Hello potheads, the reason to do this Journal is to register the grow results using a dirty cheap assembly, with low investment on equipment and hopefully without compromising results (LOL). The main reason to do this is bc I have tested previously the Bulbs when my last COB Panel failed right after two years and became void of guarantee, also, pandemics in my country made every attempts to delivery it to a technician almost impossible, so we had to improvise . Most of the used materials are accesible by home & groceries store (also online), the nutrients and seeds that are legacy from the previous project. The substrate is recycled and applied on 11 & 15lt Textpots. This is the reason also why there is a lite of lice or white fly plague on some plants that im trying to control with Aceite de Springhill by Anasac (locally branded paraffin oil). About nutrients: The reason to add Carbo & Sugar Is to stimulate beneficial bacterial life on the used soil.This also helps photosynthesis and root development in earlier stages. (ref: https://bigbudsmag.com/marijuana-carbohydrates-boost-roots-buds-thc ) Related to the strains: The G13 by GrowBarato Seeds: 2 Month Old AVG but they were germinated on 12/12 photoperiod (while waiting to cut other plants) , so they acted like revegged with the increase of hours. They're being trained with paper clips to become bushy & chonky units. (4/6 survived) Santa Bilbo by Genethik: 1 Month Old AVG , but they were germinated on 12/12 photoperiod, the nutrient deficiencies that show are bc they stayed on a 500cc cup for too much time and required transplant urgently, and now are recovering and generating vegetal mass AGAIN . The Reason that there are 2 plants in one pot its bc one was less vigorous, cursed, and against all odds, are recovering from stress shock & different carencies . ( 4/5 survived) Eleven Roses by Delicious Seeeds: 10 days Old (Germinated on 4/20/21 on 20/4 photoperiod). They r' fine, healthy Babies and growing on a steady rhytm . There are 8 because there are 2 spaces to fill , but also, they were backup in case all Santa Bilbo transplants failed miserably. For the last ones i need to select whose be transplanted to soil but that's a problem for future me, not me rn. I will VEG for the entire month of MAY in order to fill the spaces of the grow tent and try to update this diary at least once a week. Probably weekends. Heeey all! Sorry for the huge amount of photos but this week was crazy. So many things happened and my lack of knowledge clearly showed up. I ended stressing one of my plants for no reason! 😱 At the start of the week everything was normal until I noticed that one of Roko's buds looked weird. It seemed to be too dry and orange for my tastes and I didn't know what it was. Obviously I started to ask around and I got so many mixed messages haha. Some people said it was nothing and I should not worry about it and others said they were 100% sure it was botrytis or budrot... aaaaaaaand I got paranoid lol. 😵😨 At first I tried to keep calm and ignore it for one day but the next one the bud looked even worse and that's when I feared the worst. What if it's really budrot? In general the values I write in here are approximates or an average of the week.. and usually my tent never goes over 60% of RH (in the dark it stays between 50% to 60% when I water them and on some rare occasions it reaches 65%). This time, after I checked the thermometer it said "75% of RH" but I did not know if it was during their sleep time or maybe some time after the lights went on) so once again I feared the worst! What if the plants stayed all the night with that amount of RH? Was that enough time for them to develop budrot? What if it's still nothing? Yikes. 😭 I had to do something and I did, I wasn't going to risk everything! I started removing the worst looking leaf to see if there was anything mushy or ugly between it and the pistils but I didn't see anything (maybe I was safe and that was something else? Or maybe the budrot was even deeper and I could not see it?) After reading I realized that the best idea was to cut the bud in half and then slice it to "see" if there was anything inside... so I did it and absolutely nothing showed up 😖! Those were good news! Sadly tho the poor plant had to go thru some stress after cutting that bud in half (at least from what I saw the insides were tightly packed and the photos showed some really cool stuff) The rest of the week was uneventful (compared to what I feared haha) and some leaves started to change even more in color (I love it). I think I'll start with the flush next week or the one after that one. There are some amber trichomes...! Thanks all for checking my diary! Hopefully you'll all find the pictures interesting! PD: None of the plants have seeds in them, even when one of the sliced buds seemed to be making them!

it's amazing, this growth looks much better than my first attempt, my decision was to put a smaller pot and change the light - the girl really liked it, FastBuds goriilla cookies with a small space manage perfectly:).

Only one plant left! Frostbanger has huge buds and its finish well. Checking trichomes daily but I think One more week and she gets the chop 🔪.

This lady has been Transplanted on day 39 since she was planted (may 10th) and I've prepared the 15L pot with the complete line of biotabs using 2 spoons of startrex for every 5L, sprinkled a couple of grams of mycotrex on the transplant hole before putting the plant and then I added 3 slow release tabs one biotab for every 5L of soil, so that's why in this case I added 3, after the Transplant was done I immediately watered the plant with 1ml/L of orgatrex and 1g/L of bactrex, I hope you guys enjoy my work this season!!

Day15 - Day17: I had some difficulties to get the humidity right. It was either too high or fluctuating too much. I ended up getting a timer for the plug and running the humidifier 15mins every hour. To help with air flow, I have the main duct fan running 4 times a day for an hour. To ensure that there's airflow around the plant, I have a fan in the light as well as a smaller clip-on fan that runs during light hours. I'm not sure how the camera moved on day17... I only watered it mid-day. Day18: The timer on the humidifier and Duct Fan is now keeping the humidity in a good space. VPD now under control Day19: The Vivosun controller perfectly adapted the lighting schedule to an hour earlier, to ensure 6hrs of darkness. UInfortunately the RPi kept it's 04:00 schedule (makes sense). So I captured an hour of darkness. Adapted everything. Will have 18hrs again from Day20 onwards. Day20: In the next days I'll lift the camera higher for a better view of what's happening up top. My mesh-netting-dingsbums will arrive and I'll use this as a platform for the pi+camera. Day21: I'm not sure if I like this angle. I'll only keep it like this until she goes into veg-mode. It at least shows the new nodes growing from different perspective
