Very pleased with Zambeza Critical++, anyone could grow her! I cropped one of my Critical the other was LST I can see bigger buds on the cropped one, but it is not obvious so far which one is producing more weights. Just changed Hps 400w to Voost 240w, plants responded well, some older fan leaves were started to cook and burn under hps, way too hot mid day, I can tell some leaves needed a break... Let's see if LEDS helps with heat/light stress... They are at 60cm from canopy, I will bring them down little by little during the next few days... 5/25: It rained again today for most of the day, but I managed to get back out there and take some photos after it let up. I also shot a short video early in the a.m while it was sprinkling and the lights were on... I heard that this strain flowers really fast, but I really don't think she can finish before June 21 (the summer solstice). The other two seedlings (FFT#5 and FFT#6) are in the same boat. The 5 clones outdoors might be able to finish before they get the signal to reveg. I may end up bringing as many of them as I can fit into my closet to finish and starting another batch of beans to grow outdoors this summer... 5/26 - 5/31: I did some training on her early in the week between rain showers, and foliar fed with Microlife maximum bloom formula. She was looking a little N deficient, so I assume the dry amendments have petered out. I top-fed her with another couple tablespoons of cavern culture and on the 31st, they were dry enough to feed them. I gave them big bloom, tiger bloom, grow big, beastie bloomz, silica, endoboost, signal, humic acid, liquid kelp/fish emulsion, and liquid molasses. I didn't have space and started flowering her out. 1 week in I changed my mind and decided to veg her more to repot and get her bigger. I supercropped her quite hard but she has responded very well I am going to leave the 2 tips to veg and take cuts from it...I am not sure if the hard supercrop falls under LST or HST ...

Week 4 no change to nutrient schedule, but plants are drinking faster as they grow so need to refill the reservoir a bit more. I had to photograph the plants on the evening before the day I would have usually take the pic's. When I came home a day later the plants grew A LOT!! They are about 8 inches now and very fluffy. I may have to clean up the branches on the bottom to avoid any issues.

Thoses ladies are smelling strong. One is about 2 week late on the other, i think he got different phenotype, and quite sure that the late one will have a bigger harvest. They are healthy and strong. I'll start to wash the first one in something like a week. Everything is going well 😎

It's been great.. upgraded their tent, girls are stretching fairly but not excessively. I remove lst tie downs before flowering [experiment] but had to redo to maximize light penetration, previous topping and lst created a lot of bud sites Happy growing guys..

Hey guys! New week, here we are! As always, every Sunday is cleaning day. Took everything again from the tent, washed the saucers. Was also time to cut down some leaves as it was starting to look very bushy and hard for the light to get through it. During that time, came across with some bugs under the foliage, which isn't a great sign for sure. Not to mention the fruit flies that move in and are making my life a little chaos. Reducing now the RH a bit, and watering now on every 72h instead of 48h to keep the grow as dry as possible. Increasing the ventilator speed was another attempt, it so much air circulating should be hard for them to make a living inside. Just put now more of those fly traps and will add a couple glasses of cider vinegar here and there, as it attracts most of the flying things with success. Note that some plants are yellowing and that's never a good sign. Though for few weeks it was Nitrogen deficiency, but after increasing it and the CalMag values, the problem persists, so I'm inclined for something bug related. Besides that, temps are still very stable, RH was changed, now to 40% tops, and the light went a little lower to get it closer to the plants - always with the light burn effect in mind. 40cm is the line between the tops and the lamp. Flowering is looking good, buds are forming well and seems that's gonna be a good ending if I can keep the bugs under control. She's on pre-flower, switched the nutrients and increased a bit the feeding volume. That's all folks, have a great week
