Plants are continuing to ripen, I’m going to start flushing the older one tomorrow. The younger one still has a lot of white pistils, especially on some specific colas, so I’m gonna give it at least one more round of nutes before I start flushing her. These gals have been chugging their water recently, I’m changing the res like twice a week at this point :0 Finally got the first plant that I harvested into cure, pulled a whopping 50 grams from it so I am ecstatic about that, literally double what I was hoping for. These 2 are looking waaaaay larger and fatter so I can only imagine how much they will yield each... I could be looking at a 1/3 lb harvest!!!!

Week six of flower, the 1/2 way point, I might have been a little heavy handed on the bloom nuites this week back to back heavy feedings has given me some burn edges on one of the plants. The pots are still heavy from this weeks feeding. I put them on drain trays to help dry them out a little faster as I do not want root rot or PM, They are starting to stack up and bulk up so Ime gonna just water this week and check the run off to see where the PPM is I bet its high, so I will chime in in a few days and tell you what's up. I have spoken.

It’s officially week 4 of flower. It’s day 36 since I flipped to 12/12 and day 25 since we began seeing flowers

Week 4 - 01/22 to 01/28 2021 Pictures from Days 25 + 26 TRANSPLANTED! Might have waited too long but hopefully the transplant and LST stress might slow the plant down since i think it's already flipping to flower like the Red Poison & Purple Lemonade in my other diaries 😱 Ended up more 50/50 ratio of Destiny Organic's Dark Matter Living Soil + ProMixHP since I had to make the Destiny last. Apparently they went out of business just after I decided it was my favourite/new soil :( Would rather stay away from Ocean Floor since I haven't had the best experiences with it (bugs/rust fungus etc) Feel free to drop some recommendations other than Fox Farms below 👍 The Dark Devil Auto is otherwise healthy and starting show hints of colour in the stems 😈 I raised the @ViparSpectraLED P1500 another eight inches after transplant and started basic LST. I really wanted to get these four under a ScrOG but if 3/4 are already flipping and the LSD is still runty I might have to wait it out again. It already has a solid skunky/hash plant smell on the fingers after adjusting them and it looks like it might actually be a tripod mute with three flower sites per node. Hopefully I can stretch it out and take advantage of the extra bud potential 🙏 I have the @MarsHydroLED TSL2000 set up and ready to go once the girls settle into their new pots. Have the new surge protector/heavy duty power cords/power tool grade timers as mentioned in Week 3. Some of it shown in the pictures. Welcome to the week 6 Day 37 Did some LST, a bit, and normal level defoliation, tho I removed lots of leaves. I think I will defoliate it once more in a week or so. I will check on her in couple hours and post "after after" photo. Day 41 I can smell her sweet smell already. It's unbelievably sweet. But I really got the issue with carbon filter and smell right now. I need to stock up some more Ona Gel, carbon filter is expired, replacing it now will be very difficult if not impossible without damaging the plant...

Had a few hiccups. Plants ended up developing a nitrogen toxicity from too much worm casting. I simply did a flush on them with water PH’d to 6.3 and allowed the soil to dry out

This was a hard one to grow, as I'd never done DWC, and with my water temperatures she really is such a strong solid genetic strain. I learnt a lot about growing from doing my few females. Probsbly more so by these 3 plants, 2 DWC and 1 mainline more them my 17 autos. So, all in all, I'm glad I did them. She surprised at the quality of the bud. She is so frosty its such a lovely sight to see her grinded, all the kief, love it.

By week 5, I could clearly see the difference between the two auto plants. The first one, I purposely used the LST technique to inhibit. And the second one, I let it grow naturally. The result is that naturally grown plant tend to thrive and flowering faster than the other. When the plants showed signs of flowering, I tried to make the plants thirsty without watering for 2 days, then watered the plants with nutrient solution so the plants could absorb the nutrients well. The results are very positive. I will keep updating, please follow my diaries if you are interested. Peace!

Just waiting

So like I said. I don't follow directions to the T. Some said wait until 3 sets of true leaves come out to transplant, but I went ahead and just moved Ting 2 from plastic cup into 2 gallon cloth pot, using Fox Farm Ocean Forest. There's some leftover coco that I had from P4Ps blend that she is nestled in. I noticed her growth slowed down just a tad compared to Ting 1, but Ting 2 is still showing healthy growth with a great color and additional leaves still coming in. Remember, Ting 2 was sown directly into the medium without paper towel since OG Ting 2 went down the drain on accident. So I'm not concerned that she's just a bit smaller than Ting 2. They sit on the windowsill where they can get some tropical sun, but I do use supplemental lighting from a $35 4 head, 200 watt, LED grow light from Amazon. No high dollar lights over here. I'm just starting out and want to harness nature as much as possible for my indoor grow. I keep lights on an 18/6 schedule. I know some people do 24 hours, but IMO, plants need actual darkness to do their biological processes, and reach their full potential. For watering, I use a spray bottle to mist and keep top soil moist, and I water directly around the seedling. I'm impressed at how the Pot4Pot plant is quickly growing. For those unfamiliar with Pot4Pot it provides you with everything you need to grow autos. It came with coco, jiffy pellet, soil, diatomaceous stuff, and some growth hormone powder to mix into top soil. I picked the small 1/2 gallon kit. This plant already looks better than the one I tried to grow in December and officially died today. I am VERY curious to see how Pot4Pot grow will compare to some good old Ocean Forest. Also wanted to note I've placed the pots in front of a window that gets fed tradewinds that have touched lush mountains and ocean spray. Totally romanticized what is just a breezy window, but for real, it's a mountain breeze which could contribute to a great tasting bud.
