Hello Diary. The fifth week of flowering is over, and Fat Banana is slowly completing its cycle. Ten more days and we have a harvest. 😍 The “farm” is a real jungle, her roommates Haze Berry Auto have grown quite big but I think Fat Banana Auto will be leaving the “Farm” sooner. 😀 All the larger leaves on the plant have turned yellow and got pretty big brown spots, is it due to some problems caused by my treatment or is Fat Fat Banana just coming to the end of its cycle? I'm not entirely sure. (lack of experience) 😏 The flowers themselves look healthy, and smell like the finest sweets. The sweet-fruity scent overwhelms me as soon as I open the box. 😋 The flowers are compact and very sticky, as far as I can see now, it will be a good harvest. 💪 As we approached the end, I stopped adding nutrients and watered only with water to which I only regulated p.H. at 6.4. In my case, it's a reduction because my house water is around 7.5 - 8.1 p.H, so I use Plagron's Lemon Kick for the descent, which does a good job. 👌 Here's what the week looked like. 15/11/2020 - Day 52. Watering. Only water, without any nutrients with regulated p.H. at 6.4 Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25.5 degrees and 47% humidity. 18/11/2020 - Day 55. Watering. Procedure as three days earlier. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25.2 degrees and 48% humidity. 19/11/2020 - Day 56. Photographing plants. As always, on the last day of the current week I am taking photos of “my little farm”. 😉 That’s it for this week, a little more and I will enjoy the fruits of the effort these past weeks. Nearly there! The left plant was seeded first so has matured before the right plant. There was a 2 week gap between seeding because one of my first attempts died on me. Defoliating the right plant has created some huge top colas, but it needs another 7-14 days to mature. I'm trying to think of ways to isolate the left plant from the reservoir so I can flush it separately and allow feeding on the right plant to continue. Signs of nutrient problems. Leaves are yellowing at the tips and showing signs of an imbalance somewhere. Research needed.

06/30/2020 Ain't she sweet! She has produced the seed I wanted so I am gonna feed her some OVERDRIVE see if she will make a little more buds to smoke. Cookie Cake would normally go 7-10 weeks on a 12-12 schedule so I think she will be done by week 7 at 11-13 light/dark schedule. Can't wait to start these seeds, my mouth is watering thinking of how the flavors and aromas will recombine! Maybe some cherry vanilla earthy pine goodness? We shall see hopefully a perfect union!

Week 4 My girl reaches her final size. This was the plant that suffered less from unbalanced soil, the damage is almost imperceptible. I took the opportunity to put the scrog that will be more to support the buds weight. Despite the initial deformity of the leaves, the plant has a very healthy aspect and a very balanced coloring, so I believe that this adventure will not influence the flavor of the flowers. In few weeks... HARVEST TIME 😋 Day 22 Hard defoliation on fan leaves.

Last week I didn't have time to make an entry. But this week here I am, and with a video! The main stem and primaries are thick as f***. The bush has become monstrous but I manage to get airflow underneath the plant as well. Tied some of the main branches in the last week, but no more tying as it gets much bushy. As the fan leaves are huge and leaning down around the pot, added some side support to raise the sides so the air can go underneath the canopy. I'm tucking less as I think of switching to 12/12 in a week. I raised the lights but got less increase in height than the raised amount. I am not thinking on defoliation of any kind as I do not like taking living leaves away from the plant. But if it is too important and I am missing A LOT by not defoliating the lower leaves, please comment with detailed suggestions so I can apply them. But the leaves are very healthy, so I don't want to take any of them away. Now I have 6 white, 4 yellow bulbs and a 45w white cfl. But during flower, I plant on changing the white cfl to 32w yellow, and ad 2 more yellow bulbs. In total it will add up to 180w (18000 Lumens from the leds, 6 white 6 yellow) and 2250 lumens from the yelllow CFL. Maybe ı will add a second 32w yellow cfl mid flower. Week#5FLO, Aptus nutrients 💪🏻

End of Week 9 of Flowering! I skipped Week 8 because I literally had no time for an update, but not much changed anyway. Temperatures spiked brutally - during Week 8, my growbox hit 32°C (90°F). To compensate, I dimmed the light to 75% power and raised it to about 60 cm above the canopy. This kept temps around 29°C (84°F), with occasional peaks at 31°C (88°F). Gotta say, the ventilation helps a ton, and I avoided any "foxtailing." Since mid-Week 8, I’ve cut all nutrients and only fed pH’d water at 6.2. The plants are still drinking, and under the 60X jeweler’s loupe, they clearly need more time. Most trichomes are still clear/milky, with very few amber ones—especially on the leaves rather than the buds. I’m a bit worried the heat might’ve delayed ripening. A good sign, though: the natural yellowing of leaves suggests we’re nearing the end of the cycle. The Sensi Stars (supposedly 8-week flowering time) still need longer, despite having the fattest, densest buds of the bunch. For now, I’m sticking to plain water and checking trichomes daily, hoping to chop some plants soon. Mandarin Squeeze sisters has been doing well. One is dominating the other which was no surprise. I changed the light schedule to 12/12 avout 4 days ago. I also did a solution change on her 2 days ago. They both are looking pretty healthy even with a light battle. All the pest are confirmed dead. As no new signs have been seen for some time. Everything is looking good at the moment. Plants looking healthy and they are starting to form strong buds by the looks of it . Some of them have startet to have brown leaves, but the bud looks healthy. Ive put the lights from 600w to 400w since they are suffering from high light and temp. Now the temp should be 24°to 26°.

This was my best experience yet with growing and am quite proud of myself! Training went almost perfect and the plants handled the resistance strengthened up and sprouted so many buds! All we’re dense and frosty by the end time! I dried in brown paper bags in 17.5-18.5c temps with a humidity of 40-50% and took 7 days to dry! I have them curing in 3L glass jars with 62% Boveda pack inside! I’ll be able to really taste the flavour then but it’s already strong and tastes great! Royal queen seeds are definitely worth a top place on seeds! Added a few photos after cure! The smell is like sweet pungent and flowery and the high is full body and u get itchy eyes and dry mouth!

The plants are growing nicely! They were all flushed with plain pH balanced water on Friday and will be fed nutrients listed above on: 5/31
