In my experience they just don’t keep up with the plants growth rate in general and only take away from it's overall potential. It’s the 1st week of flower I flipped the plants to 12/12 a few days ago. There is a lot going on and a lot of cool and amazing things coming in the near future. Make sure to check out my YouTube page. I bought me a DJI gimbal this week. Might be my new favorite toy. The temps are starting to break for the summer. I don’t see it being very long until winter is here and it’s time to use a heater and not an ac unit. All of the plants are healthy. The plants have all grown so well I turned down the light intensity a bit today the plants didn’t seem like they was starting to strech very much. Hopefully the lower light intensity will make them strech out just a bit

I started feeding half strength this week. The plant has 3 leaves, it also had 3 cotyledons. I will repot soon to prevent the roots getting to tight.

Still growing in length. *Week 4 Flowering End of Week 09/23* Both Apple Fritter/Critical+2.0 have appeared to stop growing in length but have expanded in width in regards to the bud site development. Bud sites are blooming accordingly and trichome development seems to be coming along nicely as well. Sky Walker ~~~~~INDOOR~~~~~ DAY 134 Above Dirt 💬SUNDAY 01.06.24 - Lots of work on these 4 plants this weekend, started with doing a 21-day in-flower super defoliation and pruned out lots of lower Larf along with a few center colas to open up the plants, each one took around an hour to clean up, secondly, top dressed with 7 Table Sppons Gaia Green, (5T) Bloom and (2T) Grow, 2 cups Worm Castings, 4 cups Botanicare Organicare True Earth Potting Mix, this stuff is amazing! 📝IPM, Added a couple of Handfuls of Mosquito Bits, to ensure that no fungus gnats are breeding in the soil, (Read Below), in the morning before lights out will be using Mammoth CannaControl these bushy plants managed to get a small amount of White Powdery Mildew and this stuff will knock it out! 📝Mosquito bits are small pellets that contain an active ingredient called Bacillus thuringiensis israelensis (BTI). next time i have to veg more then 4 weeks to increase yield. it finishes quickly and big yield for the short veg time. im also very happy with the optic 4 wich made the buds dense from top to bottom. i might upgrade to cocos or hydro next grow, or maybe both ;)

New week, seems ok for first morning, will do heavy feed on day 52. I already gave away one plant ( strawberry cough photo ) now one of fast diesels still stucked in pre-flower, would love to return to 18/6 regime, just dont want any reveg or hermie. Still lost. Fingers crossed ;) Day 53 Morning, leaves a bit down after night, everything looking not bad, thinking to defoliate two midle babies. Had a big mistake on day 52, they where down, i stayed for one night out and was late with watering for a day, they looked totaly down, like my mobile, thats why no photos, never seen any plant so bad in my hole life... But they are ok now, quess it was on the verge, but damadge was done 100 % Day 53 evening. I wouldnt be me if i wont be searching ways to screw up the crop ;))) After many hesitations i decided to do very light defoliation. And ..... They hated it. Lets give couple days, but 2 huge stresses in 3 days dont give me and girls joy for sure .... In that rush forgot to make third Fast diesel photo, but i quess she didnt made mind to flower, took like 5 leaves down and left her for a bit,very annoying , she will be a big delay at the end or very early harvest, both ways waste of time.... Plus had to reduce light to 15.5 of day, maybe those 30 min will force her ... All 3 Fast Diesels are very mag hungry, fed them with epsom salt extra. Day 54 . Fast Diesel 3 went to 24 hours darkness prison with a heater ;))) hope that will teach her a lesson ! Others got feed with silicic acid, they drink, thats a good sign tho ! Fast Diesel 3 was a day behind from all, even 5 leaves was too much. But its a good time for me to give last trick i can, before downgrading day hours even more. Day 54 Evening. Girls are praying again, silica always boost them to hapiness ;) Day 56. Girls are growing, looks like last Fast Diesel starts to make buds from preflower, but a lot of pistils going brown, so either its heat, which i will check today or its hermie ;))) Could be wind damage, i will check all options today, returned from work, made short shitty video and thats all ;) End of week.

Day 28 flowering: Another enjoyable week using this little ray of sunshine.. The 2 plants under it are thriving and showing perfect health. The coverage is plenty enough for both plants in their 30L pots and at a height of approx 18 inches above them both, has enough depth penetration to reach the lower growth developing. The Northern lights has some nice stacking colas forming which will hopefully end with a stout but bud heavy girl. Her golf ball tops are a good sign for the 3rd week flowering too. She has plenty of mains to help this happen I think. My Grandaddys Mimosa is also doing brilliant now and has so much growth on her to build nice buds onto. She looks a little more productive than the Northern light too so should be an interesting race. The others moved out of the lights canopy are all going well too. Looking forward to the Gorilla cookies too. All in all another great weeks performance from the Xs1500. Onward and upward growmies Be well .

So I am entering week 2 of the 12/12 flip, the ladys are showing sex so hopefully later in the week I will get actual pistils so I can start counting down flower days. Day 9 seen pistils but I had to perform a major defoliation as under the canopy was bad and I didnt want powdery mildew due to leafs sweating ect. Day 10 24 hours after defoliation, you could not tell I done a thing to them, im hoping its just a odd leaf now and then thru the rest of the flowering period. Any advice is welcome guys 🙏 I will be adding more fans for airflow. Day 12 of the flip and the girls are on there way to becoming ladys lol I think there's going to be a few nice kolas in there when done, ordered the new box fan for the floor to create more airflow to reduce the risk of pm and mold. I need to top up soil as roots are showing so under the net I go again. Wish me luck.
