Guava Runtz – Week 10 (Fast Buds Outdoor 2026) Weather was okay. Guava Runtz is nearly finished so the feeding has been reduced. She is fully in the flowering stage. The smell has become very intense. Some leaves show a light purple coloration. The latest trichome check shows a clear increase in milky heads. She is looking good overall and getting close to the finish line.

We have lift-off! She has stretched her little heart out this past week. This growth spurt inevitably came with a load of foliage, so I've been defoliating through the week - just a little each day - to keep the airflow nice. She is loving the Bud Explosion. Bud sites are starting to swell up nicely, and the fragrant aroma is getting more and more every day, quite zesty, very citrus. More lemony than orange at the moment, but still early days. The first hint of frost is beginning to set in, and she is looking a very healthy plant, hopefully should get some nice trichome production. This is my first photo-period plant, and in all honesty it's gone a lot smoother than some of the autos I've grown! No deficiencies, no pH or EC issues, no heat stress :) I deliberately gave it a long veg time so it didn't feel rushed, but moving forward I wouldn't want to have 1 plant taking up that much space for that long. SOG might be the way to go, but that's for another day. Current feeding: CalMag: 0.5ml / liter Megacrop: 5.5 grams / gallon Bud Explosion: 1.5 grams / gallon Will be running PK 13/14 for a week, probably starting some point this week when I next need to change the res. pH is currently 6 in the res, rising to 6.1 / 6.2 in the autopot tray. was busy setting up new tent and light and fixing old one. plants are now in a more controlled environment. new setup has plants feeling better. higher temps and better humidity. probably going to top 2 out of 4 plants. they appear to be coming out of the stress from transplanting and moving and too cold environment. hoping to switch to flower in 2 weeks. big pots are 5 gal and others like 2.5

Day 92 – Standing strong and swelling up! After a week of mixed conditions here in Ramsgate — cool mornings, occasional coastal winds, and sudden heat bursts above 24°C — this plant is showing what true resilience looks like. Despite last month’s stormy surprises and some early stem stress, the FastBuds genetics continue to shine. Buds are stacking beautifully, calyxes are swelling up, and there’s a confident push toward the final phase. You’ll notice a bit of natural fade on the lower leaves — a classic sign of energy being redirected toward flower production. No intervention needed. This is outdoor minimalism at its best: nature-led, no bottles, just strong soil, sunlight, and observation. Each cola is now forming a clear crown, and internodal spacing has tightened. The smell is still subtle outdoors, but richer day by day. I’m continuing with a hands-off approach — just water, light breeze, and the occasional nod of respect to Mother Nature. To anyone growing outdoors: never underestimate what the sun and time can do with the right soil and genetics. 💚

WEEK #18 – PREPARING THE FINALE There's some tension here: Like a cat on a hot tin roof. On tenterhooks. On pins and needles. Progress is slow, but steady. Plant health looks good, no signs of deficiences nor end of life after (7-)8 weeks of bloom. Lights up to 100%. Give 'em, baby. Hesi Phosphor Plus back on the menu. 0-1 weeks for SMC and 1-2 weeks for Skywalker *Haze* according to Dutch Passion standard. Checked trichomes on top buds: no ambers at all, very many still transparent. Size of the buds too small. Looking at other diaries i think easily 2-3 weeks more. But the buil-up is fine, i think. A little more density, a little more frost, a little bit of purple here and there. SMC is very (positively speaking) sick, most of the leaves almost totally white on the bottom side (think i will need to collect them, otherwise it would be a pity). We're getting there, just a bit longer.. 👽

Как я не пытался гровить на расслабоне, растение заставляет немного понервничать - 46 день от каски, не зацвело😵. К тому же появились признаки передозировки азотом. Пару проливов сделаю без базовых удобрений, а затем снижу дозу до половины табличного значения AN. 👉Но есть и хорошие новости - наконец установил досвет низов по периметру. They took a long time to grow and mature 10 months in all. They produced amazing flowers with a genuine high. Left a lot to be desired in flavour profile however not awful to smoke. Would grow again for sure as they were a high yielding, ‘set and forget’ type of strain easy and resilient enough to grow and highly impressive to see grown outdoor.

End of Week 15 (8th week of flower) Still cruising, everything has been running very smoothly and the smell is just undoubtedly off the charts. The ladies are showing off some colour and are fading naturally bringing out hues of orange and purple. I also noticed that the leaves and buds closest to the lights are showing significantly more colour that the ones that are further away. The colas are also getting heavy and there are some side colas that are hanging and needed to be reinforced to keep them upright. (This is a good thing obviously) I know I said I would start the flush (not giving any more nutrients/top-ups) but I decided to give them a small dose of Boom Bloom just to give the ladies that final boost. I boosted them in the middle of the week and the flush has begun after that. Only water from now until harvest. Pest Report: None Smell Report: HEAVEN

Temp & Humidity still controlled by my Mycodo System. VPD range still set to 0.4 - 0.8 for now. 08.04. Week 2 of Veg begins and the plants really start to grow like crazy. Especially the Strawberry Lemonade and Fullgas seem to be bigger every day! I had a little PH issue on the last watering, but it should not be too worrysome. 10.04. I‘ve noticed some yellow tint starting to form on the newer leaves of the Strawberry Lemonade. For now I will stay on the lookout, but I hope it‘s nothing too dramatic. I also switched the VPD to be around 0.8 - 1.2 which it doesn‘t completely hit for the moment as i do not have a dehumidification option but the additional humidification was stopped. 13.04. Week 2 is nearing it‘s end and things are going great. The discoloration has vanished and the plants are growing steadily. VPD at around 0.7 kPa.

The plants look very healthy and they have big and dense buds , ill havr to wait anothe week or cuple days until harvest even tho it may be a bit soon for it. One of the plants has started to root its top head of the buds , but i soupose its because of the temp . The air is getting dry cuz of the hot weather even tho im using 250w-400w lights on them . Trichromes look preety good and the bud is frosty . Some of the plants are not ready yet for some reason so i think i have to give them a bit more time
