2024-07-21 Indoor We are coming to an End. The lovely Opium is about to get Harvested. iam so pleased with this Strain. The Indoor Plant shows very good ripeness along the Colas, the Plant itself is stimm lovely green, only a few leaves are fading. so I normally say, she still has Time. Bit the trichomes say another thing.All Milky, and a good amount of brown trichomes her smell is amazing, the domestic secnt is like apricot/ peach, with some delicous undertones. OUTDOOR This lady prepares for flower, shes in stretch and made 20 cm plus the last week. She drinks minimum 5l but is asking for more. and shes hungry, so she gets feedings every other day, until i see , that she stops stretching. fantastic Girls there is stimm a 3rd plant growing outdoors, she sits in a 30l Pot , i havent decided where to finish her. so stay tuned for the last big cut, and for the Update Divine Seeds developed Opium as a new champion strain, unprecedently powerful and loaded with unbelievable quantities of resin. Certainly, no average genetic base could be behind such brilliant parameters! Several Afghani Indica landraces, recognized as most potent and resinous, were bred together with a mighty Brazilian Sativa which Opium inherits its bright berry taste from. Then a great deal of work followed aiming for the highest THC level and endurability as well as a branchy structure that would provide maximal yields. Now we can proudly title Opium the best Indica you could dream of growing! Indoors these plants mostly stay mid-height (1.5 m), reaching up to 2.0 m out of doors. Depending on your height limitations, Opium flourishes universally in grow boxes, balconies, green houses and terraces. Due to its Afghani parentage, this strain can stand hot weather if provided enough water and some shadow. Responds well to any training techniques: ScroG and SoG, LST, topping and FIM, supercropping. The start of blooming is marked with a rush of growth, when plants stretch almost 1.4x. Expect heavy colas that often require additional supports. Whilst ripening, Opium gives off a pungent earthy stench with fruity and berry undertones, also a bit of pine. Ready for outdoor harvesting in October. The stoning psychedelic impact of Opium is like being hypnotized (unless you’ve had too much, then it feels more like a blackout). Stone-lovers will appreciate every minute with Opium: its spicy taste immerses your mind into daydreaming, while the body rests flat. Recreation with this psychedelic Indica means silent tripping from one insight to another. Mighty enough to kill chronical pains, Opium is also medically efficient against insomnia, nausea, appetite disorders, muscle spasms, headaches, irritation, fatigue, panic attacks, epilepsy. Best consumed at night time, the effects keep going for up to 4 hours.

Wow, what a great week for the plants! Despite some challenging weather conditions, they really thrived. We discovered that watering them more frequently helps them deal with the sun and dryness in the greenhouse, which is fantastic news. We've also taken steps to control pests by using peppermint and more neem oil around the house, and we've improved the greenhouse's foundation. It feels great to see everything coming together! While we're aiming for the best, we know there's still plenty to learn and do. Next week, we'll likely start implementing some new growth techniques now that the plants' stems are getting sturdier and more leaves are sprouting at the lower levels. It's exciting to see them progress through this vegetative stage! One of the Sour Diesel was beginning to flower so we had to cut it off. She was putting all of her energy towards growing it and it was eventually going to kill her. RIP

Watering 2L each every 2days still. Saturday March 19th GrowUpdate: Here’s my 10x10 grow setup with multiple strains growing. I am testing my 2 new BloomPlusXP4000’s and so far love them!! I have TOPGREENER heavy duty smart plugs with energy monitoring hooked up to both my lights and exhaust fan. I can turn on and off from anywhere on my phone. Govee Wi-Fi Bluetooth hygrometers that send me notifications and I can check the temp and humidity from anywhere on my phone. Globe smart power strip with 4 sockets that can be run individually from my phone.

Runoff PPMs are at 876/pH 5.9 average last watering, so back in range Gelatos are stretched to 32" now LSDs remain 24" Gelato kolas are starting to show color.

Both Blue Dreams, WiFi OG, and Purple Urkle have been harvested. I will update once they are dry. Grandaddy Purple will continue to flower for maybe another week or two.

Day 1 It seems like she's a little slow but the smell finally starts to come. No big changes for the rest. I'll probably need to feed her tomorrow. I dropped the temps a little bit. No other changes so far. Day 2 Feeding time! Up with the nutes to 75%... Only the Boost is at 100%. Changed the values above as well :) Day 7 Feeding time. Nutes were at 85%. Boost is at 100%. Well the girls are swelling up and smelling fantastic this week.Noticing the trichomes really building up lately.These papaya cookies are a very resilient strain as I’ve battled heat and humidity for a large portion of the grow and they have been doing great.Its been a blast watching these girls grow and develop.Will update later on in the week also I’m keeping light intensity set at 60 percent power because that’s what seems to make the happiest.Ive tried to pound them with light and added a co2 bag but they did not like the heat or extra light.I used some organic Unsulphured Blackstrap Molasses to add some sugars and a dash of epsom salts for a little more Magnesium.Ive been back and forth in my brain with the light intensity and Day 52 now set at 80 percent power.Reading some reviews of this strain she is a sun lover I believe so I’m just going to let them have it.Some of the fan leaves are fried some curling and fading but the new growth looks healthy and the buds are looking amazing..I’ll give them a final haircut later on this weekend.Day 55 the buds are maturing the pistols turning bright orange and trichomes building up making some very frosty buds :).I can’t wait to smoke these girls 🥦🔥😎.

📆 Week 5, 19-25 May 2024 19-25 May - Observed and let the plant grow. 📑 The plant is very compact with big, wide leaves, typical with Afghan varieties. The spacing between nodes is a good 1”. What I do is tuck the big leaf under the developing branches rather than cut them off early in this stage, to help the plant produce maximum energy. I also snip very low sucker shoots that do not have a chance to keep up with the plant, which is only a few. This keeps all the growth focused on the top of the plant for now. One of the plants grew massive! However the smoke wasn’t the best until a good 4 weeks cure. Very hairy buds too which was interesting 😂 Still a nice smoke

She grew 13cm this week. Not bad. She's looking good. Tent is a little bit too overcrowded for her at the moment but in a few days the situation will be better.

Friday, September 25, 2020 Chopped to dry in closet. No trimming needed Wednesday, September 30, 2020 Trimmed and jarred. Very little trimmings were thrown away. My first indoor grow was a success! I don't have the largest tent so it was nice to keep it short. Not the biggest yield in the world but it was a fun experience. My only regret is not watering or feeding it enough. I'm main-lining my other auto grows so we'll see how those do. Thanks! -JTGROW

I ran into problems in the beginning but now I’m seeing my mistakes witch is a good thing because that means I’m learning… RDWC is definitely different then soil but I’m loving it. I also see now that I need to turn the center pot lids around so my plants aren’t going under the trellis support pole. Rookie mistakes.
