Grow Journal – Week 4: Solid, Smooth, Silky Week 4 is here and it’s been a solid, smooth, and silky ride! The OG Kush (OGK) and Gorilla Zkittlez (Rilla Z) are officially a month old, while the younger trio—AK, Super Lemon Haze (SLH), and Moon Beam (MB)—are at the 2-week mark. And let me tell you, things are popping off! OG Kush (OGK) OGK is bouncing back beautifully from the topping I did last week. She went from one main stem to two strong, sturdy branches, and I’ve been LST'ing them to shape the structure. Originally, I topped her thinking she was stunted—I almost gave up on her. But man, I’m glad I stuck it out. She's looking really solid now. I gave her a top dress of Gaia Green All Purpose and Power Bloom (since she’s been in soil about 30 days), and backfilled the pot since it was a little light on soil. Also did a light trim to remove some oversized fan leaves. Overall? She’s thriving. Gorilla Zkittlez (Rilla Z) Rilla Z is going crazy right now—straight beast mode. I did some LST and a bit of defoliation; her fan leaves were huge! She’s already throwing out white hairs, so flowering is definitely around the corner. Like OGK, I top dressed and backfilled her too. She’s officially in late veg/early flower, and everything’s looking fire. Super Lemon Haze (SLH), Moon Beam (MB), and AK The babies have exploded in growth this week. I transplanted all three from their 16 oz cups into 1-gallon pots. Used some Great White mycorrhizal fungi during transplant and wow—they LOVED it. The roots were wrapping all around the cup walls. Honestly, they’re almost as big as my older plants already. It's wild. All that stuff I learned from OGK and Rilla Z? I'm applying it now and it's clearly paying off. Temps and VPD are dialed in, and they’re thriving. SLH SLH shot straight up. It’s like a pure rocket. I’m debating whether to leave her be or bend her slightly for some LST. Either way, she’s got serious potential. MB For a seed that was cracked when I got it, MB is blowing past expectations. It’s outgrowing both AK and OGK at that stage. Like SLH, I’m thinking of just letting it grow upright with maybe some minor bends to shape the canopy. I'm really embracing the “less is more” vibe on this one. She’s been super easy so far. AK This one is giving me serious OGK vibes. She’s a little behind the others, but so was OGK—look how that turned out! I’m planning to top her in about a week. Something about topping small plants just feels right to me. Let’s see if she responds like her older sister. Reflections: Month One in the Books One full month of growing and wow—I’ve learned so much. And just to be clear—I still have no idea what I’m doing! 😅 I’m figuring it out day by day, learning from mistakes, soaking in content from YouTube and my favorite creators, and just putting in the work. Everyone says “plants just need soil, water, and light,” but if you dial in your environment and care, the rewards are next level—or so I’ve heard. These are all autoflowers, so it’s a race against time. I’m really just trying to keep up with what they need and ride it out to the finish line. Sorry for the late update. A lot has been going on lately. This girl needs a defoliation once they get home from work which will be probably tomorrow evening so I won't get to that until the following day at the earliest... i hope everyone is doing well, thank you so much to Kannabia Seeds

Germinated pretty well. It's now been 2 weeks since it's erupted from the soil and uh looks good for now. I haven't given them any nutrients yet might start on the third week so 14/12/2020.

Had to bend the top cola over this week as she was way too tall. She's nicely entered flowering this week. Buds look nice and compact.

Hello and welcome to start of week 10! The buds are getting really big now. I asume they will stop growing after this week and then we‘ll be entering the maturing phase. I didn‘t like how Nr.3 was growing in the middle. It had too many leaves and too few buds. So I‘m trying something new and defoliated her one last time today so the buds could get a little bigger. Let‘s hope it didn‘t cause any harm. Nr.1 and especially Nr. 2 are doing amazing. They smell sweet and fruity and look gorgeous. No purple colour yet. I will only be posting once a week since there isn‘t much happening in terms of groth. Just bud developement. Happy sunday to all 👍🏻🍀

I started germination of 3 Crystal Candy fv beans on 29/12/2020. I pre moistened my rockwool cubes with ph balanced water to 6.4. Made sure the plugs were just damp and not soaked. Using a small wooden dowel I increased the size of the plugs pre made holes. Than I sowed my beans into the holes. Ripped off a small piece of rockwool and mulched it up. Lightly filled the holes in with the mulched rockwool. Than stuck the plugs into a misted humidity dome, to complete germination. Shouldn't take anymore than 4-5 days to see some sprouts. Once I see some cotlydon leaves bursting to the surface. I will get the plugs planted into some 1 gallon pots. Plus get these ladies situated into their home. Cant wait! This is my first look at this variety so I have no background information on experience for this one. But I will get some from this grow, and if shes blessed. There could be a second run in the future.

Just starting week 6 and These girls are starting to get some smell finally . This is the same strain as my other big plant but I learned that this strain doesn't like to be over fed so I have been feeding these 4 plants a light feeding but the two plants in the back are showing they are hungry so this feeding today I upped their food . Checked the soil ph and it was in at 6.4 . Defoliated a few of the big fan leaves that were blocking the buds down the stalks and its looking pretty fat. Also the trichome production is much farther ahead then my big plant at this stage . The small leaves are covered in them . Still have about 4 to 5 weeks to go .

Time Is Winding Down On The Girls Scout Cookies In The 3 Gal Pot It’s Starting To Show A Nice Purple Color On The Buds. All The Girls Are Highly Scented And Frosty. The Lemon OG Looks Like It’s Going To Be The Frostiest Of Them All. . .The Purple Power Is Still Drying But It Shrink Up Pretty Bad I’ll have An Update For You Next Grow. 🌸 Week 6 – Gorilla Cookies Auto Pheno Hunt Another week is in the books and the differences between the phenos are becoming impossible to ignore now 👀🔥 Stretch has been very different across the plants and some phenos are clearly showing completely different growth patterns despite running under the same conditions. It’s getting easier every week to identify which phenos stay compact and bushy and which ones want to reach for the sky. 📈 Current observations: Pheno #3 and #4 have stretched aggressively and are now above 70 cm Pheno #5 took the lead and is currently sitting at around 101 cm 👀🔥 Pheno #1 and #6 are still in early flower / preflower and developing noticeably slower Plant architecture is becoming very clear now — some phenos are growing dense and bushy while others are showing strong vertical growth At this stage I already have clear favorites: ⭐ Pheno #4 and #5 are currently standing out the most for me in terms of structure, vigor, and overall development. But the real decision will come once the flowers fully build up. 🍃 Maintenance & development: Canopy management continues and I’m still removing leaves only where necessary to improve light penetration and keep flower sites exposed. 📊 Current environment: Temperature stable around 26°C Relative humidity sitting around 67–70% VPD target remains unchanged and is being monitored continuously Light intensity continues to increase gradually as flowering progresses The next weeks should become really exciting — structure is one thing, but now the buds will decide who becomes the real winner of this pheno hunt 🌸🔥 💬 Which pheno would you bet on at this point?
