 of Flower, I have uploaded a video where I am checking out the Trichomes using my USB jewelers loop. Also a guy I know that has finished their King's Juice before me, has finished the cure, had a smoke and told it that I will absolutely love the smoke 🤤🤤 by the way she smells I can only imagine the flavour!

ploughing on ahead this week , i have removed some lst ties from each plant . focusing on leaf tucking . Since we are now in flower. I did a little defoliation for the topped crinkle to remove bud sites that would not reach the canopy . otherwise these have not been stressed at all it seems , ive only leaf tucked and lst , more pics coming soon we are at full power - 200w . thinking of upgrading

Flower day 49. Reduced light to 80%. Top watered one gallon each with half teaspoon recharge per gallon, stopping feed with build a bloom and ferment. Reservoir uptake has slowed down, added one gallon to each reservoir Peek at trichomes looks mostly cloudy. Will hopefully be harvesting in two weeks.
