Added some potassium sulfate and they seemed to bounce back but now they want calcium and I’m pretty sure the potassium I put in is antagonistic to calcium. I might harvest early to prevent any trichome degradation due to photosynthesis being halted, trichomes are looking milky too.

They were both fed today with 1.15 liters of approximately 6.10 ph balanced water with the following nutrients: Growth science, big bud and extra cal mag! They have all shown signs of recovery with new growth sites having no signs of cal mag issues or any other deficiencies. Gorilla cookies did amazing with topping, her neighbor not so much and I will definitely not top the Afghan kush from fast buds next time. New gravity fed watering system installed today! I sprayed them all with GreenBuzzLiquida Fast Plant spray. I also cleaned the entire tent and checked everyone's health. Fresh osmosis water was prepared and filled into canisters. Yellow boards against flies have been put up and blue tags to prevent trips. Unfortunately I still struggle with them but they have become significantly less pushed. Pretty good week, no problems. Added a dehumidifier yesterday (Saturday). And also bought a new light. The light should arrive on Tuesday. Looking forward to that because then I’ll be able to spread them out further so they’ll all have as much room to grow as they need. I believe they’ve started flowering, that happened like day 24 when I first noticed the white hairs coming out of the bud sites. They really took off growing mid way through the week. Like twice the growth as the prior week. I haven’t been defoliating per se, I have been tucking & tying leaves down. Many of the secondary flowering nodes have actually surpassed the main cola’s of my plants height wise. Those that did I tied slightly back down. Really wish I could cut a few branches off them without stressing them out. Oh well. Such is the bane of autoflower growing. The new light I bought is a Colofrog 2021 CF 2400 LED w/Samsung LM301H Osram Diodes. From what I gathered online, it’s a better light than the Mars hydro tsw 2000 I currently own. I’ve got my ts 1000 in the tent currently just to get through until the new light comes Tuesday.

Its time to Chop! The Trichomes a few days before chop were like 90% milky, few clean, and the Rest beginning to amber. The Driyng Conditions are around 17 C* and 60/61% Humidity. Approx. ~ 12 days Drying days from now on. Fingers crossed that they dont get mold, even tho i got 2 Vents (Lvl= 1) and the exhaust (Lvl=5) running

These were a surprise freebie from an order from Seedsman a few years back and they looked pretty old when I received them. 1/5 were crushed so I saved the remaining 4 for an occasion like such! Hopefully she'll be a wise choice for the outdoor conditions here and will finish with adequate time. Update*- So far 3 out of 4 of this older gear sprouted and the 4th is just starting to form a tail when I dug it up a little bit (not pictured). I'm thinking the germination booster helped some! I have full faith that the 4th will pop soon.

Woche 5 03.08.24 - 10.08.24 Das Wachstum geht ungehindert weiter....! Diesmal konnte ich leider keine Fotos machen, da ich in der Woche wenig nach den Pflanzen schauen konnte. Dafür kleine Zeitraffervideos von der Zeltkamera. Die Pflanzen zeigen leichte Anzeichen einer Überdüngung. Daher wurde diese Woche nur bei jeder zweiten bis dritten Bewässerung gedüngt. Außerdem wurde die Beleuchtung umgestellt von der Lumii auf 2x Sanlight Evo 120er da sie endlich nach mehrmonatiger Verspätung angekommen sind. Die Werte Temperatur, Luftfeuchtigkeit und VPD füge ich nachträglich noch ein. Die Behandlung mit dem Neemöl bringt leichte Besserung. Ab Montag kommen noch Nematoden zusätzlich mit in die Box, da ich ab jetzt nicht mehr das Neemöl benutzen möchte aufgrund der langsam voranschreitenden Blüten.

******************************************************************** START OF WEEK Went to the grow store and wound up with an AC Infinity EVO6. It should be a nice light for the future, and when my warranty replacement comes back, assuming that won't be an issue, it'll be nice to have a decent back-up. That's the bright side, but I am a little bummed about laying down the cash with ten to 14 days left. That part is the kick in the nutes. Fine, moving on. As for the grow, it's plowing forward. These plants are doing all the things we want them to do right now. They're getting fat, they're getting sticky, and the fade is fading away. Some branches may call for some last minute support, but for now the sucked-in tent walls will continue to suffice. The feed is still at 1100ppm and pk boosted, but the plan is to finish this week around 750. ******************************************************************** END OF WEEK Day 63 of flowering has arrived. I've backed off the nutrients. We're now sitting at 850ppm with about 6-8 gallons in the system remaining. This should equate to a Thursday refill with no feed, and then a Saturday or Sunday chop. VPD has been running a touch high this week, but that's not a concern. It's staying in the ideal range for most of the lights on period, and then trailing up in the last few hours to around 1.7-1.8. No biggie. The new light is really nice, but it runs hotter than the combo of the S22 and S44 (500W total), and that's with the EVO6 driver outside of the tent. This also isn't a big deal. The max tent temp is around 84, and before that wouldn't get past 82. Not a huge difference, and potentially better for the plants with the additional heat. I've got two CO2 mushroom bags in there, so more temp should mean more production at that level. I'm excited for this grow to finish and I'm looking forward to sampling the variety. I'm definitely using half, if not more, to make bubble hash. I'm probably just going to run it all together, as opposed to having runs for each pheno. I'll sample the tops independently, and smash rosin by pheno, but I'm not sold on isolating the hash. Seems like triple the work, but I've got a week to make further considerations, so we'll see. This will be my last grow until I sell this place and move into my next place. I'm going to miss growing. It's brought me a ton of peace by giving me something to anticipate, study, and take pride in. It's such an enjoyable hobby. I'll miss it in the time being, but I'm grateful that I won't need to step foot inside of a dispensary in 2024. Big win there! Everyone should grow their own.

Currently in the 9th day of Flower and the buds are starting to form nicely. I am spotting a small zinc deficiency on the leaves, the colour inside the leaf is light greenish. The PH was a bit too high and last week also might overdid it with the nutes. Solution for now is down the PH day by day till I reach 5.8 and then let it rise up again slowly. Lets see how the new leaves will form and the bud thickens. Smell is really great, strong pungent and exotic.

Plant really took off over the last week. I had flushed the soil and been doing water schedule by weight instead of by visual/topsoil moisture. Leaves are almost double the size from this time last week. Moved the light back down a few inches. Update: started some lite lst, mostly just moving big leaves out of the way for smaller branches

Update 29/8/2021 Nothing much going on last couple of day's today the pots ran dry again so i've watered them and gave new nutrients. some leaves still start to turn yellow but i'm just leaving them as they go now. 1 plants is still not really showing any progress in growth.. the 2 others slowly seem to grow. Update 1/9/2021 Hey Folks, again not much action this week. picking some dead leaves left and right. but thats it. Really starting to think that 1 plant is lost. it doesn't show any more growth. we are slowly getting closer to the finish line. and man do i want to finish this.. and start a new cycle with all the knowledge I have now.😎 stay safe🙏
