Lots of growth this week had to switch nutrients since I ran out of sensi grow anb

Hi, this week i checked the trychomes and They are cloudy and the cheese is showing Here and there a little amber trychome. So I started flushing the plants each 2 days with 1.5l per pot and Collect the run off i dont have a ppm meter but every time i flush the water is getting clearer. I am doing this intik the trychomes are 10% Amber on the whole plant. Of you have Some tips let me know!

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. Was feeding 2.5 2.5 1.2 per gal flora series with 2.5 calmag ph quickly dropped in run off to 4.7. Im guessing the florakleen had something to do with messing with the buffer. I thought the king tut looked droppy a few days after flush of couse i thought issue was maybe overwater. I skipped one water and over night all plants were much worse. Half the leaves on tut dried out and some on the alien tech. Read up and finally found someone mention to feed 1.3 to 1.5 gal per 5 gal in coco coir per event. I was feeding 1 gallon of water twice a day so went to 1.5 to 2 gal per event twice a day. Underwatering was the issue, cal mag in some, nutrient burn and ph. Ph going in at 6.0 coming out 4.7. I chopped the chem de la creme and the acid as they were not doing well or just stunted badly. Squanch Queen had a lot of calmag issues so added more. Eventually i ended up doing a 1/4 nute 2.5 calmag ro flush to get the ph of run off out of 4.7 range and eventually it has risen to 5.2 to 5.4 in time with .2 ec adjustments. Lots of problems. Have an ro buddy but am going to get a better system. Working on installing diy drain system.

Hello my fellow growers I hope you are all having a great day! So I am not doing anything training wise with this girl at this point just using plant ties to hold the plant open to achieve better light penetration and airflow. But beyond that I am not doing anything else then what you see in the description for my nutrient use that is all!

*Increased PH to 850 *Noticed some yellowing maybe I need to increased feeding. *Starting to push out a weak citrus smell. *did a foliar and burned all the pistils :).

The girl looks really good, strong thick branches, which I wanted to bend a little more, but I don't have the space for that :D :D The girl hasn't started to show her flowers yet, but I think that in a few days, it should appear :) good luck to everyone.

Big Fat Wedding Cake is growing good. I did a solution change on her 4 days ago. She is developing some nice colas with a good frost. She is starting to bulk and give off a aroma. I topped both plants once thus far, cleared their lower nodes up to the 3rd node on "nemo" and 4th on "v" names are easier then saying seed 1 and seed 4. added pics and video of day 34/35 for these two. hope y'all can stand the slight off hue from grow light. pics/vids are taken on phone camera thru grow room glasses, when watered the 3 gal pots are heavy and not easy to yank out for a picture.
