week 3 of the flowering stage of MD XXL 🙌 1 of the 3 is realy not doing good and is yellowing alot, i dont know why this is, i think its heat stress combined with nutrient deficiency but im not 100% sure. I think shes doing better since i went from 3ml/l alga bloom to 4ml/l and adding 1ml/l green sensation to it. Other 2 MD XXLs are doing just fine, 😉 its still very hot where i live, around 30 degrees celcius every day, global warming all the way... i wonder what my harvest amount will be! For the people in the Grow Questions, i dont check PH/TDS simply because my budget couldnt sustain the equipment, ill get it next grow. Also the alga grow/bloom line from plagron states that you dont need to check PH levels because the algae in the nutrients will regulate it apparently, I also choose NOT to defoliate since i read alot of different stuff about it. I think i just let nature do its way and only remove those bad fans blocking my beautiful buds 👹

Today marks two weeks since germination and also the start of my journey with APTUS and their premium line program. 😎 First time working with these products so I´m gonna take it slow... mixing Regulator & Startbooster with PH at 6 and temp at 20ºC. 😉 Lowered the lights by 10 cms and the average for the week was 23,5ªC (temp) and 70% (hum). 😊 The supplies have arrived and the upgrades already installed... 2x 200mm duct vents for the side walls air entrance and swapped the 150 combi ducting for a 125 PhonicTrap acoustic ducting, that was just laying around here from a previous giveaway and wanted to test it out. Required a plastic reducer and some duct tape but the job was done 😅 As bonus a little trick I developed about placing sticky cards outside the tent near the side vent as first barrier and a little video with all the ladies together 😍 Really stoked with this one! 😋

I did HST on B and put one of the branches into the centre for a better spread of the light I also took off all the under foliage from A give it some better airflow did a water change on the 26 everything is looking good to me a little burning on some leafs but light moved up now

🌱 Started from seed June 5th and she wasted no time getting established. Early growth was strong with a compact, bushy shape, perfect for training. I topped her young to keep a flat canopy, and she responded by throwing out strong, healthy side branches. 🌿 Veg was short and efficient, and the stretch built thick, sturdy colas without getting lanky. Light defoliation throughout flower kept airflow up and let light reach every bud site. 🍇 Terps are loud — sweet berry notes with a fruity kick that makes you want to keep smelling her. Trichomes ripened evenly, and I took her even higher on amber than usual for that deep, heavy, sedative effect. ✂️ Harvest day — dense, frosty buds with a beautiful structure. She stayed healthy from start to finish and was a pleasure to grow. Can’t wait to see how she smokes after a long, slow cure.

Week 1 went off perfectly, purples babies reaching WEEK 2! 😍 PRESENTATION OF THE LADIES 😍 ------------------------------------------ The four plants are the same genetic. But they already have a different look, and I would introduce them to you :) 1) The Ugly - She have terrible first leaves. But she isn't late compared to the other. So I still believe in my Ugly! 2) The fatties - 2 of them grew wide leaves. It's just about leaves shape for now. 3) The solar panel - This one grew less wide but longer leaves. Regarding the Ugly, I must say that for the 4 seeds, I had to manually remove the shell when they sprouted. They all had their shell on after sprouting, and I don't like that. Probably a bit old seeds? For now, they share the same needs, and seems all happy. But this might change. I may even not be abble to recognize them, except if I cheat on them by putting labels on their pots ^^ 💧 WATERING 💧 ------------------ Luckily, the weather is offering some rains, and I been abble to put the ladies out under the rain during day 7 and 8. Not that long, they still got watered on Day 8, some hours after the rain. With feeding for the first time! 🍗 FEEDING 🍗 ------------------ First feeding. Used Fish-mix at 0.8ml/L. I plan to have a second watering in the week, but without nutrients. That's why I written 0.4ml/L in diary settings. If you know me, you also know that I like Fish-mix, but that I'm also effraid of it ^^ As foliar later during veg, it's an awesome products, easy to see that plants love it. But it seems verry powerfull, and need to be used carefully when given to plant. My rule is to limit to 50% of recommended dose. For now. Anyway, Fishmix right after a rain must turn on every form of life in soil I believe 😀 Even life coming from rain. 🏡 GROWING CONDITIONS 🏡 ----------------------------------- Starting an indoor session on the end of summer seems a good choice for me: - Some rains that provide me better water - I can put the ladies out if verry sunny, to save electricity/money - Perfect temps in the grow room. My house is always windows open. ​The growroom lightup in the end of the afternoon, when the day get cooler - Plants will flowering indoor during winter. I need heat during winter, so thanks grow room :D And cold air mean verry dry air! So reaching low humidity on the end of flowering will be verry easy! Pests : Nothing to report for now. I'm expecting a visit of my good old friends the thrips in 2-3 weeks 😎 Grow tent & Light (XS2000 ViparSpectra) : Something I notice just now: I'm abble to close the grow tent without air-extraction. I never been abble to do that in the past. This light is waaaay more efficient, and produce way less heat, because I couldn't keep tent close with my previous Mars Hydro TSW2000. Day 30 toady, i switched to 12/12 3 days ago e the babies are already stretching hard and some are showing preflowers i'm pretty happy i'm watering with no nutrients as i'm using Canna Pro Plus soil and it should have enough nutrients for the first 3/4 weeks of flower. I cleaned the bottom of the plants from lowers branches and leaves and i will continua till day 14 of flower and i fixed it with a bamboo stick i got gifted from @AlpineGoat i will fix the other branches in the next weeks i'm pretty stocked with this grow this genetics are really solid growing strong and fast!
