Perfect strain to grow, easy, fast and sweet as sugar totally covered in trichomes. The plants showed a very equaled and stable genetics and are very generous with a little care, this strain is almost like walking directly into a dutch candy shop with all kind of winegum smells, simply perfect.

17 Jan - 23 Jan 19 Jan Kush del Arriero: Looking good in color and size, planning to flush next week, hope those possible nanners don't develop enough, not removing due to harvest time being so close and this one being the one that will probably give me the best yield. Banana Cake: Small buds, decent trichomes. I hope that KDA won't cause much trouble to the other two plants, I hope I'm wrong about the nanners... Keeping my plans, finish with nutrients this Sunday and flushing for 7-14 days after that. I'll add a few more pics later today. Sat 22 Yesterday a friend with more experience in these things took a look at my plants, he seemed impressed by what I've accomplished on my first grow so far. He also confirmed that the weird things on the KDA buds aren't nanners... phew ! He also confirmed my plans for flushing tomorrow are good.

~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2202 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 12/1- I soaked both seeds for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged roughly 24 hours later. 12/3- Today their tap roots were about 1/2 to 3/4" so at 11 am I transferred them into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph using a tine off of a plastic fork as a 'mini trowel' to make a hole in the pellet and to gently cover the tap root, leaving only the seed head slightly exposed. This method accomplishes most of the initial work the seed has to do by eliminating having to orientate itself, push it's root down and head up. By 10pm the #1 seed had her cotyledon leaves opened and the #2 isn't far behind! 12/5- Well this is the full Day One for the #2 FBT #2202 and the second day for her sister! I'll keep them in the covered/heated Jiffy tray until I see their roots beginning to emerge from the peat pellet, then I'll transfer them gently into their respective fabric pots. The #1 will be going into the 4g Gronest pot from FastBuds and the #2 will reside in a 3g pot by Wraxly, which I'm trying out for the first time. 12/7- Yesterday I checked the #1 tester and she had roots starting to emerge from her pellet so I transferred her into her 4g Gronest pot. After making a hole in the medium for the peat pellet, I coated the entire surface with Xtreme Gardening Mycos then placed the pellet in the hole and planted her in. Lastly, I watered her in with about 4oz of de-chlorinated water with 3ml/g of FishShit added which was then ph'd to 6.4 @ 75℉ after which I placed a humidome over her for 24hrs to ensure that the humidity stays constant. The #2 tester is doing great and I'm confident that she should be ready to transfer into her fabric pot in the next couple of days! 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! One week down looking they're very good I can see a lot trikos on the got a new camera coming the smell is seeking out having hard time try stay stealth I belive starting to stay on my clothes my whole house 😷

All looking good, was looking like there was gonna be a few mutants but they seem to have sorted themselves out. Topped most of them now at day 22, will start spreading them out a bit this week and start training them up

Week 12 and we're still not there yet! However, the ladies are growing thicker every week. #2 & #3 are growing so thick, they can barely support the weight of their own buds. Really have to be careful when handling them, the risk of snapping a branch by accident is way too high right now. The reason for that is probably due to the crowded space in the growbox, in which there isn't much airflow despite having the little fan running nonstop when the light is on. Looking at the trichomes they can all take a few more weeks, just have to be patient now! This is plant #1/3. Still thickening slower than the other ones, but she's pretty fine otherwise!

Alcapulco Gold plants (3) are between 12”-14” and still receiving only pH balanced H2O. The other 2 strains are receiving nutrients listed above.

Day 62. Realized my hose water was sitting at ph of 8.5 or higher. Which the ladies really didn’t like. Got that dialed in. Jesus this water issue with the new home has been a bitch. Glad she is bulking and looking wonderful. The smell is off the chart.

Holy smokes first time washing a full plant and it sure paid off on some unbelievable quality rosin. Pressed70-160 My some of my 160 melt pressed straight thru 25u and 37 u rolled over 2 times tightly. Great surface area maintained in my press and 90% yeild. Excited to dabble in the rosin game. That was my small dinker plant yielded 300 wet grams for the record. 13 grams return for bubble hash. Larger plants processed I’m hoping for better yield. Let the juicing begin

Week 3 of flower has come & gone without too much stress. Gave the ladies a big last defoliation to help with light penetration and airflow at end of week as they were pretty leafy Runoff was a lot lower than feed so have upped the nutes for this week. Blumats got blocked and have been a pain so whilst I'm not too busy with work over holidays will just hand water them. Pretty much no smell at all coming off them yet which is quite strange as normally by now all my other grows have been starting to, I'm sure it will come. 1st video is before big defoliation 2nd video is after Photo is 24hrs after big defoliation

Week ten 64-70 days after germinating

Topped on D27. Moved into a DIY spaceblanket/cardboard growbox for better climate and light. Got an easy +1.5°C and +5%rh on average through this simple build. No fans, box always open on one side. The box also sits on top of a 40cm subwoofer that runs the bassiest stoner rock 👽 and and even fuzzier doom metal 😈 for an average of 4hours a day to please my ears 😑 and vibrate those roots 😵 Also did a lot of testing with an Apera pH60 this week and put a lot of the nutrients+tapwater+citric acid solution into the reservoir and a bit on the soil. Also I now know how much citric acid I need to bring the pH of my tapwater to 6.5, more than I previously used as my tapwater starts out at 7.5

Cereal Milk (YLife X Snowman) Gave them a full day of darkness and flushed for two weeks with phd water after flushing with Advanced Nutrients Flawless Finish! UVB light did increase trichomes and it appears it sped up trichome ripening, not 100% sure on the ripening tho. WILL UPDATE AFTER DRYIN WITH DRY WEIGHT! 2/18/25 UPDATE..Cereal Milk weighted in at 39 grams so nearly 1.5oz. The scent is not so strong but it’s there and so far it’s smelling like gassy bad breath smh unless my brothers breath had my nose pallet out of balance lmfao. I’ll cure for a short time and coma back to that!
