The buds are visibly gaining weight and density every day. The resin production is in full swing, covering the flowers in a thick, sticky layer of crystals. It’s great to see how the plant is putting all its energy into the final flower formation. ❄️ ​👃 TERPENES & AROMA The tropical scent is becoming much more defined this week. There is a strong, sweet papaya aroma that dominates the tent, perfectly complemented by a creamy finish. During this week, I have only occasionally defoliated to get better light on the inflorescences. I don't know when to put it into flower yet, as the smallest bush (Fruit Diesel) is looking quite pitiful, having just turned a month old. Other bushes are a couple weeks ahead of Fruit Diesel. What do you think, should I give it another week of vegetation or should I switch it to flowering at the end of the week?

Here's some pictures of late week 1 into week 2. They are still all in their solo cups. In the future, we'll try to label them in the soil so the pictures will show which seed is which. For now, the names are written on the sides of each cup - just can't see that from the pics. TOTAL = 6 cups, all different seeds. They are all looking comfortable and are reaching for the wonderful, southern sunlight. We're looking forward to the next weeks of vegetation and eventually transferring them into larger pots in a few more weeks time - all while we wait for some more warmer days ahead. One thing we noticed is that they seem to do much of their growing overnight! But maybe it's because we aren't looking at them as much LOL

She was done. Trichomes got cloudy and buds stopped expanding. Always concerned with bud rot (high humidity in S. Florida) so not afraid to cut earlier than later. A pleasure to grow. Already another RQS Royal Blue in the tent.

Pistils finally popped up yesterday on a few of the top sites! Should start seeing some solid stretch from LA punch soon, guessing around 30 to 40cm at least, who really knows right now 🤷‍♂️ I’m letting her do her thing and reach up into the net for now. If she starts getting crowded before the end of week 3, I’ll kick off some early defoliation. Also got two AC Infinity IonBeam S11 lights set up sitting about level with the top colas. I’m aiming the light to hit the middle and lower sections instead of blasting the tops directly, trying to get that nice even coverage. Still debating whether I even need to scrog this run, but a few people keep telling me to give it a go to see the difference, I guess only one way to tell 🙌

Slowly cruising and getting closer to the end, they all reacted very well to the feeding and look rejuvenated. Had some aphids on the GDP but I caught them early and sprayed them with some homemade soapy water with essential oils mixture,so it shouldn't be a problem moving forward plus I spotted some natural allies (ladybugs) The Runtz has the biggest buds and looks like it will finish first The G13 has the best and strongest smell

She started out tiny but definitely surprised me halfway through. She doesn't really smell as a plant but in the jars and paper bags, she smells like berries and watermelons. Only been a week since I dried her in the fridge but I can't wait so I'm going to try to smoke some of her tonight. I also had to harvest partially as some of the lower buds are not quite ready yet which means I'm not done yet as of now. Will update more soon.

12/24/18 Decided to make bubble hash with the trim and small buds from all 4 plants. The bubble hash is now drying. This plant has been a dream to grow. No problems from her at all. I even found a couple keeper phenos as well. The black magic soil and fertilizer, along with the aerated nutrient teas that these ladies were feed worked to perfection. All organic living soil is the way to go! Im not finished yet. I will update this diary soon with dry weight and a smoke report once the ladies are done drying.00000

Mittlerweile sieht man kaum noch an der Höhe der Pflanze, dass ich sie beim Topping so stark runter geschnitten hab. Die Pflanze sollte langsam bereit sein in die Blüte zu gehen. Ich bin gespannt, wie mein erster Outdoor Grow beendet wird.

She’s almost ready for harvest, just one more week of watching the weather, a big flush, and then it’s time. She’s looking incredibly frosty for a CBD plant; the buds are more like what you’d expect from a high-THC strain. Can’t wait to see how she tastes and what the effects are like in the next few weeks.
