The phenotypes of the two plants now show another clear difference. The plant on the left has developed two equally large, beautiful main stems and is small and bushy, as I would expect from an OG Kush or an Indica. The plant on the right has put on another extreme stretch during flowering, as you would expect from a Sativa. I therefore had to tie off the two main stems to prevent them from suffering burns at the top of the lamp. The buds are now clearly visible. The odor has increased significantly and is already very pungent in the third week of flowering. We did not fertilize this week but only added 10g BioEnhancer from GreenHouse Feeding to 1 liter of water.

Res temps hovering around 72F with constant white root growth. Wow has she grown like a fat lady on Christmas! She is almost as tall as me now, predicted to be as tall as me (5 11) within the week when her stretching finishes up, super happy with how this grow is going and honestly couldn’t ask for any better, big shout out to Gaia green for this one. Makes growing easier than ever. I top dressed with 10 tbsp of bloom mix this week ( 1tbsp per gallon) and may top dress once more later in flower to make sure I have no deficiencies like with my auto flowers.

Week 1 Flowering: The Stretch is On! ​Update: We’ve officially wrapped up the first week of flower (Day 8 since the first 12/12 flip). The girls have really hit their stride and the stretch is in full effect—it’s amazing to see how much they’ve picked up speed over these past few days. Nebula and Caramba are looking strong, with that deep, healthy green color I love to see. ​Training & Defoliation: I’ve been heavy on the maintenance this week. I’ve done a solid round of defoliation below the ScrOG net to ensure maximum airflow and direct all that energy into the bud sites. Every now and then, I’m also plucking a few larger fan leaves from the canopy if they're shading the lower growth too much. It’s all about getting that light penetration dialed in from the start. ​Climate Challenges: It’s been a bit of a battle with the temps lately. I’ve been dealing with some heat spikes in the garage, which is definitely the biggest challenge right now. I’ve just made a major setup change—venting the exhaust directly outside the garage. It’s already showing signs of improvement, and it's a huge relief to know I'm not just recirculating that hot air. ​I’m currently running HPS, but I’ve got my eyes on the prize: a new LED setup is coming in 2-3 weeks. I’m confident that will be the game-changer I need to stabilize the microclimate. Just gotta push through this heatwave until the upgrade arrives! ​Current Vibe: Despite the climate hurdles, the plants are showing great resilience. They’re thirsty, happy, and starting to form those early bud sites. I’m keeping a close eye on the VPD and staying consistent with the feeding. hello growers :) In what period will you notice flowering?

Hi all. Here we are with a full 7 days behind us in flower. The decision to flip was a necessity so i am hoping to still get a hint of the terps and potentcy of the small ladies. Sweet Afghani is not looking too bad fornher size now , she has been stretching and trying to get her size to catch up. I dont expect a great yield from her at all. Red Hot cookie is still really struggling. She is trying but i dont think she will bring much to the game now. Her colour is an indicater of her root damage i feel. This issue with the NFT and root rot has given rise to another opportunity to try the new sp3000/out fully amd with a focus on the big soil grown Amnesia haze. Amnesia haze has flown during the stretch so far and still has a few days left to go with it. I have been training her flat amd now am close to letting her go vertical. She is approx 3ft across now with growing tips coveringnjer while frame. She has sent a few decent sized bramches to the top but these have been retrained again. Her stems are solid with a near perfect quad guiding their frame. She is in 60L of living organic soil and sips a good 8L per watering. I amended with the ecothrive stuff and also added another layer of manure mulch today as they are going to need a boost to finish the stretch. She is smelling nice and fruity now with a slight tacky feel to her stems too. She possibly has at least 50 tops that are in good light. By using the sp3000 amd sp250 in combination this way i am hoping to keep her well spread with plenty of high par for all the bud stacks i hope to see. I am impressed with this strain and will be growing it again sometime. The living soil is also proving a winner yet again for me. Until next week. Be safe and well.

Welcome to week 3 of flower for these fine ladies! As the stretching period comes to and end in about a week or so I'm excited to see the plant's develop their flowers. Some of the plants have already developed quited the frost for their age and as the cycle continues its just going to get more pronounced. Some of the plants are giving off a faint smell now mostly the Banana Smoothie smelling of cream and bananas so far. Overall I'm really pleased with what's going on so far and can't wait for further development of the flowers! Wont be long till we see some giant flowers covered in trichomes! Recap: Things went very well this week, some of the plants are starting to put out a smell and everyone's pumping trichomes like crazy! With about a week or so left on the stretching period I will be looking to place my secondary nets very very soon. I'm looking forward to seeing what the plants smell like and how they continue to develop their flowers!

I provided you with a close up video of each plant and one video where i go through tent and try to focus some nice buds individually.. Flushing her for 5 days already with a mild 400 ppm solution of terpinator and mammoth. Very sweet orange / apricot / melon smell to her, not the biggest buds in the tent bud definitely with the best aroma.. I would recommend this strain to everyone who loves sweet sugary fruity smell, its insane.

Day 2 of week 8 - Sunday 11th October Nutes in today, all looking good and pistils still coming through nicely.. Girls will need a bit of lower defoliation again but will wait till later this week.. UPDATE: Day 4 of week 8 Tuesday 13th October: More LST and defoliation today, pistils looking so lovely 😊! Nutes in as usual. Defo beginning to stretch so LST is proving a little tougher to do as the stems are getting much stronger now.. May have to abandon metal spikes and start tying down to the sides of the fabric pots. Things are moving much faster now and water intake in increasing too. Happy days! UPDATE: Day 6 of week 8 Thursday 15th Oct Nutes in and a little more LST. Really peeved as I bent the main stem a little too hard on one of the girls and she had a slight crease in the stem now 🤬... I hope this doesn’t affect her growth or that I loose the main cola..
