So, eventful week. Prior to putting my seeds into my system, my light and rdwc system was left on as I was dialling in the growing environment before placing the seeds as a final home. My only issue was I had a light leak BEFORE putting the foil top covers on the clay pebbles. Long story short, I got algae which ended up turning to root rot. I spotted it very swiftly and did a res change adding beneficial bacteria to the system along with the base products of remo nutrients. A few days later new growth and recovery is taking place. Day 16- Fully back on track, new roots shooting out into the water and the growth rate has picked up as it should. Foliar feeding twice a day for a little boost until the root system establishes a bit more. Huge changes in just a day. Can't wait to see what a week's growth looks like. Really loving the sunset/sunrise feature on the trolmaster, something I got to experience watching recently! Watching by closely to make sure everything stays in track. Stay tuned for the next one 😉

~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2201 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Mars Hydro Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 12/15- Here we go into the second week of veg for the FastBuds Tester #2201 girl and she's certainly on a roll! When I checked on her today her medium was still moist so I'll let her go and check her tomorrow. Basically at this point in the run all I have to do is make sure her medium doesn't dry out, fill the humidifier and watch her grow! 🤩 12/17- Yesterday I watered her and increased the amount to roughly 0.25g of de-chlorinated water with 3ml/g of Botanicare Silica Blast (added to begin to help strengthen her branches) and then ph'd to 6.4 @ 74℉. I've also increased the output of the HLG 650R's to 35% which equates to about 230w at the wall which, of course has raised the temp's in the tent so I've also begun to run the A/C unit in the grow room which is keeping the temp's now at 75℉ in the tent. The RH is running around 75-78% RH giving a VPD of .67-.74 which I'll take! 😁👍 Other than what I've mentioned above, all I did was fill the humidifier with distilled water and watched her grow! 🤩 12/19- Today I watered her with 0.25g of de-chlorinated water with 3ml/g Fish Head Farms Fish Sh!t and 1 tsp/g Unsulfured Molasses added which was ph'd to 6.3 @ 74℉. I'm now watering through the bottom, filling the drip pan and letting the plant draw up the water into itself. I am also watering from the top, but only just enough to moisten the medium. She is really starting to take off now, a sure sign her roots are beginning to get well developed, and I'm thinking of going ahead and topping her in the next day or so. 12/21- Well, yesterday I went ahead and topped this girl! Hopefully she won't stress out over this and starts shooting out those secondary branches. Today I watered her with 0.25g of straight de-chlorinated water which was ph'd to 6.3 @ 74℉. I gave about 3/4 of it into her drip pan so she can draw it up into her medium, the rest I applied to the top of the medium just to moisten it. Well there's two weeks of veg behind us now, Week Three of vegetation is beginning and she should really start to take off! 😍👍 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! So work has been very busy - but plants look like they are doing well, last week we added the SCROG and top dressed, then just watering (De-chlorinated / PH 6.8) and 1 watering with Recharge. The tent is alive with flowers, tomorrow I am going to add a second SCROG net to help with the weight when these flowers become massive, also will clean out the plants a bit - and may try to create a compost tea. Remember last week I moved the little girl over to my grow cabinet she is doing well but weird phenomes produce such a short plant when her sisters are like triple her size. 02.06.20 - Today I defoliated the little girl - look at all the flowers I found, I topped dressed with Organically Done Bloom Boost with Recharge. 02.06.20 - This afternoon I defoliated and cleaned out all 4 of the girls, topped dressed with Organically Done Bloom Boost (De-chlorinated / PH 6.8) - along with a few doses of optics overgrow planned in the morning - I like to use optics overgrow for insect an inoculant and as a WPM prevention, the other amazing things this dose it just a bonus. 02.07.20 - Uploaded a few pics of the day after defoliation - all looks great! 02.07.20 - Just a few more pics from this evening - the plants are responding well to the cleanup - also pushed the light to 100% now just have to keep things watered and let the buds get fat and juicy!

The growth is going quite well this week. I've selected the 3 best plants (one of each strain) for the final pots transplants. The Blackberry Cake is a bit late compared to the other ones but it keeps growing and the roots look good. I moved a bit the light away from the plants because they seemed to be slightly light burned. I also started the fan (when the light is ON), and set the dehumidifier to 65%. Plants heights at the end of the week : ------------------------------------------- Blackberry Cake : 8cm Jack Herer : 14cm Cashew Kush : 14,5cm

11/27: harvest day. Well, i have chopped them all down. I trimmed all the bud and put it in seal bags in the freezer. No drying - fresh frozen. Sometime in the next few days i will turn it all into bubble hash. If i had gotten the buds that i wanted I would have dried and cured much of this. But as this is just a typical looking and smelling lemon strain, it all went in the freezer. If not for all of their expectations set by FastBuds, i would likely have loved at least one of the plants. The one labeled PL1 was a monster. It produced over 27oz of trimmed wet bud. The hat is more than the other 3 plants combined. With a total of 53 Oz of trimmed wet bud harvested and frozen. The one that i labeled PL4 was insanely frosty when compared to the other 3 phenos. I have clones of bother PL1 and PL4 that i may consider using for breeding projects where i want a strong lemon. The other two plants were mostly forgettable.

2 out of 4 plants are a week maybe less from harvest, which will be day 100. the other 2 plants are a week or more behind. I reckon the delay(as Chunga pointed out)is from the cold temps first month or so. Next year I’ll wait till mid may to plant. But overall I’m very pleased with how they are growing, they be small but looks like I’ll have a successful harvest. 🤘😶‍🌫️🤘

Day 48, end of week 3 into flower 🍓🌱 Plant got a good Lollipopping 🍭and a heavy defoliation. I've run into a big problem this week, as i noticed the plant is having a light stress.. Lots of leafs got curled up and tip burned😱🤦🏽😞 I turned the lights down to 170w, and it seems the stress on the plant has stopped. This is my 3rd run with this light setup, and on the last 2 runs i was growing with about 220W with the same setup/tent size. First one i grew was a Cinderella Jack auto from dutch passion, was 100% perfect with 220w! Second was Zkittlez by FastBuds, and with her i did saw signs of light stress, but the plant came out perfect at the end. But this OG Kush auto seems extra sensitive to strong lightning, I just hope she will recover and produce well 😳🤞🏽🌱 Other then that the plant just keep getting bigger and bigger!! 🤯😍 Its 54 cm high (started the flower at around 30cm!) And she was topped of course, Absolutely fantastic in that matter!✌️🏽

Day 80, 2nd of December 2020: Hi there! Ladies are cool everything is alright. In one week buds strated doubeling and the developement is dope haha. The 2 Zamnesia ladies are pretty Gelato is so nice bushy and the smell is great as well. Kalini Asia will be a green pheno I think and she my be hermied a bit on me.... I am still waiting to see I see some strange develepement lets say. Sweet Seeds girls are dope unfortunately Red Mandarine and Tropicanns poison don't show any sign of colouting yet but it is okay even if they green phenos.... It may happen in the end of the flowering cycle let's see. Basically that's all I wanted to share. Oh yes... this one: All good the lamp is now on 11 hours and off 13 hours. Every week 15 minutes was taken off and after 4 weeks here we go. Strated 12/12 and now 13/11 wanted try to imitate the nature as the light days are getting shorter. Fertilization has changed no more epsom salt from this week and I will stop giving nitrogen as well from next week. Great job Sweet Seeds and Zamnesia! Nice genetics :) Lovely plants!

Great progress being made at a really fast rate. The orange sherbert are starting to catch up with the POG and the buds look like they’re gonna be big and fat. All OS fairly short bar one, all developing at breakneck speed bar one, but all looking great and like they’ll produce gold. Barneys Farm truly do have some great genetics going on, I’ve been so pleased watching every strain I’ve grown from them. In the past I’ve noticed a similar vigour with cookies kush and with gorilla Zkittlez. Anyhow, all moving nicely in the tent, if only it reflected on life in general😣😂 Really looking forward to tasting these girls now. In week 4 they’ve shown the kind of size they’re gonna reach, I think I’m doing better than previous grows but I kind of always think that or at least hope it and alas again I am a smoker and am prone to over exaggeration especially when comparing two ladies, you gotta be careful not to offend either one ya kna!😉😬
