Welcome to week 5 of flower. Trichome production and the density of the buds is really starting to accelerate. My dehumidifier is not stable, so VPD ranges from 1.2-1.4. I lightly defoliated 31/10 and last watering was 6/11 👽👉7/11 The day after watering and the day my timer messed up my 12/12 schedule. But hope it brings no problems. I defoliated lightly and only removed most under the SCROG line. Even a couple of underdevoloped branches that stretched below SCROG-net got cut. 👽👉8/11 Their smell is starting to get more extreme. 👽👉9/11 I removed a bit of the bottom foliage and cleaned up the dead leaves. It has been really tight around the SCROG net, so it was highly needed for airflow and humidity 👽👉10/11 Waterday* ml/L change from last watering - to this. Day 64 (18/05/18) - Impressed with the size of these girls, especially the StarDawg but not really impressed with the stated time from the seed breeder as it was advertised as 8-9 week strains and I can see them easily going another 2 weeks maybe 3 unless they change overnight. One of the girls is over 3ft tall which I can understand she will need more time to fill out etc etc.. I'm a photoperiod grower but thought I'd try out a few autos which in all honesty has been fun just though't they would be a bit quicker. A side from me moaning, they all look really good and i'm certain I'll get some really nice healthy flowers. First auto grow but definitely not new to growing. Always been against autos but they are not that bad, my final decision will come from the finish.. Yield, smoke quality and buds. But all in all, so far so good. Well done from fastbuds

Tart Pops is powering through week 4 of veg looking strong and vibrant! ✅ I gave her a clean FIM job this week to encourage some lateral growth and bushier structure. She's bounced back well and is showing no signs of stress — nice, tight internodes and solid color throughout. Started preventive IPM routine after spotting spider mites on the Blue Cheese in flower. Spraying Neudosan and Bioneem every few days as a protective measure — so far, Tart Pops is unaffected and looking mint 🍃. The soil’s holding moisture well with good drainage thanks to the perlite mix, and the airflow and spacing are keeping the lower growth healthy too. Good morning, today is day 22 flower ! Nothing much to be reported as everything is on cruise control and there’s basically nothing for me to do anymore but water ! The permafrost buds are getting frosty, stacking amazingly and chucking up while the jungle cookies smell very strong but aren’t stacking as tightly! I’m super happy with how they look! Just continuing to water a gallon every couple days rotating fish shit and silica as usual! Nothing else to report and I’ll see you all next week

This week was phenomenal. She is starting to grow vigorously, and I am really hoping she grows 8 tall, fat ass mains. Cream Mandarin XL auto from Sweet Seeds is already on my list to run again, excellent Auto to build a manifold. I did the least amount of LST on her that I have done on any of my 2 previous auto manifolds, so I'm hoping she grows tall and then I will see what this new Mars Hydro FC 3000 can do. I decided to start running a time lapse last week, so I posted one weeks worth of growth, but I will keep running it for at least a few more weeks. Theyve both reacted well to their topping and fimming and are really starting to take it in their stride. Its been a little cold in my room this week so recovery was a little slow at first but all seems well now. The cheese is starting to bush out and im really looking forward tonall the new tops coming through!

This week in my grow room has been full of developments. First, I added additional lights because I couldn't get the relative humidity (RH) under control. I ordered a dehumidifier, but it will take a few weeks to arrive, so I had to find a temporary solution. I also emptied the reservoir and refilled it with fresh water and nutrients. I secured the net to ensure it stays in place under tension. In two days, I plan to switch the light schedule to 12/12, hoping the plants will stretch a bit during the switch to avoid having overly large buds that aren't evenly spread. Seventeen hours later, I decided to keep the lights on a 16/8 schedule for a few more days. The plants are starting to show signs of something happening, so I want to see how they develop. I will keep you updated on the progress. Then, I received a message from my supplier that the dehumidifier would arrive today. Great news—time to spice things up! On June 2nd, the dehumidifier arrived, and I managed to get my Vapor Pressure Deficit (VPD) to 1.17! This is fantastic news, and I'm very curious how this will affect water usage. The dehumidifier seems pretty powerful, with water literally dripping out of the hose, so I'm no longer worried about high humidity levels. It's a shame it doesn't have a range setting, but I couldn't expect more for the price. I'm considering ordering the Dimlux Auxbox to set a working range and separate day/night settings. Thankfully, the dehumidifier has an auto-restart function after a power loss. On June 3rd, the night is over, and while my values are now more stable, I haven't noticed any significant differences in water absorption. What I do notice is that the pots seem much drier. The difference in leaf temperature compared to the room temperature has increased slightly, now about a 2˚C difference, indicating that evaporation has increased somewhat. Despite the dehumidifier cooling the air, the room temperature has risen. This is explainable since dry air heats up faster than humid air. The CO2 heater is also running significantly longer. So, although there are no immediately visible differences, there are indeed some changes. Today is the last short night of 8 hours, and tomorrow will be the first night of 12 hours. I am contemplating doing a 10-hour night first and will decide later tonight. After closely reviewing the video footage, I noticed some divergent colors on the leaves. My pH is currently 6.4, which I had adjusted to compensate for the low pH last week—a foolish decision in coco, I know. I plan to make videos of each individual plant for my records to investigate further. The light is too intense to inspect them up close, so the videos will help me get a better look.
