From the beginning to the end this is a phenomenal strain , total love !

Hey guys, it's been a great journey but I've finally hung my Stardawg out to dry! Yesterday was their last day totalling 8 weeks on flower. Realistically they could have benefited from a further week because the lower buds are somewhat underdeveloped but then I would risk losing the preferred sweet high smoke of the top buds. With this being my first attempt it's been a great learner not only for how to care for the plants but also the environment. As soon as these went into flower and started stretching I knew that putting 6 in a 2.4 x 1.2m tent was a bad idea. They just got so big which is the cause of the lower sites not being as good as the top colas. Despite that I'm really happy with the outcome and I'm hoping ive got 30oz+ of real good quality nugs. All of the top colas have turned a gorgeous violet colour too which you can see on the pictures and I absolutely love. For my next grow I've gone with 6 fastbuds strains which hopefully will go under a scrog. Check back next week for the harvest and weigh in!

Let's go for this session. Long time I wanted to grow Desfran seeds. First because it's almost 100% sativa, and it definitely gets my preference. Second, because it grows fast and high... if everything goes ok ! Germination day 5 : 3/3 Desfran Germination day 12 : The litle girls growing gently. The second pair of leaves is coming, and I thing I'll turn into "week 1" on saturday with their first repotting.

Spiderfarmer humidifier got my 2x4 dialed in almost immediately. If it performs this well over time I'd recommend it greatly. Had some trouble with light burn because I briefly cranked up my light and uv at the same time lol. I stopped that. Thinking about flowering soon. If anyone sees this, what do you think?

Die Pflanze hat innerhalb der letzten 2 Wochen einen starken Stretch von knappen 18 cm hingelegt. Das bedeutet, das die Diesel Sativa Gene jetzt voll einschlagen. Auch die Blattform wird an den oberen Trieben, schlanker. Daher eher die Tendenz 60% Indica, 40% Sativa. Nach der zweiten Blütenwoche entwickeln sich die Blütentriebe immer stärker und die Stigmen bilden sich weiter aus. Bei diesem Genotypen, ist das Wichsverhalten weitgehend ähnlich, nur die Hauptwuchsphase war mit etwas kürzeren Internioden abständen geprägt. Der Stängelabrieb duftet schon stark nach säuerlichen, dieselartigen Nuancen, mit einen etwas GMO typischen Aroma. last time amending, going to run the runts for another week as they are growing nicely. Winter finally showed up and had to turn on the heat mat. Root ball @25c now and growth has exploded.

The consistent and healthy grow is continuing. The first flower sites and buds started to form theirselves. Also the bottom leaves of the plants started turning to yellow by the end of the week. I'm not sure if it is normal but since everything looks good and healthy I will just assume that the yellow fades are just the leaves dying due to the buds which started to grow.

Finally got my buddy to come out and add in a 20 amp outlet so I can fire up a better light. Still using quantum boards but with a 4500k spectrum. Got in a foliar with the Growzyme from green buzz liquids. Fed them right before I took the pics they look a little sad but hopefully they bounce back quickly. Not much else going on. Super frosty in here, wow. Sour Diesel is all I smell but it's much sweeter. Started winding down on N today. We'll see how they do!

The Mimosa is just delicious! It smells wild, and the plant stems are extremely sticky. The trichomes are growing amazingly well, and they grow on the leaves extremely. I hope the buds will turn out big and strong. So far, I'm really impressed.

04/26/24. Orchids. Going into week 6. I have #1 just where I want her. #2 isn’t exactly how I’d like but much MUCH better than where she was. A little uneven still, but I can’t complain. She’s still VERY dark and I’m emphasizing an issue on her leaf which I still haven’t figured out if it was caused from nutrient burn or ph. Either way, still haven’t fed either girls since the tea ONE time awhile back. #1 has lightened up a LOT and looks about right to me now. Transplanted both on the 21st, I believe it was. I’m not sure if I’ll flip them to flower now or wait until they’re 8 weeks. Guess we’ll see. Until next time

End of week 9, harvest time! She has dense heavy buds for the most part. Just the lowest and most inner bud sights are fluffy and small, compared to the rest. I will update with dry weight results and smoke taste review in about 2 weeks. Update - March 7 - today was the first smoke and then weigh-in for the OG Kush. Total dry weight 242.2 grams, not including the smoke sample.

Week 6 Started today transplanted them sat it’s Thursday now this Saturday March 9th is a week since looks like they are taking tk the new home okay so far hope this keeps up March 8th did a second topping today on both but on every top just two on each plant and I’m done topping March 9th is one week since transplant next Thursday I thinking I will flip then or that Saturday just want them to show stronger signs of growth by then March 9th some deflation everything still looking okay
