Ghost Train Haze — Week 11 from Seed (Week 7 Flower) 12/12 from seed — no veg, no limits. She didn’t ask for permission. She just kept going. âž» Quick Recap — How We Got Here This run was never about controlling size. It was about channeling energy. Straight into 12/12 from seed. No vegetative phase to stretch her intentions— just a direct line from seed → structure → flower. And still
she chose to become a 1.8m tower. That tells you everything about the genetics. Stable environment. Consistent feeding. No interruptions, no panic moves. We didn’t push her. We kept up with her. âž» Week 7 Flower — Controlled Chaos At this stage, she’s fully expressing: – Vertical dominance – Long, stacked flower sites – Increasing density without losing structure – And that frost
building fast now She’s not just tall— she’s productive across the entire column. And the smell? Louder every day. Sharper. More complex. This is where Ghost Train starts to feel like Ghost Train. âž» Feeding & Parameters — Why These Numbers We’re running: – EC: ~2.9 – pH: 6.5 And yes—this is intentional. At this stage, demand is high. She’s not just building flowers, she’s maintaining a massive structure while doing it. The higher EC supports: – Sustained nutrient availability – Strong flower development – Continued metabolic activity at scale And the pH at 6.5 keeps nutrient uptake balanced in soil: – Phosphorus & potassium availability optimized – Micronutrients still accessible – No locking out key elements during peak demand Nothing extreme. Just aligned with what she’s asking for. âž» VPD — Leaf vs Room (Why 26°C / 60% Works Here) On paper, 26°C and 60% RH might look high for late flower. But here’s the nuance: – Room VPD is one thing – Leaf VPD is another With strong lighting and active transpiration, leaf temperature often runs slightly higher than ambient. That shifts the actual working VPD into a more optimal range than numbers alone suggest. So while the room reads: – 26°C – 60% RH The plant is effectively operating in a comfortable transpiration zone, not a risky one. This is why context matters more than charts. âž» About the “Delay” — Sativa Expression She’s a Haze. So yes—compared to others in the room, she appears “slower.” But let’s be clear: This isn’t delay. This is genetic pacing. And honestly? For a Haze under 12/12 from seed
She’s actually ahead of where you’d expect her to be. That early flowering trigger shortened the stretch window and pushed her into production sooner. Without it? She wouldn’t be 1.8m. She’d be
a problem 😄 âž» What We’re Seeing Now – Frost production accelerating noticeably – Buds forming along the entire height – Structure holding surprisingly well for her size – Aroma intensifying into that sharp, hazy profile She’s not finished. But she’s clearly committed. âž» What We’re Watching At this size and density, attention shifts to: – Airflow through the full vertical column – Moisture pockets deep in the structure – Any signs of late-stage stress under high EC – Light distribution across top vs lower sites This is where big plants test your environment. Mr. Baggy is on patrol đŸ•”ïžâ€â™‚ïž Especially in the middle zones. âž» What to Expect Next Week – Continued resin production spike – Buds beginning to tighten and gain weight – Aromas becoming heavier, more defined – Possible early signs of maturation in upper sites She’ll keep stretching a little
but the focus is shifting toward finishing energy. âž» Final Thought Some plants follow the room. Some plants define it. This one? She changed the space around her. âž» Gratitude To everyone walking this journey with us— The OGs. The new eyes. The loud ones. The quiet ones. The supporters and the skeptics. To the platform. To the community. To the genetics behind this powerhouse. To the partners walking with us. And to every grower learning to read plants instead of chasing numbers. Photography is part of the story — it’s how we share the fine textures, the glow, and the quiet details that words can’t always capture. I’ve also started experimenting with photo stacking — a technique where multiple images, each taken at a slightly different focus point, are layered together to create one perfectly sharp image from front to back. It’s not digital enhancement or AI; it’s pure photography — a way to reveal the plant’s beauty in microscopic depth, from trichome to petal. You’ll even see a few shots of "ghost me" capturing the shots — camera, lens, setup — because every grow deserves not just to be cultivated, but documented like art. had a bit of a nightmare. bit much on over water and may have had a nutrient lockout. took one sweet cherry pie out and replaced with seedsman northern lights auto. also added a few more of those in the tent 5th dec. was unfortunate as this week was for topping. went ahead and did it. will be very careful next week. Purple berry Kush came on strong this week. took the nutrients fine. less damage from over water.

With the last heat wave, I had an answer to one of my questions, clearly my chiller is not doing the trick. I have water temperatures that went up to 27°, which is way too much, the plants deprived of oxygen, started to declare several deficiencies due to an assimilation slowed by the lack of oxygen. It is then that a nasty fungus came to say bijour, it is me MR pythium! It was necessary to act, at the risk of having to restart the culture. So I applied hydrogen peroxide and ROOT ROT X, and both products are doing harm to this nasty pythium, things are now back to normal. On the other hand, the plants had a decreased growth for 10 to 15 days, so I'm going to extend my growth for 10 to 20 days, that is to say 1 or 2 soups, I'll choose according to the root development of the plants. Before going to flowering, I have to catch up this delay in order to make a nice crop.

Added CalMag. Day #35 - topping 2/3 Da5 #38 -decided to stop using top feeding. roots are strong enough to continue growth itself. Clones have recovered making roots and now standing by itself. Plant responded very well to adding of CalMag, decide to proccede with topping (2/3). Algae start to form on the top feed tube. removed for cleaning and decided to stop. top feed get good results for the first weeks for root development but later is not so relevant, so decided to stop to see the results.

Day 43. After many thoughts what have changed since week 4 or 5, i think i found whom to blame. The only variance both tent got - molasses. I bought new brand for me and it worked wrong. Later i found same companies canna version of molasses, but i still will avoid that company in my gardens. Gave both tent epsom salt with 6.2 phed water, next watering they got Ecothrive Biosys Instant Microbe Tea, again 6.2 ph. Was checking run of, ppm is lower than in, ph 6.2 in , 6.4 out, but my normal ph for watering is 6.5-6.6, so it kinda explains swing. Everything else is just fine ! Tallest Kush on two weeks water diet before chop. She will fall first. Day 45. Tallest Kush is having water from now, till New Years morning chop. Smallest Kush still packing, Middle Kush will be lanky, airy, but a lot of nuggy nugs ;))) Girls smells undescribetly well ;))) Will push other girls till end of week 9 at least ! Could not hold it, i want to try it out, something deep inside of me whispers, thats the highway to youth memories, do it, do it NOW !!!! ;)))))) 24 hours on heater, harsh taste, but i think it worth the sin. Bottom branche, underdeveloped, too early, but smells like you are ready to kill for it ;))) Real Killer Kush !!! ;)))) Day 47. Waste of weed is impatience ;))) but ... first time i will chop girls in breeders recommended time after first ever attempt to grow, when following recommendations brought me to early harvest and far from best result. Look at Tallest Kush - she is ready , hope she will bulk up a bit in last week, but smell and trics coverage - really nice !!! Happy Growing !!!

The Gorilla Gas F1 Fast has stretched an inch everyday so far in the first week. I was measuring everyday at 4:20 pm. I measured early today, I'm sure it'll grow half an inch again by 420. These ladies are stretching a lot so far. I fed the plants this morning with recharge and a little worm castings. My clones have been growing successfully as well. I have 2 clones of Pheno 1 and 2 clones of Pheno 2. The plant I accidentally broke in half has 4 colas now reaching for the light. The plant is smaller so I raised it so the canopy will be almost even. Watching football this morning. My outdoor plants are doing well too. I am growing regular seeds outdoors now. I have found 1 male plant, which is the largest plant outside.

the girl is growing quite well :) clearly there is little space for her root system :) I changed the time to 12/12 because the first pistils have already appeared :) the girl moved in with an older relative :) so I had to move her up a little to be closer to the light :)

Yesssss there we go, that's what I like to see!!! They are very healthy and thriving now that I got the light figured out a bit better. I will start turning up the power next week, right now it's at 65%. Started giving flower nutrients. Will remove the driver from the tent in a couple weeks. Overall I'm very happy with the tent situation right now. Cool to see how the plants recover from topping and training!!!

4-22-20: Ive added 2 tsp Tiger Bloom into the 1 gallon water feeding. Im still only watering 2 times max per week. Only feeding when pots are light. Every other feeding is room temp 6.5 ph water. 4-23-20: noticed some yellowing on lower fan leaf. Mixed up a gallon of Grow Big and equally divided it between 5 plants. Hopefully that stops it. And being so early into flower, a little nitrogen wont hurt or cause nute burn. 4-25-20: gave all 5 plants a trim. Plenty of light to lower bud sites and responding well.
