🌱 Day 57 - Start of the Second-to-Last Flowering Week 🌱 Hello, Grow Friends! Today marks the start of the second-to-last flowering week—Week 9 overall, and Week 5 of flowering. 🌿 I’m getting more and more excited as my first grow nears its end. As I approach harvest, I’ve decided, based on my research, to stop feeding nutrients and stick to just pH-adjusted water for the final two weeks. 💧⚖️ Watering Routine: I’ll keep the same watering schedule—1 liter every two days, which is about 10% of the pot volume. 🌱💧 This should be enough to flush out the remaining nutrients, ensuring a clean finish for the plant. Temperature & Humidity: The temperature remains stable between 19-23°C, which I believe is ideal for this stage of the grow. 🌡️🍂 No more high temperatures to worry about! The humidity is fluctuating between 45-58%, and I’m keeping a close eye on it to stay below 60%. 💧🔍 Everything seems on track for now. 🌿 Plant Health & Growth: The plant still looks very healthy overall. 🌱💪 However, I’ve noticed that in the past three days, there haven’t been any visible changes in the size of the buds. 🤔 It could just be that I’m not seeing the growth clearly, but the only noticeable change is the daily opening of new flower calyxes. 🌸 Harvest Preparation: I’m already getting my equipment ready for drying after harvest. 🛠️ Once it’s time to cut, I’ll be hanging the plant to dry for the first 10 days. 🌿✂️ I want to make sure everything is set for a smooth drying process. Stay tuned for more updates, and as always, daily photos of the plant will be posted! 📸🌱 Day 62 - Last-Minute Decisions with Urgent Changes 🌱 Hello, my grow friends! Due to the trichome pictures I took on Day 61—which you can check out too—I’ve made an unexpected decision to harvest my plant a bit earlier than planned and make some changes. 🌿 Watering and Flushing: The last time I watered was on Day 61, using all the usual nutrients at the doses I mentioned before. But after seeing the trichome pictures, I decided to start a light flush today. I gave the plant 4 liters of plain water to begin flushing and will now only water lightly on Day 64. After that, no more water until harvest on Day 67. 🌑 Dark Period: From Day 66 to Day 67, I plan to keep the plant in darkness. I’m not entirely sure if this will make a difference, but I’m curious to try it out. ✂️ Defoliation: The plant is doing well, and I’ve done a thorough defoliation. I removed all leaves that aren’t sugar leaves or directly attached to the buds to improve air circulation and reduce the risk of mold as I approach the end of the grow. 💭 Trimming Decisions: I’m still undecided about whether to do a wet trim or a dry trim. Based on what I’ve read, especially regarding the yield from trim, I’m leaning towards dry trimming, as it might give me more usable trim material. I can feel the plant entering its final phase, and I’m getting really excited about the results and what the next few days will bring. Remember, I post a video update every day. #3 getting harvested soon. Deofliated sixty-some leaves from green to yellow and then went into the dark for 48h. #2 is still gonna take a few weeks, Lots of nutes to slow down yellowing of the leaves. She will probably end up quite fluffy

Day 21 Flowering (#1,2,3. day 14 flowering #4): Hi all and yet again a great week for the exotic girls. They just get more beautiful each week now. Buds are forming well on all of the older girls and it is easy to spot the difference between phenos close up. I am going to do a defol later today to open the right up for the air they need to get around now. They have some really good sized fan leaves that have help power their stretch well but now are blocking so much light to the inner growth too. #1 is medium sized in height with chunky golf ball buds forming .node spacing is not too long but I don't think they will join up with the ones above .#2 is a very big girl and the tallest of the 4 growing .Around 1m now and a good amount of mains to form her chunky single bud clusters . Her node lengths are fairly spaced apart and a good defol will allow them to all see light. #3 is in a 20L pot so i expected her to be slightly smaller than her sisters. She has kept up very well with them for bud production and overall flower amounts. #4 is at day 14 and doing a great job of keeping up oddly. while her buds are not as big yet , her look is more mature so it seems she is trying to compete . All are feeding well but #3 shows signs if mg defects. I will correct it with a feed with calmag but also keep vigilant. They are starting to kick out a nice fruity hit now too. keep it green Growmies

Sieht von oben fast aus wie ein sea of green (zufall). Und überall, diese watte Bällchen. Ich bin entzückt! Update. Es wird wasser mit Wasser gegossen, welches ich aus einiger Entfernung per Hand aus einem wasserlauf hole.. 😛 Die Phylaxien der Gelato 41 fast sind anders. Heftig. Sind superdick lang und schnell wieder braun. Bud Körper bilden sich und sind hart. Und das überall. Ok tiefer gleich kleiner. Am 001.009.021 wird sie 71 tage alt. 35 in Blüte. And, what the phylaxien! I mean they re unnormal. Never seen phylaxien growing so massive (i mean pls look at one phylaxie., i think theyre big,) and then as FAST they go brown. Boah difficult to explain. I checked the soil. Wet enough. Looking my Gelato 41 FAST. She is everywhere healthy. I read this is a monster genetic But to see, how it grows! This strain is (so far) different from all the others i made with before. First its a photo. (accidently because I'm a idiot) Than 2 weeks untrained growing. Than not vey lovefull i showed her her new grow direction. And the smell. Of Gelato 41 fast is.. The smell of Gelato, 41 fast. Heavy smell on your fingers from everywhere. As you start to moving you discover that you re really stoned). And my 0.36 m² tent is from the GELATO 41 FASTer as i never seen any Cannabis so quick blooming, sticky everywhere. ABNORMAL! in a great way. And i think, soo small arent they. Or?

Had to fed them on the 24/08 and watered them on the 27/08 to keep the soil moist but not dampened ! It’s Ganja, not water lilies in a swamp ! Unfortunately, there’s no perfect schedule for watering plants. The quantity needed by cycles depends on the size of your pots, the size of your plants and the environment, and the rule is the same for the period between two cycles. This is where you can be the only judge and you must learn to read your plants leaves (overwatering symptoms: droopy leaves with some kinds of speed bumps between the veins). The grow was super easy, rapid growth and incredible strength, no deficiencies..fed 3/4 strength General Hydroponics nutrient line. Ended up topping her two times on multiple branches, giving her a total of 11 tops. Overall medium height with an amazing manifold and thick stem. Harvested on day 62, with a 10 day flush and no darkening stage. An absolutely great strong structure being able to hold it's weight of 132 Grams⚖️️. Right up until harvest day when I went to move her she finally bent but never broke or snapped 💯. Will be in my constant rotation. Recommended completely 💯👏🍍 🔥

Had to chop the Mexican airlines because it hermie hard, no doubt it’s because of the stress I put it under when I accidentally snapped it lol, it’s drying now will update it once it’s finished! Blue gelato has hermie’d, this whole grow has been a mess I’ve not given them the attention they need and half arsed all the plants. Going to leave the Runtz go for a bit longer because I’ve not seen any signs of it turning yet, finger crossed🤞

During week 12 all plants continue to get ripe and the leaves get more and more yellow fade. This is a good thing at this point, since that means the plants are FLUSHED properly and all BIO NOVA nutrients and sugars inside the plant-matter are used up. ONLY A WELL FLUSHED PLANT SMOKES SMOOTHLY WHEN DRIED!!! Since I plan to smoke these buds as my medicinal cannabis against my chronic back pain, I am extra keen on well flushed buds! All my genetic treasures GLISTEN WITH TRICHOMES NOW! Its a beautiful sight and makes me smile every time I see them. The aroma coming from the tent is overwhelmingly strong now and makes my mouth water. Since almost all the pistils have turned brown now, it is time to check the trichomes, if the plants are ready to harvest. I take a hand-held microscope and carefully look at a top-bud. The trichome-heads I see, are all milky now and some of them have turned amber. Thats the perfect time to harvest, since its PEAK-THC now. When all trichome heads have turned milky the THC-content is at its highest, when they start to turn amber, THC breaks down again. The more AMBER TRICHOMES you have, the MORE SEDATIVE a plant gets and then it will make you MORE SLEEPY when you smoke it. The SANlight EVO4-120 LEDs have done an OUTSTANDING JOB! ---11/23/24--- Day 18 from germination I noticed that the plants are picking up growth again, seemingly accelerating each day. The new growth seems healthy, and the main stems are thickening and becoming stronger each day! Unfortunately, my soil revealed itself to be under spider mite attack. I tried to remedy the issue by spraying some Captain Jack Neem Oil - will keep monitoring and re-applying as needed. Still feeding the plants plain, Ph balanced water. --11/20/24--- Day 15 from germination I transplanted the babies into a 5 gallon AC Infinity fabric pots, each filled with: * Moistened Fox Farms Ocean Forest soil * Several handfuls of perlite * Several handfuls of vermiculite * 1 tsp of Mycorrhizae towards the top 25% of the soil I watered the top of the soil around the plants with ~250ml of plain, 6.3 Ph water. Before the transplantation, I noticed some yellowing of the bottom leaves on 2 of the plants, paired with slowed growth the past couple of days. I suspect this was either due to a nitrogen deficiency (notice how the the roots look rootbound) or slight overwatering. Either way, the issue should resolve itself, as the new soil will provide breathing room + more nutrients. ---11/19/24--- Day 14 from germination I was going to transplant them into their 5 gallon fabric pots, however, I'm probably going to give them a couple more days to establish a more robust root system. I noticed a weak skunky smell coming from the Mamasita strain. It started around day 10 -ish. Water: Plain 6.5ph balanced water every 2 days. Light: 18/6 light cycle. Vivosun VS4000 @ 50% most of the time, sometimes increasing to 75%. Air: Clip-on fan set to 3/10 speed to constantly blow at the plants.

I think I’m a little short on nitrogen, busy to fix the problem. Kings and Dj’s gold doing well, only have the problem with the Barney’s. The color is not dark green but getting whiter. Curly top leaves but soft, not to dry not to whet. Start giving plagron alga bloom sinds today 25% more then the alga grow.

This week has been a mixed bag for my two plants. #1 is really taking off now, showing strong growth and picking up speed!🌱 It’s looking healthy and vigorous, which is great to see. Towards the end of the week, I also noticed the first signs of flowering—exciting! Unfortunately, #2 is still struggling.😩 It has barely grown and remains very small compared to #1. If it doesn’t start making progress soon, I might consider replacing it with another plant. I’ll give it a little more time, but let’s see how things develop in the next week. Fingers crossed!🤞

Start of week 5, everything is healthy. Most of the plants are short I’m guessing those are the ones thats grape ape dominant. Only 1 plant ( Z 1 ) is a fast grower. They are now under 750 watt hps for the rest of vegg. Last week of vegg. Then flower for 10 weeks.

Well they have been on 12/12 for 2 days now, this evening they began their 3rd day of flowering. They need a good defoliation. I’m feeling very overwhelmed by the canopy density, because my screen has such small spacing, all the vegetation in the middle is very tightly packed. No major issues. Making sure to keep my ph in check and I dismounted my fan from it’s stand and zip tied it to one of the tent supports. Hopefully everything continues in the right direction! Oct 3 The stretch is on. These girls look great. I’m going to be feeding them tomorrow. They have filled in quite nicely from their last defoliation and I need to do another. I’ve tucked a number of leaves I should have clipped but I didn’t. I will have to do it soon. My dog, Slade, was being a suck tonight so I let him downstairs with me.
