4/21: They are both growing, but you could use a micrometer to gauge their progress...😑 4/22: The bigger one looks like she is about to die from a calcium deficiency?? Really?? Already??😒 I watered them today and used 5ml of cal-mag and 1ml of boomerang per gallon, and increased the Ph to 6.2...hopefully that turns things around... The little one is such a mutated little runt..she gets further behind every day, but she is, technically, still growing... I foliar fed them with big bloom and fulvic acid again today. 4/23: I did a foliar application of BoomBoom Spray this morning...if this doesn't kick-start these bitches, not sure what will...

After the 3rd week and noticed about 15 plants weren't growing so I got rid of them. There are still a few that aren't nearly as big as the majority so I'll give them another week or 2 and if no improvement I'll get rid of them and only the strongest will survive!

01/08/18 - I fed them all 1 litre each, one of them seems to be praying up but the other two Seem a little bit droopy still. 02/08/18 - #3 is praying like usual and the other two are getting better Day by day I’m going to be giving them another feeding tomorrow, I have seen roots stretching out to the sides of the pots so I might saturate the whole pot. 04/08/18 - horrible sight today looks like rusty cracks in some leaves , not got a clue what this. 05/08/18 - browning has continued since last night and it’s all on the new leafs not the older ones. i fed them without any calmag , so I think it could be a deficiency of some sort (cal/mag).the mad thing is, it’s only two of the girls, one of them is completely fine nice green leaves not yellow marks that turn orange/brown. It definitely has nothing to do with my ph or all three girls would be showing some symptoms seeing as they all get fed with the same soloution.✌️🏻 07/08/18 - everything’s cleared up their was slight nute burn in the process but everything seems a lot better so I decided to start LST. all the new leaves are the colour they should be with no nute burns or calcium deficiency 🙏🏻

So far so good. Frost Banger is showing some purple hues and the Purple Haze is full on developing purple buds. The FBA2504 is my fav in this run shes tall and still growing, looking healthy except she has a lil Phosphorus deficiency at her top leaves but other than that they all are doing good. We are already on day 43 with this run!

Well I’m closing this one out. I had a lot of problems with humidity outside and bud rot, in hindsight i read a few reviews in the last few weeks and purple kush is susceptible to bud rot. I did 2 separate harvest, one on the 9th and one on the 14th. I collected everything I could smoke, there is still buds left on the plants but because of bud rot and immature buds I’m saying fuck it. Sonoma seeds quotes 9-10 weeks flower i harvested at week 8 and week 9. I harvested just shy of a pound total, and just over and oz of “purple” looking weed. Between you guys and i, the purple one was pretty shwaggy as far as bud goes. Would i grow this again outdoors? NOPE. Would i try it indoors? You will have to stay tuned for my next grow. If you plan to grow this strain outdoors do not do it. The fact that it’s pretty much 100%indica it does not like to get wet,🤦‍♂️🏻 if you are in the desert, indoors or live in Afghanistan (lineage) go for it. The taste is also not quite what I expected, all the reviews say grapes, but i taste a neutral taste. Some of it smells quite good in the jars but as soon as you smell each bud it smells like spicy woody herb with some dank undertone. Trimming it i had some sort of dank spicy smell i just can’t put my fingers on, except it was all over them. The buzz is “ok”but nothing to knock your socks off with. It is a stimulating feeling followed by a calm “not sleepy” feeling. I haven’t grown many outdoor variety’s but I’m sure most of them turn out the same. I’m waiting for my indoor no name to finish and I can start trying to redeem myself with my leftover seeds, and hopefully get the true quality/if there is, with this purple kush strain. Growth is good, but a little slow. Hairs visible, and staggered nodes on new growth.. I'm worried she's already transitioning to flower..

Hung them to dry today, very happy to say I have found 3 very very good keeper phenos which doesn’t surprise me as I have grown many seeds of this before. The pictures and video tell more than words can say. I have named my favourite pheno ‘john wayne’ as I have a convoy swagger about my walk every time I look at her😂 I lost this pheno a few months ago and so relieved to have her back plus two other great phenos. Barneys absolutely provides some real fire genetics and I have been a fan since blue cheese and pineapple chunk were released many years ago.

Day 46 for this pretty lady. She’s so big and bushy and full. I’m just in awe of how she turned out. Very very excited for her she’s full of life and vigor. Nothing I’ve thrown at her has seemed to matter. Idk what Russian means but hey who cares when they look like this. Hello beautiful. Can’t wait to see her full and bulk out.

The preflower stretch has been incomparable to any Soil grow I've seen! These sativas already caught up and don't show any signs of slowing down.

The GZ is crazy frosty barely into week 3 of flower & is smelling pretty wild. The GSC is less impressive resin production as of now but it smells quality.

Mental rainbow f1 has been developing well the bid site are bulking up noticeably whilst just started seeing the production of thrichomes on the main bud sites while at the smaller side branches are not that far behind the main ones

Week 16 Happy Easter week. 4/9-15/23 Flushing, nights in the dark with cold feet. This is week 2 of flushing before the harvest. Sunday I flushed each plant with 1 1/2 gal of filtered water after layering ice the top of the pots. After flushing they were just put in the room not in the tent. I had an ocsellating fan moving on a medium speed. Moved to the garage for the night. Tuesday flushed each plant with 1 1/2 gal of filtered water after layering ice the top of the pots. Thursday, Friday, Saturday. Lights remained off Temp 73. Rh 71% when I opened the dark room. The dark room has black out curtains, however there is l8ght exposure around the edge of the curtain. Saturday afternoon photos taken pre cut, tricomes photographed as best I could. Additional hands are Required as I must take 50 pictures only to get 5 acceptable ones. I have been checking the stem stiffness or bendiness since the humidity fluctuates. It does not snap yet.
