03-09-2025 I have found some white hairs in my buds and it scared the shit out of me 😱☠️ I immediately thought of bud rot, again. A close examination of the bud helped me find the culprit: a caterpillar 🐛!! I saw it’s arse sticking out my bud. I poked it with my scissors ✂️ and it fell out of my bud, hanging by its wire. I fed him to the chickens. Some leaves are turning yellow. I cut them off. The plant is reaching its end and I should watch it closely.

Week five in flower and not much change. The buds are starting to bulk up and get fat. I have noticed a color shift in the bud as well. They are developing a pink/purple hue with a gray undertone. It’s an unusual color because it’s very pastel looking. Frost production is still on high, these things are coated like crazy already. Magnesium issue has now stopped, I’ve been adding 1/16 teaspoon of magnesium sulfate to the water every time to keep up with the demand for this large plant. Smell is very strong and hits you hard when you open the tent. When rubbing the bud I pick up a fruity pebbles smell. So far watering every other day and she is sucking down about a gallon a day of water. Run off pH was reading 6.5 which has been spot on this entire grow so far.

The preflower stretch has been incomparable to any Soil grow I've seen! These sativas already caught up and don't show any signs of slowing down.

Plant is fine, except one stormy night the weather is just fine. Heard that is gonna be a nice September, hope they are right. I plan to cut the tree on the second/third week of September. Yes some yellowing leaves, I still think is the aging process and a little bit of K deficiency, that should have decreased, and looks like it has, new growth are just fine and there is no worsening. Still watering with: Big bud, 2 ml x L CalMag 2 ml x L Bio Bloom 3 ml x L silica, one tablespoon neem oil propolis aloe

Pretty happy with the outcome so far. This style of growing will not yield the the most or greatest stuff due to all the stress but it's for the looks. And this girl looked awesome. Very happy with this grow and looking forward to doing something else. Think I will do a photo period next so I have more control. Thanks for following!!

UPDATES: Just started flowering and it already has frosty leaves. It stinks too, smells wayyy heavier than my later stage plants! May have added more nutrients forgeting the pot already came with its own nutrients for the seed. So just add 6.5 water. I’ve decided to add Fish shit to boost the growth along the way. Don’t know if it’s needed or not. The sprout is growing its first set of fan leaves which appear to have a couple spots. I left the soil uncovered for about a week so nutrients may be for concentrated at the top of soil causing slight nutrient burn spots… I’ll just keep using decholinated 6.5 water
