420Fastbuds ApricotAuto/Week 6 What up growmies. Weekly update on these beautiful ladies. This week we've had some temperature swings and wow did they not like getting down into the high 50's. They both bounced back but won't be letting it get that cold again if I can help. Flower sites are all over with pistols. No signs of any major issues so will keep the same routine. All in all Happy Growing

Last week (9th) of flower harvested at day 63 flowering I had some overwatering problems in week 3-4 which threw me back like 2-3 weeks of veg, all plants had stunted growth... I did some lolipoping just before flowering but it seems it wasn't enough...alot of small budsites...will remove more next time... All in all i'm still very satisfied with the harvest, alot of nice mid-sized nuggets, all over resin Will add harvest weeks for both strains next week after i dried them

The 7th week started. Based on the Breeder's description it is supposed to be the final week for The Gelato Cookie D'ohpe so it should be ready to harvest. It is my first grow but I can say it needs a minimum of 2 weeks to be ready. I think 10 weeks at least. I have checked another diary with the same strain and it took 10-12 weeks to be finished. I placed the Purple Punch 38 hours Darkness so from now I will give 14 hours darkness and 10 hours light schedule to start flowering. They are in the same tent so I take out in the morning to be in darkness, and put back at night. I did reset the timers. Water: 125 ml 2x daily each plant so altogether 250ml a day for 2 plants. I raise up every week with 50 ml a week per plant. Fertilization the same amount of water the same acacia honey around 2 big spoons and bat guano 1 teaspoon per 1-liter water and I fertilize it 3 times a week every second day on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, plus one-half day like on Saturday once. So from today (Thursday), I started forcing the feminized strain Purple Punch to flower also after 45 days from germination. This week not too much things to say. The Gelato Cookie D'ohpe stopped growing just added an extra 5 cm to its height. Hopefully it focuses on the bigger buds creation. Purple Punch grew an extra 2 cm. End of the week Purple Punch is 37 cm, Gelato Cookie D'ohpe is 70cm.

Really into the massive stretch now I am having too move the climate control probe and thermostat every day now and these girls will soon cover the WiFi camera too , probably growing around 2 or 3 cm per 24 hours at this stage , " day 4 of week 5 " The tent is filling up nicely but the fbt7 is a clear winner so far , be is my cock up of snapping the main stem and fixing it ? The ftb7 is double the size of all the other 3 plants and is a very nice little bush , the smoothie has been very consistently healthy and vigorous and is around 22cm now and is one I did not lst , the BlackBerry has finally woken up and is now the same height as the others another plant I didn't lst , the c1 started very vigorously and was strong , them week 3 started too show signs of very early flower , she is now is fully fledged flower at week 5 and looking fantastic , and I was lucky enough too get all the side branches out and bend over the main cola too the netting and has made up for in lst what it lacked in size due too the early flowering ,

But growing started to look more and more like work because i was more busy with programming my controllers for the ph / humidity / lights / co2 / temperature. Also the realization that i have 2 children and my own house made me nervous for the authorities because where i live growing is not allowed. So i decided to grow smaller where i previously had 200x180x200 space i opted for 70x70x160 with the result that i can only grow 1 strain at a time. The intention is to remain self-sufficient in this way and still be able to exchange or give away something here and there at a party. Although I am sponsored I will not be able to grow every strain because not every strain can deliver the result I need to remain self-sufficient. If you know of an auto strain or photo strain that takes at least 11 to 15 weeks I would like to know so that I can grow it in the future and of course I will try to set a record for that grown strain. Because during the 4 grows that I can do per year I can only try to achieve a record since I cannot show you multiple strains at once. The grow is coming along nicely I had a couple issues with fungus gnats but I got that under wraps if anyone has any issues at all with fungus gnats I'm telling you get yourself some big time exterminator and you will not have any further issues I have tried everything under the sun and this is what I have landed on the best of the best as far as I'm concerned I'll never buy another brand this was allso the only brand that didn't kill all my beneficials

Skywalker OG — Harvest / Trim / Cure Part 2 — More Giants Enter The Galaxy First of all, once again, apologies for dividing this Skywalker OG harvest series into multiple parts. But honestly… there is simply too much happening here to compress everything into one single report without losing the individuality of these plants. This is not just one harvest. This is: * multiple giant plants * multiple phenotypic expressions * hundreds of photos * countless observations * trimming sessions * drying progression * resin collection * and eventually smoke reviews still to come So instead of rushing through it, we decided to properly catalogue this run the way it deserves. And honestly? These girls earned that respect. ⸻ Quick Recap — The 12/12 Galaxy This entire project was grown: 12/12 from seed with very little intervention. No heavy training. No aggressive shaping. No topping. Mostly: * gentle canopy opening * leaf tucking * minor defoliation * and allowing the plants themselves to naturally decide their structure And once again, this run keeps proving something fascinating: 12/12 from seed does not necessarily create huge tall plants… …but it can create incredibly efficient plants. Compact. Dense. Heavy. Productive. The only true giant-height exception in the room was the Ghost Train Haze that nearly reached two meters. But these Skywalker OG girls? They stayed more compact vertically while transforming themselves into absolute flower-producing machines. And honestly? That efficiency became ridiculous toward the end. ⸻ Heavy Enough To Collapse At this stage, all three plants reached the point where their own flower weight became difficult to manage. The branches simply cannot support themselves anymore. Support or no support… these girls are collapsing under pure mass. And honestly? That’s the kind of “problem” growers love having. Huge swollen colas. Dense flower stacking. Rock-solid buds. Resin everywhere. Exactly the type of structure that makes trimming both exciting and slightly terrifying at the same time. Because you already know: these are going to become extremely dense once fully dried. ⸻ Frost, Density & Structure One thing that keeps standing out over and over again with these Skywalker OG plants is the combination of: * density * frost * and sheer flower volume The flowers are not only big… they are compact. Very compact. The kind of buds where simply pressing lightly already tells you: “This is going to dry into rock-solid flower.” And visually? Absolutely beautiful. Bright swollen calyxes. Heavy trichome coverage. Long sugar leaves curling outward. Beautiful late-flower fading tones appearing everywhere. Every branch feels loaded. Top flowers. Middle flowers. Lower flowers. No wasted space. ⸻ Perspective & Scale We also wanted people to properly understand the actual size of these plants. Because sometimes photos alone can be deceptive. So throughout this session we kept including: * hands beside colas * Mr. Baggy appearances * hats * studio comparisons * and even the JBL speaker for scale references And honestly… some of these flowers make normal objects look small. These are serious colas. Not exaggerated internet “looks big in the photo” flowers. Actually big. Actually heavy. Actually difficult to hold comfortably after a while. ⸻ Mr. Baggy Continues His Internship Of course… Mr. Baggy stayed with us through the entire process again. At this point he’s basically part of the harvest crew. Always supervising. Always present. Always emotionally supporting the trimming sessions. And honestly? The studio moments with: * giant plants * giant colas * cameras * lights * resin-covered gloves * and Mr. Baggy sitting there in the middle of the chaos… became part of the memory of this run itself. ⸻ Charas — Living Resin One thing we absolutely loved once again during harvest was the amount of resin immediately collecting onto the gloves while handling fresh flowers. The moment fan leaves started coming off: * resin buildup started * fingers became sticky * gloves became greasy * and naturally… charas started forming again. And honestly, we really enjoy talking about charas because many people still don’t fully understand what it is. Charas is one of the oldest forms of cannabis resin collection in the world. Traditionally associated especially with regions of India and Nepal, charas is made by gently rubbing fresh living or freshly harvested cannabis flowers between the hands to collect the resin directly. Historically and spiritually, charas has deep connections with: * traditional medicine * spiritual rituals * Himalayan culture * and even Lord Shiva himself in many traditions. And honestly? There’s something incredibly beautiful about it. Because unlike dry sift or cured trimming resin… this is living resin. Fresh resin. Still full of life, moisture, oils, and volatile aromatic compounds. That’s why we personally separate this experience mentally from the later finger hash collected during dry trimming. Both are beautiful. But fresh charas feels: * softer * richer * oilier * more alive * and incredibly expressive terpene-wise This Skywalker OG produced amazing charas too. Dark. Greasy. Sticky. Easy to collect. The kind of resin that instantly tells you: “These plants are loaded.” ⸻ Full Plant Drying Just like the first plant, these girls are now drying whole. Entire plants hanging intact. We personally love this drying style because it slows the process slightly and helps preserve: * terpenes * moisture balance * aroma * and overall cure quality The drying conditions remain: First couple of days: * ~45% RH to help remove the heavier surface moisture from these extremely dense flowers. Then afterward: Remaining drying phase: * ~60% RH * 18–20°C for roughly: 7–10 days depending on how these massive flowers release moisture internally. Because honestly… with buds this dense, patience becomes extremely important. ⸻ Looking Ahead — Trimming Begins Soon The next reports will most likely focus heavily on: trimming And honestly? We already know these sessions are going to be intense. Because these plants are absolutely packed with: * dense flowers * resin * swollen calyxes * and heavy branching So yes… this series may realistically become: four parts or maybe even five. Just moved these girls into the flowering tent after vegging for one month in the veg tent. They are looking healthy and have been on a 1 week flush of water before flowering begins. They are currently moved to veg nutes for the first week of flower
