D71. Week five of flower and the girls are simply doing their thing. I scouted the plants today and found thrips on the second girl. I was hoping the lacewings would have gotten them all by now, but no such luck. I'll give them a week before ordering another batch. For some reason, the thrips avoid the first girl. Visually, there's also a clear difference between the two girls, with the first girl being darker and having more buds. ------------------------------ D73. I brewed a short (6 hours) compost tea today consisting of worm castings, kelp meal, neem meal, humic and fulvic acid, rock dust, biochar, and molasses. After the brew, I added homemade Bokashi juice, which lowered the pH of the tea to 6.6. Each girl got 2.5 liters of tea (5% of pot volume.) I also did another light round of defoliation, down low on the plants. ------------------------------ D75. Each girl got 2.5 liters of water @ pH 6.5, with 5 ml of FFJ. The plants stretched SO MUCH after flipping them into flower that it's challenging for the light to penetrate the canopy, and it's pretty dark further down. I bought some LED grow light strips and installed them in the tent to provide additional side lighting. It's only 36 W of extra lighting, but I hope it will help to develop the numerous buds down low. I put the lights on the left side of the tent, around the first girl, since she has a lot more buds, but now that it looks like the concept works, I might get another set of lights for the right side of the tent. ------------------------------ D77. We've reached the end of the fifth week of flower, and all is well in the tent. Ahem, almost all since I still have the thrips to contend with, BUT I just put a bunch of Cucumeris predatory mites in the tent, so the war rages on. A friend suggested adding white cloth below the plants to reflect more light toward the lower buds. Sounds plausible, but I didn't have any fabric, so I went all ghetto by simply putting strips of kitchen paper on top of the scrog net. Not the most fantastic reflector material ever, but it's what I had at hand. Plus, it's easy to work with and costs next to nothing. I doubt it will make a big difference, but even a slight increase is still an increase, and I could see a visible difference in the amount of light hitting the lower canopy. Finally, each plant got 2.5 liters of water @ pH 6.3, with FFJ and Bokashi Juice. ------------------------------

Summing up, I can say that sativa is really not mine.The next diary will be related to breeding, I will test and gain experience in this matter.Further more, success is inevitable.

Sorry for the long delay, but wasn't sure if I was gonna finish this runoe n Moved everything down to my flower room and finally flipped to flower. Humidity is extremely low so I recently added a ideal aire 75 pint unit to try n help fight. Since last cycle, I got 4 new 640 watt LEDs, 6 100 watt inter-canopy lights, added 2 20 pound co2 tanks, and added an 8 inch intake fan to help control the. CO2. Ended up with 24 plants, 15 strains (got way 2 carried away with buying seeds this year lol). Since I'm gonna retire my 2 fav strains, I wanted to cast a wide net and find worthy successors.

Another excellent easy to grow strain. Early on she developed what appeared to be rust spots on the bottom half fan leaves. I implemented calmag into her feeding. It didn't appear to reverse the impact but did delay it or slow it down. Not to mention the last month she and the others have been neglected due to my schedule. She has been very resilient throughout. She is in the drying phase currently so I will definitely update when I take her for a test drive.

This past week has been a blast! After getting these ladies nutrition straightened out, they are thriving!💚🌱💚 I gave defoliated wayyy more than what I see other growers traditionally doing. After the "3rd and final haircut" I defoliated two more times 😅 Thank you the GD community for the support and resources along the way 🙏 My only concern now is the tent actually becoming too crowded.😆. Week 3 - These plants are turning out Straight Fire. I’ve been watering every 3 days. Using Athena CaMg .5ml/Gallon PH 6.3. You can tell these are more towards the Sativa side. I’ll update next week good luck everyone comment your thoughts !

Hey everyone 😀. A lot has happened again this week 👍. Pheno 1 goes from the color more and more to red 😍, whereby Pheno 2 also slowly starts to color 😃. Flowering day 21 Today both were poured with 1.2 L each and checked for their health. The humidifier was also refilled. Flowering day 22 Today the tent was cleaned and both phenotypes checked for pests and so on. Flowering day 23 Today both were poured again, this time only 1.6 l for both together. The tent was cleaned with disinfectant 👍. Flowering day 24 Today the humidifier was refilled, the activated carbon filter changed after 9 months, and all the electronics checked :-). Flowering day 25 Today 1.5 l was poured per plant so that some train comes out and rinses out excess nutrients 👍. The box was also cleaned and the plants checked for health. Flowering day 26 In both phenotypes, the bottom mini buds were removed for the last time so that the full energy goes into the top buds 👍. The tent was cleaned and the whole room was cleaned. Flowering day 27 Like every two days, the water was also poured today, but this time only 0.7 l per plant, because two days ago it was poured with Train 😄. The lamps were adjusted to the size and placed about 5 cm high. All in all, it was a perfect week, everything is going as it should and the plants are feeling very good 👍. Cookies and Cream is growing great under the Medic Grow Mini Sun-2. I changed her solution today, I also defoliated her, and pruned the tips off the long roots. I then proceeded to lollipop the canopy. She has been growing strong, and fast. I hope it continues 🤞🏻. 420Fastbuds FBT2302/Week11 What up everyone. Hopefully all are having an amazing weekend. Weekly update in these two little ladies. The flowers on these have definitely swollen up more this week and starting to show some amber when looking at the trichs. They both are super frosty and smell absolutely delicious. Did take off most of the bigger fan leafs this week allowing more light to the lower flower sites before getting the chop in a couple days. All in all Happy Growing
