This is the first week of the plants being above soil, we did lose one but we are germinating another to replace that. I think the one we lost was due to heat stress, the others are holding up pretty well, there is another one that showed signs of heat stress, we just moved it a little deeper in the tent and it seems to be doing okay.

A tad late, but on Dec 20th we started flower! The pics and video are all from dec 20. To kick it off we did a small feed (1tbsp) of veg nutrients and over the next few weeks will transition to flower blend. So far she's taken well to the training and looks very strong overall. 01/08 day 1 of flower for these girls did one last aggressive tick and defoliation of canopy this morning now time to let em rock out raised vpd to 1.2 raised ppfd to 750-800 01/11 gave 4 gallons water 3 gallons feed raised light about 4 inches. SuperBoof update on these girls. They're super frosty and growing amazing. The other strains in the tent are a week ahead and you can't even tell from the looks as they've played catch up amazing. I'll be doing a defoliation on them this week to let the lower sites get some light and mature at the same speed as the top. All in all the Happy Growing.

I mixed 320ml Organic Coop Poop 2-4-3, 160ml Espoma blood meal 12-0-0, and 480ml Gaia glacial rock dust per 32 gallon pot. The above listed nutrients will be dry amendments per gallon of soil. In anticipation of possible heavy rains I filled pots halfway with soil. Half the soil and it dries twice as fast. I will add soil as soon as these get taller and are out of danger from excessive moisture. These had an excellent start. We had a couple of warm 70°F sunny days to start off their first week. The third seed popped overnight and made it's appearance on day 2 this week. We got more rain on night 1 and some early morning Day 2. More rain on day 5 that continued intermittently through the night and into the morning of day 6. Day 7 we had sunshine in the afternoon. The wet conditions these seedlings faced are challenging for cannabis. Cannabis especially seedlings don't like wet feet. I've come to appreciate fastbuds genetics for their hardiness to challenging outdoor conditions. Despite the rainy overcast weather this week was a success. All three of these girls are growing and developing without showing any major stress. We will have cooler days and more next week, but these fastbuds are going to thrive as their roots develop and begin to explode upward.

Very bushy and tall plant! Even with a small contortion she is one of the biggest from the garden. Maybe because of the light position she started twisting herself to the left. This plant gonna be big and smelly I can tell!

We have passed the month and we are madly in love with all our autoflowering plants, we have two per strain, one worked with a mainlining adapted according to the characteristics of the plant and one that grows straight, we can't easily give up the main cola. For now we show you those worked with the techniques that are more interesting to see and later planted earlier to make them finish more or less together with those that will grow straight and fast. Our Ghost Train Haze is a spectacle, the main lining fits her like a glove because she is a plant with a wide internodal distance. I managed to bend the branches very well and the laterals have already lengthened in a very effective way and the lateral branches are already rising upwards, amazing this plant will have many effective branches. I am quite sure after this experience that this tactic is more suitable for plants with a wide internodal distance. So topping at the third internode, main lining, no pruning until the third internode and topping them again so we have multiplied the buds adequately. The application of the techniques is a delicate moment also for fertilization. Topping slows down the growth of the plant a bit and does not make it require all that Grow fertilizer that is normally recommended. So you have to go really slow and understand when to reduce the nitrogen. Better to prepare the soil with fertilizers to mix with the soil probably. The problem is sweeping now that it is going into flowering, the plant has shown the first fluff, declared the sex, and the fertilizer will soon be needed indeed. You have to inflate. She will need to go under natural sunlight to recover as the lights are to powerful for her at the moment. She will be repotted in the next few days!

Week 8 Day 5 Hello GD Fam 🖐️🏻 Plants are looking SWELL They have packed on a lot of weight and some pistils are turning but there is still a lot of new white pistils. Trichs are still pretty clear too. Was going to use Dragon Force in week 9 and flush with plain water for week 10 but now I'm wondering whether to push an extra week through them, what do you think GD community? How do you all predict when to prepare for flush? I find it difficult, it's easy enough to spot a plant that's ready based on trichs and pistils etc but how do you predict it 2 weeks early to know when to start using your final additives followed by just water in the final week? I know dragon force and similar products push the plant to do so but if I can get more weeks out of a plant then I shouldn't I do so for a benefit to yield?
