Overall very pleased. All the leaves are dark green and the plants are looking very happy. I’m giving them a couple more days before they are flipping into flower. All of them handle defoliation really well but Somango is a little to bushy to really do any organized Lst. I will try after Defoliation next week and give her a bit more surface area.

Hello Guys, after 36 Hrs got a really good tap roots on Lemoncheollo Haze and Bubba Kush its long too, So just planted them directly to grow medium, Both uses Homemade Compost+Coco Coir +PottingSoil, after plant seeds then I covers them with clear solo cups (which is no need now I know) like after 1 Day I got lucky with LH and BK also showing some sign, Everything is OK yesterday. But in the next morning (Today) i got LH going down and looking Yellow color, quickly I did a another DIY dome with small LED that i got from cheap seedling dome.. Now its almost evening i got more green on the cotyledons, and i covers it with some dirt around. After checking answers from fellow growers, I Immediately took out the Domes and used my P1000 Light using my Phone LUX meter i used 4000 LUX, like less than 25% dimming and the LED is bit in up, Maybe i am wrong there! pls advise ,I also place a mini USB oscillating fan there too I hope i am not bothering you guys.)) Thanks

Compost tea turned out well, let it go for 26 hours total and geared it towards fungal. Also took some soil samples several days later around the stalks and found a lot of nematodes and protozoa which is what you want to see. Lots of different types of nematodes so what your looking for are the bacterial feeders (there are charts online that show you how to identify them). Mycorrhizae can be identified by it's dark colour, uniformity and segmented nature. Testate amoebas live in a translucent shell like a snail and are easy to spot but hard to spot moving due to my shitty microscope, but look for the tentacles. Also found some eggs with movement inside, no idea what they are but they have vacuoles and flagella. She is really getting sticky and smelly now; berries with herb notes. You can see the resin stretching over the trichomes in the last pic. No signs of senescence yet so I'm not going to feed them, they should have plenty of food anyway as this is a second run of the same soil.

Really fast out the gate. Done a repeat of the hard Defoliation method used in my Ztrawberry to see can I replicate that even strong node growth. This was the 1st of very high stress defoliations that will be done. Y, well I wanna see how hardy these genes are. And how they respond to various stress factors. So, my 1st hard defol was done at the end of wk 3. I removed all the fan leafs and left the small nodes to fend for themselves in the hopes it would actually push an even node growth, instead of older bigger fan leafs drawing in more energy and therefore making bigger nodes. You may think she is small. But, look at it from the point of them just been nodes and no big ass fan leafs that make your plant look twice the size it really is. So, stripped her bare. And let her run, and oh boy she did. Lovely node growth. Very well defined. Explosive growth from about 5 days into the hard defol she took off like a bat outta hell. Really took off coming into wk 4. Sadly, this is where the good times kinda stop.. Next wk, its all down kill, hit with a serve Sulphur issue. That came on with hrs and looked like a wk old issue. The response time from growing in co2 is so quick. The plant is finding it hard to show symptoms like a normal grow, where you'd see a gradual illness occur. But, this way. You really have to be on the ball. Its definitely not something I'd recommend doing until you get a few grows under you. The slightest oversight will throw her into a tail spin. Feel free to message me if you're interested in using co2. I'm by far no expert but, I know a fair about of head knowledge and hopefully soon experiences in it also and fixes etc. Methods Will be using my hard defoliation techniques to push this girl to making nice strong nodes, hopefully, that's the idea. Thus far. Its been going to plan. I've achieved a really good solid base, to build heavy buds on. Soon I'll start to tackle some sort of shape. I had to do a repair to a snapped node. Was literally hanging on by a very thin bit. Recovered strong and has set. I might now HST the otherside to counter the energy that this side will have more of now. As when you HST break a stem and it repairs the stem itself hardens up, storing more energy/fluids and helps direct it better up through the full filled nodes, so they're not like straws. So, the broken side will act like it's been HST'ed now. Time flies, we have arrived in a flash at day 16, it seems like the other day that the first young ladies were appearing on September 1st. "Do you remember.....nanannana Septermber" She is the Karen Kush, a brand new strain with almost no previous cultivation, it has a crazy name and from the first weeks of growth it actually seems a bit crazy. Low internodal distance, regular growth. I made a small mistake, I personally went a bit easy with the growth fertilizer and there is a slight beginning of nitrogen deficiency, but we solve it immediately by giving the normal doses, don't worry. Usually I am in line with the table now I was slightly under with the grow and I did wrong. Let it be clear that if you see a slight fading, next week you will not see it anymore. --- feeding program - As I mentioned I was shy with fertilization and the seedlings are slightly, very slightly faded, let's learn to notice these small signs and with the normal doses after two or three waterings we should be fine. Dogma Organics supersoil, I wanted to do the lst but I decided to do the topping and the plants felt the blow and have to recover from the shock let's hope for the best. ✨️❄️🔥👽

03-08-20 No se cambia la solución con nutrientes aún. Empezamos la tercera semana y aún tenemos solución con 1.89 ms y un PH 5 que corregimos a 5.8. 04-08-20 se rectifica el PH de 4.5 a 5.5. Se calibra la sonda de ph. La conductividad es de 1.95 ms. Cuando suba de 2.1 ms cambiaré la solución. Se baja la luz a 70 cm 05-08-20 el PH vuelve a bajar a 4.8 y la conductividad llega a 2.1 ms. Se procede hacer un lavado de raíces bajando la conductividad a 0.2 ms PH 6.5 y una nueva solución con nutrientes que pondré en los datos principales.
