Hey now! So after 8 days of drying, and 6 days of curing, I just tried the Sour Diesel in a glass water pipe, and she is freaking amazing. She burns nice and slow, with thick clouds of smoke, and tastes exactly like she should, like a sour/citrus/fuel with a very nice aftertaste. I ended up with less than 20% of wet weight, but I am so ecstatic with the quality, I could freaking care less! I have a fantasy football draft on Saturday night, and I can't wait for the rest of my league to sample her! I had so much fun with this grow, from constructing the watering/draining system, to learning more about photography and video, to meeting everyone in this community, and finally to smoking Nugs that I actually grew! These ladies are growing great. After being transplanted last week they've definitely doubled in size. I did some defoliation today taking off the first set of branches and fan leaves that were at the soil level. All in all Happy Growing.

Girls are growing good. Previous I had problems with temperature because it's freezing outside. This problem is fixed by turning off the vent every hour (automatic) And there enjoying it. This week gonna stop adding roots en start adding sugar royal 1 time a week 2ml/l

4.28.25. 4th week of veg What up growers! A lot of tying down and defoliation going on. Starting to see signs of flower! Next week will be first week of flower. One more water with veg nutrients then switching over to flower! Have good rest of week!

This week was good, stopped feeding nutes, ro water only, the buds are so solid, nice and thick. Didn’t think this was going to be so big, the 16”x16” fits the growbed perfect, it the plant is a little cramped, a 24”x24” would be perfect, as the branches would be able to droop more and allow more light to some lower growth. However after this I’m using these tents to do smaller scrog plants, which are photos. And I’ll do the auto-flowers in a more open environment.

Missed last week update but did some cutting girls have to live up to the mission 73 between the 5 plant....added one more which was a cutting from a seed plant harvested previous...didn't look like I did anything so cut dem a few day later 85 between the same plants... only cut the lower half of G4 n smaller inside branches( going to stop they dont hold up well)

great strain hard buttons heavy total life of 88 days. 84 after being born, besides having broken it will give me a good yield I will wait 90g to dry, for an automatic with 5.5 liter pot I think this is great. easy to grow very, very cold, sweet, sour, aroma, I'm happy .. final summary the lady still gave me 110g dried without branches and leaves very clean .. I am very very satisfied with the result both in the quality of the herb and the yield @Fast_buds @spiderfarmer @advancednutrients @growdiaries

Day 38- 18/01/22 and we are now in flowering everything is looking good I’m still cutting down the plants from my last grow Afghan kush and once I’m done with that I’ll be moving everything that isn’t chemdawg into the HPS tent!!! Day 41-21/01/22 plant is finally in the hps tent and doing well!!!

This week we moved the plants to a more secluded location, which was easier with small autopots. Leveling and terracing the equipment was a pain. I put individual 6 gallon reservoirs for each plant. This allows me about three days before filling up the reservoirs. The biggest problem again was the plants falling over because of wind. They have hit the ground over 20 times, maybe thirty. Each time this dumps the reservoir, so I had to make a ton of water this week. But they keep chugging along. I staked and wired them down and so far so good for three days. The plants are big, with my biggest being 7 1/2 to 8 feet tall. They have mostly recovered from falling over so many times. The branches have hardened so I can’t really stretch out the branches anymore. They’re tighter than I planned…. Flowering has started and should start stacking up on one or two of the plants next week. I’m just running Jack’s RO for weeks 4 to 8. I may start with some fulvic and humic acid soon. cloudy week she looks healthy but slow ... the temperature has dropped ... I think she will be even slower outdoor ...

Now that I’m firmly in veg growth is very fast. I don’t have to water every day considering I’m using the wicking method in tandem with Coco coir medium. Nothing has gone wrong so far. The only thing is since this is my first grow I get a bit scissor happy when it comes to defoliation.

[Day 47] 08/13/21 - It's hard to believe these are all the same strain. Looks like 4 phenotypes at play. They all have differences in growth type, smell and size. #4 has zero trichomes so far and not the most pleasant scent. The others have a very pleasant smell with subtle differences between them.
