Nothing special about this week. Dropped seed into small cell pot of fox farms ocean forest and she took of very quickly. Sprayed medium with water mixed with liquid seaweed and urb natural.

This grow was challenging because they stretched five times their height after flipping, so I had to rebuild the entire tent to fit them. Unfortunately, this meant that I couldn't use my regular lights but instead had to use a QB light dimmed down to not fry the plants thoroughly. This resulted in light bleaching and insane foxtailing in the top buds and a reduced yield overall. I am confident that both quality and quantity would have been better with less stretch.

This grow turned out to be quite a journey. Originally, this run was meant to be a simple between-grow project, something to keep the season going outdoors, without too much effort. But plans changed, and the Orange Sherbet ended up in the tent, where it took a completely different direction than expected. She grew big and strong early on, but the LST was tricky. she didn’t respond very well at first, and shaping her the way I wanted took a lot of time and patience. It was interesting to see how she stretched and filled out later, but overall, the structure stayed somewhat awkward to manage. Throughout the grow I struggled with CalMag and potassium balance. I tried several adjustments, sometimes with high CalMag doses, but it never fully stabilized. It’s still unclear if that came from the strain itself or from the BioBizz line, but it made the mid-to-late phase more difficult than I had hoped. The flowering time was also much longer than advertised. the breeder mentions around 9 weeks, but in reality this one took closer to 14–15 weeks total. What was supposed to be a quick side project turned into a long, demanding run. On the bright side, she delivered a very solid yield. a bit over 160 g of trimmed buds plus another 50 g of popcorn, well above 1 g/W. The aroma is lovely after 10 days of curing: creamy, with vanilla and a subtle orange note returning. However, the buds are airy, not as dense as I hoped. The effect and flavor are great, but visually it’s more on the average side. Even so, this grow was one of the most instructive I’ve done. I learned a lot about deficiency management, humidity control, watering and how far genetics and environment interact. Going forward, I’ll take a break from autos and focus on photoperiod strains again. I just prefer the control and predictability they offer. All in all: not my prettiest grow, but a very valuable one. About drying in dry ferm/dry age and regular drying: the material in the bags took a few days longer to dry which is said to be good (regular dry was 7 days, bags was 9 or 10). initially I think the buds from bags look better but now in curing I can't really tell a difference, not visually and not in the nose. Let's see how everything evolves over time but honestly I am not expecting it to differ a lot from regular drying.

And she is chopped! Very quality buds— easy feeder, and This is an amazingly fast plant! Resin production- ✅ Terps - ✅ Fast - ✅ Quality of flower - ✅ Easy to grow - ✅ I cannot say enough about this lady! Just fed an average amount of nutrients. Vegged a little longer because of flower tent overflow, but once she flipped, she was fast and quality all the way! Dry weight and smoke test to follow! ✌️🏻💚

Quality strain but my buds could have been denser/chunkier, growers error, my first LST and I stressed her into flower too early

Hey guys, Great week! Nothing too much to report here. Things seem to be going great........the stretch is coming along nicely, about 8 inches since flip. The signs of buds forming is there and I can spot some tiny crystals forming near the center 😁 Started using the flower nutes this week as well. Today I will start using the co2 and terpinator. Also I was recommended to try a 2nd net as well for some support which from what I've read these buds can get quite big. The clones I cut a couple weeks ago are ready for friends. I learned from quickly from some rookie mistakes and greened them right up along with lots of new growth, they are nice and healthy as well. go spread the happiness to others!!! I did do another quite big defoliation that really cleaned up all weak branches and leaves. only the strong survived. no wasted energy. This is where the fun really begins as I can now get to watch the buds grow!! 😲😎 Thanks again for following along, this has been a very exciting journey so far and now it really begins!!

Started trimming tops at day F48 on 2 x Slurricane. Took the rest of the two plants on F53. Unique pheno of the bunch in its early finish, but trichs said it was time Chopped FFT 5 and 9 on day F53 LOTS more to come

Plants took a tumble while I was at work and came home to everything laying on the ground like a robbery. I also learned that my plants wasn't burning but in fact when the tree hit the deck the 33C heat and the roof torched the leaves. The vertical growth is slowing as it only grew 4" in the week so far, next summer hopefully I will use 20 gallons and not 12. Just solid knowledge for next year as I wanted all 3 tree to hit around 6ft after the stretch and all the training. Lost a few main branches on this plant so idk how realistic 1.5lbs is at this point

Blue Cheese F1 automatic Week 6 2/9-15 The Cheese gals are in full flower, the buds are puffing out and stacking. I even see some lower buds connecting to the upper buds and some pistils are turning brown. There is some smell when I open the tent. The F1 genetics are reflected in that these 2 plants are almost identical. I don’t see much difference in their growth so far using the different mediums. Soil and soil/coco blend. Maybe harvest will show a difference in yield from each one. Time will tell. On 2/13 I did major defoliation on my Cheese gals. I removed all large fan leaves and any leaves shading bud sites. Initially, I thought this would be my last defoliation, however I have heard that 1) they continue to grow new leaves until day 20 of flower and 2) there must be enough foliage on the plant to photosynthesize energy. Well, I hope I left enough leaves for energy to keep bulking up the buds. Stretching has slowed down. Both girls grew only an inch and now 17 inches. This is only the end of flower week 2. Controller is set to flower. I add 2 gallons of water to the T700 humidifier daily to keep the VPD in line. 2/9 & 11 4 gal fed 2 liter each nutrients added at ½ of recommended amount. Making 4 gallons since I have 2 pots of carrots and a Dill in the back. : Hello guyss (if anybody watching). As you can see in the photos, it’s been an incredible week. The colas have fattened up a lot over the past few days, and the harvest time is getting closer. According to the Sweet Seeds website, they should be ready in about eight weeks, but in my opinion, they might take a bit longer. This is week seven, so by the end of next week, I’ll be able to determine whether they’re ready or not. It’s amazing how massive the colas have become — truly impressive. RHC #2 has some huge budss, and I’m really happy with how the plants are developing overall. I’ve continued following the BioBizz schedule as usual, keeping the pH around 6.4, with no visible issues or deficiencies which makes me proud of my work. RHC #3 showed a lot of improvement this week and now looks just as big, even surpassing RHC #1 in height. The aroma is incredible — lots of cheese, a hint of sweetness, and something that reminds me of a red gummy candy. Even though the colors haven’t started to show yet, I’m still hopeful. For my second run, my girks are looking absolutely amazing.
