💜 Purple Haze by Zamnesia – Pheno B Week 6 | Growing at Her Own Rhythm Welcome back to another chapter of the 8×8 Adventure! One of the greatest lessons this project continues teaching me is that plants don't read calendars. They don't know what week we're calling it. They don't compare themselves to the plant growing beside them. They simply follow the instructions written inside their own genetics. Purple Haze Pheno B has become the perfect example of that philosophy. While several of her sisters are rapidly building flowers, this beautiful lady has chosen a much more relaxed pace. She's not behind. She's simply growing at her own rhythm. And she's doing it beautifully. 🌱 The Beauty of the 12/12 Adventure For everyone joining this diary for the first time, welcome! This entire project is being grown using the 12/12 From Seed technique. Every seed was placed directly under a 12-hour light and 12-hour dark cycle from germination, allowing each phenotype to express its natural growth pattern without a traditional vegetative period. Every plant receives exactly the same opportunity. The same lighting. The same nutrition. The same environment. The same temperatures. The same humidity. The same daily attention. The only thing changing... ...is the genetics. And once again, genetics are telling a fascinating story. 🌿 Strength Before Speed Standing at approximately 85 cm, Purple Haze Pheno B has developed into a wonderfully vigorous plant. Her structure is strong. Her branches are sturdy. Her canopy remains full of healthy foliage. Her colour is exactly what every grower hopes to see. Deep green. Lush. Full of life. What makes this phenotype unique isn't what she's doing... It's what she's not doing. Unlike some of the other ladies, she hasn't rushed into explosive flower production. Instead, she continues investing energy into maintaining an incredibly healthy framework that will eventually support whatever comes next. Sometimes nature prefers to build the foundation before decorating the house. 🌸 Flowering... One Step at a Time If I compare this week's photographs with last week's, the difference isn't dramatic. And that's perfectly okay. Fresh pistils continue appearing across the plant. The growing tips are slowly beginning to change shape. Flower sites are forming. But she's progressing at a noticeably gentler pace than many of the other phenotypes in the room. Rather than worrying about that, I find it fascinating. This is exactly why I wanted to document every phenotype separately. Had these plants been growing individually, I might never have appreciated just how differently sisters can develop under identical conditions. Purple Haze Pheno B is reminding me that flowering isn't a race. Every genetic line follows its own timeline. 🍃 A Plant That Simply Looks Happy Sometimes the easiest plants to grow are the ones that ask for very little. This week there were no warning signs. No deficiencies. No excesses. No signs of stress. Just healthy leaves reaching toward the light and steady, consistent development. Leaf tucking has once again been the primary training method, gently opening the canopy without removing valuable fan leaves. This allows better airflow and improved light penetration while preserving the plant's natural ability to produce energy. She's rewarding that gentle approach with vigorous, healthy growth. 💧 Feeding With Patience Just because flowering is progressing slowly doesn't mean the plant needs to be forced. The feeding program continues supporting the transition naturally while allowing the genetics to dictate the pace. A nice well rounded week apart from the heat. Stopped the cmx the silikamajic and changed from monster bloom to extreme boost. Took away the bottom light and trimmed the two low branches receiving lil light. Will be starting the flush end of next week to the week after for a two week flush. Will be checking levels over the next 2 weeks for maximum stability. Will post results after everything is done.

Beginning to shoot up now. Had been sharing the light with three sisters, now just the two of them and she's loving the attention.

Buenos días familia, hoy traemos la 3 semana de floración de nuestras crazy cookies, zambezaseeds. Es una cepa bastante vigorosa con un tallo robusto 6mm, exactamente a mitad altura. Su cultivo es fácil, apenas se ve bloqueo alguno, traga muy bien en lo que se refiere a nutrientes. Ph en 6,5 y humedad por debajo de los 45 % . 48h entre riego y riego, no olvidemos que están en tiestos de 7L. Su floración está siendo bastante rápida estas semanas se verá como engordan nuestras flores, sin duda este es el momento para meter caña a big bud y bud candy.

Start of week 3 today.. Only running 4 x250w hps due to high outdoor temps..max 33c low 23c in tent..topped all at the 5th/6th node. Ec 1.1 ph range between 5.9 and 6.1 ph perfect advanced nutrients..

Day 85 - Noticed at least briefly, the tent had gotten up to about 84°, but went back down to its normal 82ish. I don't know if it has to do with slightly warmer temperatures or not. I will monitor. Was also fed today, following the Dyna-Gro feed chart with 2 tsp Bloom, and 2 tsp Mag Pro. As of this week, Foliage Pro is no longer going to be given. As I sit here and reflect on some of the earlier grow, I am starting to realize that lots of my discoloration early in the grow was likely predominantly caused by me. Not thinking, with this being a coco/peat mix, once I started feeding, it should have been every feed. I was not wanting to overfeed, so basically I fed one watering, then the next was plain water, thus essentially flushing the pot once a week and feeding once a week. Am I sure this was the cause, no, but it is the most logical thing that I can think of. I will call it 'first grow' lessons learned! Day 86 - Temp seemed to stay around 82° today, with a few hours of light left. Day 87 - She seems to be moving along fine with minimal effort on my part. Flowering seems to be the easiest part by far, but the hardest (having to wait when it gets close). Mid day update - New fan has arrived. Will be put in the tent tonight when the lights come on. Day 88 - Fed today, just over 1g with 2 tsp of Bloom and Mag Pro (per gallon). Installed the new Vivosun fan. Happy with it so far, seems a much better design to clip to the tent. Haven't used the old one as an underskirt fan just yet, but may still do so. Added a video looking at the new fan through the looking window of tent, so you can see it in action, while the tent is sucked in. You can see the leaves move from each side of the plant, then how the oscillation just perfectly fills the tent corner. I won a reverse auction from GPS, for a pack of Chinook Haze over the weekend (killer price), so I am going to start a small genetics collection I think. My original order from GYO has 1 Barneys Farm Pineapple Chunk (freebie), 2 random (freebies), 2 GYO GSC and 2 GYO Bubblegum seeds left, all of which should be feminized. The GPS seeds are regular. I really want to try some Subcool strains, like Jack the RIpper (have had the smoke and liked it) or Grape Lime Ricky (description just sounds awesome), but don't feel like paying $10 a bean for regular seeds at this point in time. The other I want to get is some White Rhino, which I might end up picking up some Nirvana White Rhino (another smoke I thoroughly enjoyed) seeds at some point as well. Day 89 - There is something peaceful about just sitting by the tent with the door open, and relaxing with the plant. NOTICE: Since a comment brought it to my attention that I never showed the lights, I added pics in the week 2 section, since that is when they went into the tent. They are QB132 v1 lights from HLG. Day 90 - Temp again hit 84° in the tent. I guess I can't worry too much. There is plenty of airflow, that that thermo is on the net, in the light, so it may be more of a radiant vs ambient temp. She isn't really showing any ill signs of it, so I will just keep plugging along. Day 91 - Fed today, 2tsp Bloom and Mag Pro (per gallon), with 140 oz given. 5 weeks of flower in the books. GYO lists this strain as a 55-63 day flower. I don't know if they base that off of time flip, or pistil formation, but I am 35 days in from time flip (I think it was about 12 days for first pistils), and I can't imagine that it will be done in 3 more weeks. I'm thinking at least 4 more, but we will see how she finishes as the weeks continue to go by. Opened the tent right before lights on today to grab a couple lights off flash on photos.

Into flower we go and so far she looks really damn fine! I keep her very low whit lst because my grow space doesn’t allow high plants right now 😂 But I love lst, it gives me time to sit beside my tent and just play with my girls 😂

These seeds are grown in Georgia, LAGODEKHI x OG KUSH, seeds of the same variety should be grown in coconut and soil

The buds are fating up. I removed some leaves which blocked the light for the lower buds. Hope she will be ready soon because I am afraid of mold developing.

Semana de transición entre el abono para el periodo vegetativo (Bio Vega) y el abono que utilizaremos durante el periodo de floración (Bio Flores). El primero más rico en nitrógeno y el segundo, en fósforo, magnesio y potasio. Mezclo Bio Rhizotonic + Bio Vega + Bio Flores y riego con 50 litros de agua, todo el cultivo... Alterno riegos cada tres días, unos con abono y otros con agua. La próxima semana, elimináremos Bio Vega.

Huge week in the tent. Lollipopping. Defoliation. Redid the LST ties. Added height to the plants to level the canopy. Added the blumats self watering setup. The tent got a total makeover. They look healthy otherwise.

welcome to 📅 Day 8 of flower 7/12/2021 they are growing very well and are drinking lots 10 gal a week I'm hoping that they stop the stretch and start to fatted up as I am running out of space lol. next update on thurs till then happy growing and as always keep your stick on the ice 🏒 I would like to say a few words about Mars Hydro. the TS 1000 is a great light and I love the fact that the power supply is capable of being separated from the light and located outside of the tent to keep the heat down. I also like the fact that you can control the light intensity and daisy chain with another light witch is what I plan on doing.

Been out of town for a couple of weeks and have a buddy taking care of the ladies while I’m gone. Post nice photos this weekend. Stopped using speedy veg and did a quick flush to start bloom nutes

August 28th Finally white heads appear, Stretching seems to grind to a halt. Let hope so, she has almost grown against the glass, Little more trainig to do Fed with thomaskali few handfulls
