This week marked a turning point in the photoperiod grow. The plants continued to establish themselves in their new 3-gallon pots, showing strong vegetative growth and handling training well. Early in the week, I topped and spread out the branches, guiding the canopy into an even structure. Light LST adjustments kept new growth sites exposed, and I tucked large fan leaves when needed to balance airflow and light penetration. Midweek, I gave them a feed of Cal-Mag and silica, splitting about a gallon between the two. This coincided with the new auto-watering bases being filled, so the roots stayed consistently hydrated while still benefiting from the light top watering. The steady moisture helped them bounce back quickly from the topping and training stress.

Day 87 (Oct 27) still topping up with nutes or ph corrected water talking to the plant. This lady's lucky number is 800 (PPM) She loves it, and as a true gentleman, my job is to keep her happy. The Ztrawberriez Auto is very resistant has a great sweet strawberry smell throughout the garden. As you can easily see from my grow question, I was initially afraid for the plants due to the high temperature in the greenhouse (as soon as the sun shone ~40 degrees). It turned out that the plant seemed to like it and rewarded me with beautiful buds with purple tips. Growdiaries won't let me delete the question otherwise this would have happened long ago... She finished very quickly and took just 70 days from seed to harvest. All this confirms that fastbuds is the right address for autoflowers. I'm already looking forward to the next run. 🌸 Week 3 Flower – Growing Strong, Tall, and Vibrant! 🌱 Hey Grow Fam! It’s already Week 3 in flower, and I’m thrilled to bring you this update because these plants are doing phenomenally well! Some are stretching up so tall that I might have to get creative in the coming weeks! Fruit production is well underway, and it’s absolutely amazing to watch the canopy fill out as these girls reach their potential. Having a blast sharing more content lately—I’m in the zone with editing and creating, so get ready for even more shares! 🌡️ Environmental Control and Fine-Tuning the Reservoir pH Temps this week have been holding around 27.2°C with RH at 65.2% and CO2 at 800 ppm, creating a VPD of 1.26 for ideal flower development. The lighting intensity is at 833 PPFD, and the solution in the reservoir is fine-tuned to a pH of 6.22, EC of 475, with a temp of 21.8°C. Let’s talk pH in the reservoir: it’s a dynamic process, and I’m constantly adjusting it to keep everything at the right level. The pH tends to rise throughout the week, and each day, I work it back down, fine-tuning it to keep those plants happy and balanced. Managing pH is truly a hands-on job, and it’s worth every moment. I love staying on top of it for optimal nutrient uptake—it’s all about consistent effort and keeping that perfect range dialed in. Leaf Maintenance & Selective Defoliation These leaves are HUGE and gorgeous, creating a lush canopy that’s nearly too perfect! I’ve been taking a few leaves here and there, focusing on leaves that may be blocking light from reaching lower parts of the plant. Selective defoliation at this stage is key because it opens up airflow and allows light to penetrate deep, boosting energy distribution across the whole plant. Big, healthy leaves mean we’re getting excellent photosynthesis, but a gentle, strategic defoliation can guide that energy toward those developing buds. Seed sprouted and all going well so far.

Week 11 (10-4 to 16-4) 10-4 Temperature: 24.4 degrees (lights on) 21.1 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 60% (highest) 52% (lowest) No pictures. Added 10L to the reservoir, and turned it on for a couple of minutes. 11-4 Temperature: 24.4 degrees (lights on) 21 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 61% (highest) 52% (lowest) 12-4 Temperature: 25.5 degrees (lights on) 22 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 65% (highest) 57% (lowest) Turned the reservoir on for a couple of minutes. 13-4 Temperature: 26.5 degrees (lights on) 23 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 65% (highest) 56% (lowest) 14-4 Temperature: 26.4 degrees (lights on) 22.1 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 64% (highest) 45% (lowest) Turned the reservoir on for a couple of minutes. The reservoir is almost empty, there is 850 ml left. 15-4 Temperature: 24.4 degrees (lights on) 20 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 59% (highest) 49% (lowest) No pictures. 16-4 Temperature: 23.5 degrees (lights on) 19.5 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 60% (highest) 53% (lowest) Today i defoliated both plants heavily for the last time, you can say i did a method called: schwazzing. Turned on the reservoir for a couple of minutes. (Till the AutoPots are full and the valve closes) Rised the pots aswell, so the canopy is very even. I let them recover from the heavy defoliation i did, and next week i will slowly increase the light's strength. (Now still at 50% 50cm)

Did first nutrient feeding w fox farms nutes. Very little. Things were going perfect then I woke up this am to slight curling again. I changed light distance and put in my other light as well so I’m now in need of ac unit or another fan bc it’s getting hotter, 85. Or I figure I could run my exhaust fan 24/7 and take it off my humidity switch but then I got to possibly get another humidifier bc the exhaust fan takes the humidity out of the room. Idk but the girls all in all are looking good to me. started lst on 6/30 using grow big and big bloom now

Ya estamos en proceso de formación de la flor. Se ven algunas más grandes que otras. Pero a grandes rasgos estan muy parejas. Me preocupa un poco la cercanía a la luz, dado que estoy en 15cm y cualquier estirón extra, sería una complicación. Vamos a ir viendo como se dan las cosas, pero al momento, no me puedo quejar. Las plantas se ven bien y saludables. Día 24. Se empieza a notar el engorde. Esperando a que aparezcan las hojas de azúcar, que ya se empiezan a visibilizar las primeras. Voy a ver si puedo conseguir overdrive de advanced para cuando se terminen de formar las flores. Entre tanto solamente tuve un inconveniente de pérdida de agua por una manguera que moví al atar las plantas, pero ya repuse la solución perdida y todo va encaminado. No sé si van a tardar las 6 semanas que dice el catálogo, pero cuanto mucho serán 8. Seguiré actualizando. Día 26. Las flores empiezan a yomar su forma voluminosa. Estoy en duda sobre si agregar PK la semana próxima o la otra. Quizá empiece a usarlo en el próximo depósito. No quiero tampoco sobrepasarlas y agregar el producto antes porque tengo entendido que puede ser contraproducente. De todos modos me quedan dos días para el cambio de solución, así que voy a ver cuando termine la semana. Entre tanto, ya empiezan las emociones. Día 28. Hice ina poda de hojas bien fuerte. Ya de esa forma dejo expuesto a la luz todo lo que tiene que terminar de engordar y de paso me esquivo posibles problemas de humedad. Al final voy a usar el PK de greenhouse que tengo, pero voy a subir la dosis. Mañana se viene el cambio de solución, para lo que sería la ante última semana en teoría. Vamos a ver como evoluciona, porque los cambios son muy abruptos de una semana a la otra. Y llegado el momento miraré los tricomas, como para ir haciéndome a la idea.

Extrema producción de tricomas de esta variedad! Gran parte de los frutos lo usaré para extraer rosin, su resina se ve ideal para este propósito. Fragancia exquisita a ponche de fruta dulce, con notas ácidas y un fondo de especias. Como mencioné anteriormente dejaré la parte de la reseña de efectos, sabores y sensaciones para cuando los cogollos estén secos y curados, por ahora solo puedo apreciar lo que mi vista y olfato me permiten captar. Totalmente conforme por la calidad de estas flores y agradecido de los amigos de Sweet Seeds por la confianza. Será hasta la cata entonces, buenos humos!

Night 41 - 02/11/19 Time for a new week again and damn has the Quick one stretched since last week. was 18cm 1 week ago and now its 30cm. im really proud of myself for getting this far :) wondering how tall its gonna grow lol. Still not much of a smell to the plant, i dont think its fully flowering yet. I flushed tonight again to decrease ppm further and rid the medium of salts. runoff ppm was 800 last flush. runoff ppm is 650 this flush with a ph of 6.34 compared to 6.22 (i think) last time. going to calibrate my ph pen after this grow :) hoping im near the harvest now as im having panic attacks when i get into bed at night, my mind is racing so fast :/ On a better note my other diary fast eddy may not be tall but is soon to be heavily flowering! finally i added a few videos and pictures and I was watching videos on breeding birds last night, completely fallen in love with nature and living things :) il see how things go but i might end up taking care of some cool animals! would be amazing to have them in the videos of my plants lol! will update sometime later in the week folks so take care until then :) Day 43 - 04/11/19 Quick one is 35cm now :) if it didnt go above 30cm by harvest then i definitely could have done better but 30-40cm is what iv think a good beginner attempt is :) if it goes to 50-60 il be excelling for a new grower :) the more the merrier haha! one of my chilli pots finally germinated today along with the diesel strain from my new diary :) Still no smell from this plant tho, maybe a slight lavender/veg smell. looks to me like it developed flowers and went back into veg hahaha. the next 4 weeks will tell i guess! keep an eye out for the next picture update, everything is looking great and im hoping for 20g of bud from this strain but il be happy with around 14g :)

Day 63 - lookin good.... haha.... um, tanks stabilized, ph 5.8 - ppm 1200 .... she's feedin alot..... buds are fillin and lotsa white furries.... listed the nutes and amounts etc.., but i'm kinda feeding her as she needs.... so every few days she is drinking 2 lts +- and i'm just mixing up a neut solution in a 2 lt bottle every day or 2 ..... sometimes she just wants abit of water...... Day 64 +vid....shows her deep green and gloss... abit of crystalic :) Day 65 - vids pics.... trimmed her, and abit of bending.... Added blood and bone.... she's stretching alot, 60cm+ ........ Day 67 took all the early buds on all the stringy 0ff shoots.... Poor lighting vids, but don't want to mess with her flowering, :) 👍😎👊

En su 3 semana de cultivo exterior. Siento que se retrasó su crecimiento por el clima tan cambiante que tuvo la semana.. se realizó transplante a maceta de 7 litros para que pueda desarrollarse de mejor manera, durante la noche se mantienen en interior para mantener una temperatura más estable.. creo que van bien para ser mis primeras fem qué cultivo
