Our journey with the Sticky Orange XXL Automatic strain from Sensi Seeds has come to an end, and it’s time to share the results! 🌱 This was an easy-to-grow strain with no major issues. However, out of three seeds, one didn’t sprout, and another one, although it sprouted, grew abnormally: in just two days, it stretched 10 cm with a thin stem that broke. This week was hottt Record breaking temps wer cooking my girls sooo I let them out. I took out their light also (saturday) I also put green celophane on all the house windows (that dont have blinds) because i dont want the house lights to disrupt their sleep. ( i dont know how sensitive they r ) Next week will be their first full week of flower

PH in rootzone is getting lower every day. Runoff still at 10-20%, so no salt buldup, EC same as intake or litttle higher. 8/31/2024 Both plants getting their first day of bloom spectrum lighting, red spectrum dominant. Already seeing signs of flowering on Plant A - the transition into flower must have been perfect. Otherwise, this plant might be an autoflower? DLI on canopy top around 30-32. Lights set to 70% intensity. Reduced lung room humidity to 50% target. Lots of rain lately and the dehumidifier is working hard to keep up with 60-80% outdoor humidity. Tent humidity is hanging out around 60-65% 9/2/2024 Checking over both plants and doing light defoliation of larger fan leaves. Looking for more pre-flower signs on Plant B. Small nodules appearing on plant B. slightly odd formations compared to plant A. I will be keeping a close eye on this over the next few days. Water level issues from last week are well within control. Since the fix was implemented the system requires about 2 fewer gallons to keep the system cycling as intended. Continuing to top the reservoir with fresh nutrient water with about 1 gallon of water per day. Still have not conducted a water change from the system. I will be planning one here closer to the end of this week when I have a little bit more free time at home. 9/3/2024 Plant A has a few signs of natural varieagation on fan leaves. Also found this cool leaf formation on a few of the larger fan leaves (see picture above). Plant B pre-flower signs still look odd, but monitoring closely. 9/6 Plant B still unconfirmed as a female. Preflower expressions are looking slightly more female, but no hairs yet. Both plants are looking healthy and doing well! The flow issues with the return line was due to a root mass making its way into the line and getting stuck. I was able to pump it out with some suction. Flow is completely returned and both buckets, back to stress free hydro for a few more days :D

FINAL WEEK! 14!!!! Lets go! I will start off by saying I am totally blown away with these plants! Not only did they grow way taller than expected, they performed very well considering my goof ups. The photos posted are the final stage of these plants, week 14. ILGM has really awesome genetics with these White Widow Autos. Each plant may have grown very differently but I predict they will all have high yields! They flourished using 100% dry organics but it would be interesting to see how they do using bottled nutrients or even synthetic. This will be my last flowering post before harvest details. All 5 plants were chopped on 5/6. I lightly wet trimmed and hung them all to dry in 50-55% RH back into the original tent. For final wet and dry weights I will post that all in my final harvest. Drying time may take 7 or more days. The final yield may surprise you! Stay tuned! Happy growing 😊

Got rid of the root rot. Got some nice looking healthy roots. Got a little too excited with chopping the big fan leaves off. Had to chop the ones on the topt plant it was having some weird spots on the whole leave.

05/10 - Coming into week 4 and the ladies are thriving - Had a little yellowing going on but they have since recovered amazingly - Did a little defoliation on the bottom growth to remove any sick sites - Both will be transplanted into 5 gallon pots later this week. 😎😎😎😎😎
