June 29: looking good at the start of a new week. Hot again and risk of thunderstorms so the plants are up against the house tonight. Plant has reached lowest of three rungs on the tomato cage and I’m trying to get a few colas to go around on the outside. July 1: Happy Canada Day. Warm again today with a risk of thunderstorms. July 2: cool today (about 12 C high) so watered with 27 C water in morning to help keep things growing. Also topped fourth time to make the 16 cola manifold. This is the best way to shape photoperiod plants…all the work is up front and it produces nice uniform buds that are easy to process during harvest. Two stems on the piece that broke are healthy but smaller than the others. Should even out with time. Watered with full nutrient mix. July 5: looks good. I was gone for a couple of days after the last round of topping and just noticed today that I had done seven and had missed one which has now been dealt with.

Back to the daily uploads again now hopefully it can stay like that but ya know we are busy people .. plants are doing ..... I’ll let you answer that 😜 Not too much of an update really but the plants are doing well every plant is flowering and it smells great in the tent this week I plan to stop with the plant magic grow and only feed it bloom from now on till later stages I.e flushing which I’ve been doing my research about just to figure when it’s done and how it’s done perfectly right .i guess my only major Q would be about defoliation as I’ve read It’s good to be done up to 3 times but should be done very careful when flowering .. I’ve already defoliated twice one before flowering and during and just was wondering when would be my best shot at doing the final defoliation regarding results wise. Ohh and it seems like taking pics just when the lights come on is a good idea so you can all see without that bastard yellow lighting 😸 As this was my first grow ever I’m quite buzzing with how I’m getting on I guess research goes a very long way but its never too late so never say never And I’ll keep watching my plants like trump watches twitter 😹 P.s for some reason my temps won’t change on this and I’m confused af to why but generally speaking temp is normally 25.5-28 Obviously with the uk dodgy weather recently I’ve had to keep an eagle eye on the girls Happy growing my people 🤞🏾

Mm, i feel contant, they both look great in their late flowering. I feel minimum intervention on West Coast OG was better idea, cuz it looks to have more yeld. Californian Snow lost some time in recovery.

Well i figured i would try some different this week. I main lined her and topped her on day 9. Lets watch and see how she responds. I feel as though doing this early in veg will allow her more time to adjust before flower. Towards the end of the week 2, four days after the HST....we see 2 new main top braches coming in, as well as some action at the internodal cut point which is indicating a "Fimm" job rather my prior presumption of topping the plant. None the less i am excited to see her grow, and i intend on letting her grow naturally beyond this point....just to see the results.

Harvest Report – Runtz Automatic (Zamnesia Seeds) Final dry weight: 160g Grow setup: Indoor | Mars Hydro FC-3000 EVO | 10L pot | Plagron nutrients What an amazing result! This Runtz Auto truly delivered. The buds are super dense and hard, like little stones, and absolutely covered in sugary trichomes — they sparkle like they’ve been dusted with crystals. The aroma is strong, the structure is perfect, and visually this is top-shelf quality. Final dry weight came in at 160 grams, with the plant growing without any stress throughout the cycle. The genetics are truly impressive. Huge thanks to Zamnesia Seeds for this banger and to Plagron for consistent, reliable nutrition. This autoflower definitely earned a place in my top list!

Everything is going great Royal Gorilla is the farthest along . It is very compact and starting to get a little frosty. Green Gelato is the second farthest along. Doing well. It is very spaced out LSD is coming along. I think because it has probably double the branches, it is taking longer to develop HulkBerry was put into 12/12 4 days later but is looking good. Plant structure is very similar to the Green Gelato

La semaine 5 s'est déroulée plutôt bien, même si on a eu un petit excès d'azote. J'ai décidé de stopper complètement l'apport d'azote et de passer à une alimentation exclusivement dédiée à la floraison pour le moment. Mes plantes ont fini leur phase d'étirement et se concentrent désormais sur la formation des fleurs. En douceur, je commence à retirer une à deux feuilles par jour. Un grand merci à louloutre pour son précieux coup de main ! 🌱

D35 - The first day in the first week of flower. She was getting thirsty, so I gave her 1.2-liters of water @ pH 6.2 and, as always, she drooped after. My old humidifier died on me, so today, I got a new one. It's a smaller version of the one in my other tent, and it is the cutest little thing, but hey, it doesn't need to be mighty for that tiny tent. I also got a new Inkbird to keep the RH constant. I already use one of those in my other tent, but I opted for the WiFi version this time. I shouldn't have bothered, though, as all it does is display the RH but doesn't allow the app to control the Inkbird. Pointless as I already have remote temp/RH monitoring. D40 - Today, I did some more LST and light defoliation to ensure proper airflow. The canopy shadowed the leaves I removed, so they weren't contributing much anyway. I've increased how much light she is getting since she is in flower, but I have to be careful due to the younger Chocodope girl in the same tent. Currently, I'm reading around 650 PPFD at canopy level but will increase that over time until I hit about 900 PPFD. Finally, I gave her about 0.6-liters of water @ pH 6.5. D41 - The end of the first week of flower, and all is well.

Day 44-4/12/21 everything is looking a lot better now!!! Day 47-7/12/21 plants are doing well a lot better now two of them are showing signs of purple!!! Day 49-9/12/21 everything is going better got some burnt leafs on a few but hopefully okay!!! Gave them a liter each today with food!!! Day 50-10/12/21 some are behind others but there’s this one plant that’s going purple I think it’s gonna be great!!!!

Plants look good, getting super bushy. Still quite hot, cant go full power, also not able to use under canopy because if it. Waiting for colder weather :) Lights running: 55% Added a timelaps, hope you like it. If yes, I will try to make even better ones :)

Week 8 of flower is in the books and this show is quickly coming to an end. I said last week we had about 7-10 days and I was spot on at the 10 day mark. I was only wrong about the order. The cheese is ready to chop before the rest and the gorilla cookies, cherry Bomb and lemon haze will follow in due course. The cheese is a beast and it’ll take a little time to get it all run through the bowl trimmer. At least the big one goes first. Her tallest colas have foxtailed like mar, despite the late supercrop. You can tell where the sweet spot for the light is at about 10” distance from the canopy. Any closer than that and the tails begin to show prominently. It’s a good example of just how close you can get to these fixtures with a little bit of prior experience. It’s been noted for the next run😎👍😎. The res. is on an h2o2 only flush for the remainder until the rest are ready to come down. Not a moment too soon either - the pollen chucking project has stalled out waiting for these girls to finish and now that we’ll have a little extra room, we can start running our cuts in the aerocloner🤟. Not long at all now folks. Thanks for tagging along through all this. Learned a bunch about this system and we’re back to hardware mode to make some serious improvements for the next run🤙😎. I love hardware mode😉. Background/Repetitive Nonsense The strain line up on this grow is look’n quite saucy 😈. We’ve got 2 FB strains this time around - Gorilla Cookies (seems we always have some GSC cross in the works). Mainly because the colours look stellar and remind me of a sugar breathe we did last year that was 🔥. The other FB is their original Cheese strain... because we already smoked all our cheese... and we really like our cheese...😉. Emerald triangle was kind enough to include a freebie of Lemon Haze. Wasn’t really big on the list but we haven’t done a haze strain to write home about yet so worth a go👍. The last is a Cherry auto from Bomb seeds that we’ve been trying to get to for months. Let’s just hope that she’s not a dud like the last bean. The new digs for this run are courtesy MarsHydro👊. Their 2x4 single grow tent, paired with a shiny new 240w QB courtesy ViparSpectra. These folks were kind enough to discuss a collaboration and as a result, here we are to test out the gear with an inaugural run of autos. Each week, we’ll try to expand on some of the benefits of each, as well as any limiting factors or considerations that need attention when pondering purchase. Already I can say that both are high quality products in terms of overall craftsmanship. MarsHydro 2x4 Grow Tent: Excellent construction in terms of durability. Reinforced stitching on the zippers and corners ensures zero tearing. Conveniently placed screen vents and intake/exhaust ports. The ceiling exhaust port only exists on the right side. Perfect for me but not great if you’re running exhaust from the top on the left side (left side wall port makes up for this however). The aluminum frame is rigid enough to support the weight of the lights and accessories. Once you have some weight in the tent, she’s go’n nowhere and you can assemble and break it down in record time if moving or stashing the grow op. Only limiting factors I’ve noticed is that temp. Control will be an issue for a tent. It just doesn’t have the same insulating ability as a wood cabinet or other permanent enclosed space. No worries, this is offset by a small desktop heater and keeps the environment exactly where desired. The other issue was a production problem - the ceiling vent was accidentally stitched into the corner seams on the assembly line. Again, no real issue - just pulled it out with no damage or fraying to the tent or port👍. Closest comparable to it that I’ve seen would be spiderfarmers line of qbs. They feature the same top-o-the-line components and roughly similar spectrums. Where VS takes the advantage is in the convenience of the dimmer nob which is easily accessible and works great at 50% with no strobing👍. The heat sink is also larger which contributes to lower temps. That’s not a good thing in my case but beneficial for most folks. I can already say that this will be a great fixture through all stages of growth. Where I know this light will excel will be in the veg. Stage for sure. Dimming function gives seedlings a much better chance of success with the ability to use lower lighting levels early on and the coverage area on a 240w is great. The average grower will find this panel suitable and fitting to their needs in a 2x4 grow space although I’d suggest 2 units if going any larger than that. The total output in this space equates to about 30w/sq.ft. Which is a decent amount of coverage based on power vs. Growprint. Ideal for veg. Certainly but, in flower - I tend to run closer to 50-60w/sq.ft to achieve higher yields. Again, similar fixtures have performed admirably in the past and while this wouldn’t be considered an “entry-level” fixture, I’d recommend that any grower new to the game not skimp on lighting and start with one of these. The price points are a great value for quality LED tech. These days, so there’s little reason to even consider a lesser fixture👍. I have no detail on limiting factors for this light as yet but have heard that stock branded fixtures don’t necessarily incorporate enough red diodes. I’ve seen no issue myself but confess - I’m no lighting guru. What up grow Fam. These ladies did amazing this week, especially since where having our first heat wave with temps getting into the high 90's. I did switch to Bloom nutes and a pk booster this week. Also did a mild defoliation taking off the bigger fan leafs on the main stalk. All in all Happy Growing
