Die Pink Poochie wurde etwas von mir nochmal massakriert, damit der kleine Trieb unten eine Chance hat aufzuholen. Deswegen hab ich sie nochmal seitlich getoppt und die Triebe alle auf eine Höhe herunter geholt. Diesmal bekommt sie ein kleines bisschen weniger Dünger, damit ich alle mit den gleichen Wasser gießen kann.

Getting some clawing on some of my leaves. I honestly can't tell if this is from the fan. I have a large fan inside of the tent which may just become a house fan. I can't imagine what it would be like with four plants in there with this fan. I've upped my nutrients back to 4/4/8 ml/Gallon. I'm needing to water nearly twice daily. I'm debating adding in just some plain water to wash some of the salts out now that i'm at the half way mark. I may do this tonight. Today marks day 36! I am so proud of how well these plants are doing. They're requiring minimal training and I have defoliated some leaves and any dying leaves underneath. My biggest plant now has it's own light as it's quite a bit taller then the other two. The main kola is very close to the light. It's not flowering as heavily as the others though I suspect it will be my largest yielder. Thanks for checking out my grow!

Let’s dive into the details! Environmental Updates: A Chill in the Air 🌬️ This week, temperatures in the grow room dipped to around 21-22°C, with relative humidity (RH) holding steady at 65%. While not drastic, this slight chill is enough to slow down growth a bit as the plants adapt. Cooler temps can encourage tighter node spacing, but they can also delay development slightly. Here’s how we’re addressing it: Proactive Monitoring: Keeping a close eye on temperature and RH trends to ensure they remain within optimal ranges. Gradual Adjustments: Slowly warming the environment with indirect heat sources if necessary, without shocking the plants. Remember, plants are incredibly resilient—and this slight delay will only make the Croco girls’ eventual growth even more rewarding. Feeding Updates: All in One Pellets & Organic Boost 🌾 This week marked a significant milestone: I introduced Aptus Holland’s All in One Pellets to the soil mix. Here’s how it went down: Preparation: Added a generous dose of the pellets to each pot. Soil Enrichment: Topped the pots with Pro Mix soil, bringing the total soil volume to 1 liter per plant. Feeding Transition: While I did one last watering with All in One Liquid, I’ll now rely primarily on: Regulator (0.15ml/L): To support stress resistance and strengthen cell walls. CalMag Boost (0.25ml/L): For calcium and magnesium supplementation, essential for strong stems and vibrant growth. Start Booster (0.25ml/L): To continue promoting robust root development. The combination of organic pellets and the Aptus liquid lineup ensures the girls have everything they need for a slow, steady nutrient release while maintaining microbial activity in the soil. Watering Technique: Bottom-Up Hydration 💧 This week, I switched to bottom-watering, a game-changer in preventing fungus gnats and promoting healthier root development. How It Works: Water is added to the tray, allowing the soil to wick moisture upwards through capillary action. Advantages: Reduces surface moisture, deterring gnats from laying eggs. Encourages roots to grow deeper as they seek water, resulting in a stronger root system. To further combat gnats, I’ve also placed yellow sticky traps around the pots. This dual strategy—bottom-watering and sticky traps—is already showing promising results. Mutant Marvels: The Funky Leaf Phenomenon 🍃 Each Croco girl is a masterpiece of mutation, with unique leaf shapes and growth patterns. No two plants are alike, and that individuality is part of what makes this grow so exciting. I’m patiently waiting for them to grow large enough to identify their sex. Here’s the plan moving forward: Option 1: Flip to 12/12 Temporarily: A one-week light flip to identify sex, then returning to veg. Pros: Fast and straightforward. Cons: Slight delay in veg growth. Option 2: Clone & Flip: Take cuttings from each plant, root them, and flip the clones to flower. Pros: Preserves the main plants in veg. Cons: Requires additional space and time for cloning. I’ll decide based on how the girls progress over the next week or two. Either way, I’m excited to unlock their potential. Photography: Capturing the Magic 📸 This week, I focused on showcasing the Croco girls’ beauty through a mix of macro photography and behind-the-scenes shots. Using both my Sony and Nikon cameras, I’ve been able to capture intricate details—from water droplet reflections to the delicate veining in their leaves. Why Use a DSLR/Mirrorless Camera? Greater sensor size allows for higher-quality images compared to even the latest smartphones. The ability to swap lenses provides flexibility for macro shots, wide angles, and close-ups. Depth of field and manual focus control ensure every shot is intentional and artistic. Lens Choices: Macro lenses (e.g., 90mm) for close-ups of leaf textures and water droplets. Standard lenses (e.g., 50mm) for portrait-style plant shots. While phone cameras like the latest iPhone can take great photos, they can’t quite match the level of detail, depth, and creative control a dedicated camera offers. well, that day dawned :) growing in a suitcase was really difficult, temperature, humidity, plant growth, everything was very difficult to control, but I managed something, it was an extremely interesting experience :) 119 gr wet, I think it will be between 25-30 gr dry , which I think is really good from the suitcase :) it was something different than usual, and now I'm going to grow another begina, which is much bigger than this one :) good luck to everyone, and thank you.:)

This grew really nice and took a lot of beatings by me, she has great smell and I will be growing this over and over again. Just great I made a small handful of seeds but now I understand making seeds is not easy, I did it, it was a great learning experience that is just another part of what this great plant can do. this whole grow started great then took some dives and I was going to give up, I am real glad I did nt. I would have had a larger yield if I did not cut the stem to far when I topped, I was doing this plant as a research project as I know super skunk can take a beating and keep going. The strain is a real winner and bounces back as I put this one through a lot. great strain..

Special Christmas Stress would be last weeks summary. Still trying to figure out what the hell is happening to my plants. As there are some major problems appearing on one of them and symptoms on all of them. It looked like there were too much nutes so I tried to flush them out with water. Still the problem went on. Then I started to add calmag since 2 plants went too white. Which appearently is iron defficiency. After 4 days I’m starting to add full nutes but now I’m not regulating ph but leaving it for 7.9 since my runoff water is about 5.8 and probably locking out K N and P. Will see how this will roll out. Also made a simple DIY scrog net for the tallest plant. And ordered microscope.

Posted a day later than usual 🌝 Nice and easy week again, some early signs of senescence showing on a few leaves. Quite dry in there this week so a few leaves are looking a bit crispy but all in all they’re looking good with no signs at this stage that bud rot appeared on other bud sites other than the one I cut off two weeks ago. The 18w Migro UVB will be installed next week, ready to be turned on two hours per day for the final three weeks. 🌱

Growing well, so far. The added silica shows its effect - the stem is absolutely massive and solid, don't think LST is an option. I want to do either Topping or FIMing, but am not sure yet, which one. The decision will be shown in the pictures that I'll add, once the procedure is done. UPDATE: I decided to top Banana Kush Auto, as seen in the added photos and video.

Day 65, 14th of November 2020: Amazing week.... RQS Wedding Gelato does not strech a lot and pistils coming out nicely.... Original Sensible Seeds has amazing gentics they are so strechy except Black Ghost OG, rest of them crazyyyyyyy..... I also broke two of the sides from Gelato Original Sensible Seeds but fixed with tape and now all good lol 🤣🤣🤣 Pre flowers out and I really hope they stop growing lol. I also noticed that the Original Sensible Seeds strains have nice purple colours of the fan leave's stem. All the same fertilization happens every 2nd day with the mix above and ratio. One more thing: I set the lamp 15 minutes shorter to switch off earlier so they receive 11:45 of darkness. I would like to imitate the nature when longer nights come with time till the 4th week (when they will receive 13 hours darkness a day 15 minutes minus 4 times = 1hour) so every week 15 min longer darkness for 4 weeks and then back to 12/12 to have bigger buds from the 4th week....

Week 2 - The Plants Are Loving Their Environment. I Think The Coco Soil Have The Gorilla Glu & Stardawg Thinking They’re Coconut Trees. Lol I’m Experimenting Trying To Create My Own Foliation Spray And Nutrient Additive To Go With A Base Nutrient And It Seems To Be Working. Overall The Girls Are Happy & Healthy And I’m Very Satisfied With Week 2. #OwlGang #AGrowingEmpire
