Germinated 10/06 Defoliated pretty heavily a few days before the pictures. Have lights cranked up to 8 now. Turned down chiller 2 degrees and humidity down 5%. Changed feeding ratios to 1-1-1 for “Flora Trio”. Quit using Flora Micro and switched to my own blend (see photo). Now using 3 different solutions, Miller Microplex, Calcium / Potassium Nitrate, Ammonium Sulfate. Still same target ppm as FloraMicro, just can’t mix sulfates with Calcium Nitrate so I dose Ammonium Sulfate into my res first and then wait 15 minutes.

Začínam tretí týždeň vegetatívneho obdobia. Rozhodnite sa použiť aplikáciu Boom Boom od Biotabs. Ďalšia aplikácia o 14 dní.Today marks the end of my third week of vegetative growth. The plants are already starting to flower. Starting tomorrow, I will start applying fertilizers for the flowering phase.

End of week 22: Overal it was a good run with the Shamans from @DutchPassion_Official . Didn't had mayor problems besides having to harvest them earlyer. I really wanted to flower them another 2 weeks but the weather/climate didn't allow me to. Still the buds came out decent as you can see for an early harvest. I will cure those buds for some time in my pots before they get smoked and will update how much weight I got out of the two plants. As you can see I made the bigger buds smaller. There is no use for me to keep big buds for showing off. Big buds just have big long stems in it, harder to dry and to fill your cure pots with.

The buds are fat, making the branches lose strength, they have considerable resin. It smells like tropical mango with a stench in the background. It is a long-lasting sativa but I stopped providing magnesium and other nutrients before so as not to affect the flavor after harvesting, it could last a few more weeks, but I believe it will be harvested soon. If it gets weak, I will do some extraction. I stoeppd feeding at all now. For a pot of just 3.7 liters (1 gal), it is very well evolved and grown.

I will be focusing this diary on the smoothie strain but you’ll be seeing some other plants in the tent that are not the same strain. I only have room in this tent so bare with me. There are 2 Smoothie, 1 CNC, and 1 Stardawg (dog). The smoothie are the two bigger ones in the back of the tent. Now, the Smoothie from FastBuds is just killin it right now. Since I popped the beans they have done nothing but show signs of greatness. I don’t think this one is gonna slow down much either. I’m going to push these plants harder than my last harvest. I had a really really amazing harvest last time. I was even able to pull sap out of all 4 plants. 2 Zkittles and 2 LSD-25. This was all done by feeding at the right times and keeping a “moist” soil. Also I want add that I ran pretty much the entire line of Nectar for the Gods at a little less then the recommended ratios. This time I plan on going a tiny bit over the recommended ratios just to see what these plants will do. Trust me, if the plants have a bad response I will go back to the recommended ratios. The reason I want to do this is because I really think these auto strains can handle a lot more than a regular flowering cycle plant would. They can handle more stress, that’s for sure. When do you think I should add a compost tea into my regimen? Soon or wait till the plant is a little larger?

Welcome to my Tropicanna poison diary Genetics by: Sweet seeds Well, almost finished, i could harvest now, but imma wait for a bit more narcotic effect. The buds are covered in a thick layer of trichomes and resin, so much that the color of the bud is almost hidden under a silverish layer. I added a lot of pictures but pics are not so good this time. The combination of green sensation + terra aquatica's pro bloom (former general hydroponic ghe) has caused this severe looking lockout, but the buds are firm, next to rocksolid i think. Smell is intoxicatingly strong, going to check everyday from now on the trichs, dont want no more than 50%amber

Plants taking to the technique very well imo. Particularly the back right one, which has created a almost perfect dome shape. I did miss a watering and they didn't like that atall. As I usually wait for the soil to be dry before I water again, so if I miss a watering, they get extremely dry. All the leaves dropped down completely vertical, I thought it was all over, but they bounced straight back with the next watering. 🙌 The plant has now been topped twice, once to creat the initial + shape, and again to split each stem of the + into 2. So each plant now has 8 main stems.

I finally decided to do some LST and see if will get a bit more buds. Plant was growing slow and some have recommended me not to do LST but I could not see it going into flowering with only the top bud since is so small... after lst I have at least 4 strong heads that are starting to flower. Hope this was a good idea. Smell is amazing.

Little bit early on this week but as I’m travelling to Amsterdam today I’d like to get it updated today. Heatwave has finally gone, temps dialled in perfectly now. Hopefully with the temps dropped they will start to go purple for that bag appeal! Added another inside the flower tent and starting a separate diary on it. 🌸 Week 3 Flower – The Jungle Takes Over The girls are now towering at 1.20 m, turning our tent into a proper green jungle. Both phenotypes are thriving with thick stalks, lush foliage, and a dense network of branches promising a spectacular flower set. This week was all about control and balance. ✂️ Defoliation & Growth Management Although these plants have been allowed to grow naturally so far, their explosive stretch meant I had to step in. I performed a strategic defoliation, not because the plants were weak, but to: • Improve airflow through the canopy. • Ensure light reaches lower bud sites. • Slow vertical growth and help prevent them from outgrowing the tent. Even with a high ceiling, there’s still a risk of running out of headroom during the last stretch. Defoliating at this stage also redirects energy to bud formation instead of excessive leaf production. Note: During this process, a few branches were accidentally broken while moving them out for photos. I left this in the report and photos as a learning moment, large plants can be tricky to handle. This may be the last out-of-tent photoshoot before harvest. 🌱 Structure & Bud Development • Both phenotypes are highly branched, with bud sites forming all the way down the stems. • First signs of proper bud stacking are visible, with white pistils everywhere. • Plants look symmetrical, vibrant, and full of energy — a promising start to mid-flower. 💧 Feeding & Nutrition Base nutrients: • Aptus Regulator – 0.25 ml/L • CalMag Boost – 0.25 ml/L • All-in-One Liquid – 1 ml/L occasionally (soil already contains slow-release pellets) Bloom boosters (Plagron): • Green Sensation – 1 ml/L (multi-action bloom stimulator, PK booster, and terpene enhancer) • Sugar Royal – 1 ml/L (amino acid-rich biostimulant, improves aroma & resilience) • Power Buds – 1 ml/L (early flowering booster to promote faster bud set) This combined recipe ensures the plants receive balanced macro and micronutrients while enhancing flower development, resin production, and terpene expression. pH & EC: • Feed solution pH: ~6.0–6.1 • Feed EC: ~1.04 mS/cm (soil EC still at ~2.96 mS/cm, so feed is moderated) 🌡️ Environment • Soil temperature: 24–24.7°C • Air temperature: 29°C • Humidity: 67% • VPD: 1.37 kPa Conditions are slightly warm, but the plants are coping well. ⸻ 📌 Summary Week 3 of flower has been a turning point, from a lush veg canopy to a budding powerhouse. I lied i gave it this side a little more of a pruning of fan leaves and also took a little more of the lowers. These plants really over filled the space and are begging for more ventilation and light.

Continuing on my feed schedule, every 2 days with one full gallon of bubbled RO water. Smell is increasing on initial opening of the tent doors. The smell is a funky coffee chocolate hint, amazing. Can’t wait over the next 2 weeks. All tops are basically tied with bamboo stakes. The pistils are starting to fill in as the buds swell. Continuing with light defoil as leaves shade Bud sites.
