Looks like the streching is just about done. some nice buds are forming all over but i cant really tell if it will be verry productive yet. The flowers seem somewhat dense, that is a nice change fron the usual airy buds. I am feeding acording to a chart i found... But i dont think i will go above what i am giving now. The plan now is to feed at this rate till second to last week, then lower the amount of nutrients before flushing for the last week. Any input or comments are welcome. Things i should do aswell as things i should not.

I enjoyed these autos quite a bit much more convenient for me, cbd wasn’t too resinous so the trim was much easier than my last experiences, having cbd bud nearby will be very useful.

Well she doubled her height this week. She is the smallest in the batch. If I'm honest I didn't expect her to make it this far. During germination I disturbed & agitated the box by knocking it 😡 this led to the very tip of the taproot being severed off but crucially this was below the 'hairs' that extend out horizontally. I took a gamble and planted her expecting it to be a mortal wound but mother nature again shows her resilience. Above all else I've learned that nature strives very hard to survive. It's kinda humbling really.........

So as I said before this plant grew deformed and irregular from the start and was the only seed to germinate out of all 3. I wasn't sure if she was going to make it! But she pushed through and produced a beautiful, sticky, smelly plant that started to smell early on as sweet mango that developed into musky, earthy tropical fruits... Incredible smell! Will update dry report in a week or two! 20.12 So all is dry now and placed in jar to cure. 38g of dried bud in the end, not massive yield but didn't expect too much. The smoke is gorgeous even before curing it is mouth watering and delicious, makes me super energetic for like 30/50 minutes and then boom I'm locked down, happy but motionless.

I was away from home for 1 week… the leafs are changing colors now… im not sure if she has some problems shes also smelling amazing now, really potent orange fruity smell

Did a lot of defoliation this week so while growth is still obvious, they are exploding. Getting the number of future colas up! Working on getting all the main ones level and outside of rings. Lowered light a little bit and increased cal/mag this week. I have a sunroom with ~200 succulents and buy ladybugs a few times a year to minimize any pests. Put a few in with the girls to keep them company. Photos/video are day 36 since breaking the soil. My little helper in last pic.

Only 1 plant harvested, the other is a few weeks behind and is in much better health. Chopped one on day 77 and I'll let the other go until like day 82-85. I will also prob create a better song for this strain. I was on a time constraint.

This week's been exciting, they've grown upward a few inches and started to bush out. I did do a mild defoliation taking off a few lower leaves and tucked some of the top bigger fan leaves. I started adding co2 this week and they seem to really be enjoying the added amount. All in all Happy Growing

Sep 27: did a Final Flush in preparation for harvest next weekend. Oct 1: I’m not sure if the buds would be described as lacking a calyx but this phenotype does not have nice buds. She has put on weight lately and smells nice so it will be good harvest that will be made into a concentrate. I’m going to be busy this weekend harvesting all three of my remaining cannabis plants. Oct 2: colas are getting heavy and one stem actually split leaving one side hanging down. The scrog nets were still holding it together. Decide to start harvest with colder weather forecast for this weekend. Holy crap. The buds on this phenotype are not good, but it is producing way more resin than my other three plants during hash washing. Harvested 2171 g of wet buds and sugar leaves. When dried, this would be about 435 g and there is another chunk of about 600 g wet still to go. From that 2171 g I got 125 g of wet resin (most of the water pressed out on 25 micron mesh), or 5.76% from wet. That is better than other recoveries so far this year were about 3-4%. With this resin production, she has earned back a couple of reviews stars. Update: on my other grows I wasn’t letting fresh buds freeze in ice water for long enough so I got poor recovery. Oct 4: harvested final of three chops. Was 880 g wet today which went for ice water hash. Total wet is 3051 g which would be equivalent to about 640 g of dried buds. Got better recovery this round using more ice to make it all colder before starting the wash. oh well, didn't maximize hash recovery off another huge plant. Live and learn. In 2025, in Edmonton, Canada at 53 N latitude, I got just over six (6) pounds (2780 g) of dried bud equivalent off of four outdoor plants. Lol

I liked the taste, loved that the sugar leaves are filled with trichomes but it's just too little of a harvest for the effort. BTW, math is all wrong on the g/watt The Bestva 2000w doesn't use 1400w it uses around 390w Also, I put 25m2 because that's the total size of the tent that I used, it doesn't mean that 1 m2 would need 4 of those lamps. Also, it draws half of that when only veg is turned on. Day 42 Flowering: Hi all. These girls are motoring along so nicely now and using every available lumen that this wicked little beast of a light can throw out. The Northern lights #1 has spent the week putting new pistils out to join the nice fresh ones from the previous week. There are only one or two pistils that are turning orange so a long way off her final flush of flowers and ripening. This is a good sign of possible things to come. With a longer flowering period , we get a bigger bud !!. Lol There are numerous mains that have now become long bud spikes so should produce a nice yield too. Still sparkling white and a slight tackiness if touched. Smell is just beginning to be evident with a slight hint of sweetness. Grandaddys mimosa is beginning to colour up all over now and her bids are looking more developed in ripeness than the other last too. She does have a lot of leaf to bid it seems but as she swells , this should look less compacted. She is only a small lady in height with around 7 mains developing as spikes. Her smell is a nice juicy fruit aroma so far and I can feel her sticky thc when I rub the stems. They are really developing well now and I am so pleased with the performance of the XS1500. A great light . The other surrogates that are elsewhere are all going well too with the 2 Gorilla cookies really pushing some nice bud sizes out. Nice sized ,stacked colas are all over their structure of both plants and even the lowers are beginning to look good. The #2 Northern lights ( mutant) is catching up with her sister and friends now but is about a week behind in size development. She is a long limbed lady with cluster buds so a lot less productive looking than her sister but she looks nice and healthy with it.. I am noticing a slight mottling on the leaves of a few plants now so I will be adding calmag to the next feed to stop this getting too far and losing energy from photosynthesis. I expect a little yellowing off of older leaves to begin showing now too but the use of coco and L.E.D usually includes adding calmag as they both leech mg from the soil and plants. Hopefully I can catch it before it gets an issue. Temps are more reasonable now the heatwaves are done here so any extra co2 from the exhale bag can now be used as a booster and not to survive. Another good week for the ladies and the xs1500. Keep smiling growmies. The deception is falling apart now !!

Harvested the left one and the right one will be harvested on thursday , im pretty happy with the result from the first one considering it was my first grow. Its now drying up

Very saddened by the turn of events, 3 herms, 2 different grow environments, but each tent had another strain growing along with it. No seeds or problems with the Cookies strain… I had no power outages, no light leaks, no schedule changes, and performed relatively little defoliation during flower. To me, this cannot be attributed to stress, as they showed no sign of stress or deficiency’s throughout the grow. Long story short, booooooo.

Ok this was my first grow and I made mistakes. -forgot to buffer coco - nutrient burn -started the manlining to early - probably worried to much about every stage these plants. -ended up with fungus gnats And probably appt more I can’t rmeber in the moment. But i learned so much from all of my mistakes and spent so much time researching and seeing in real time how these plants react and grow. I did do some experimentation just a normal top with one blue dream. I topped twice one another blue dream and did a 3 times topped on all the blue dreams and I see why you should at least top three times the eight main colas and spread out the plant I see some of the buds on the one I only topped once not matured at all because there was minimal light other buds were growing so fat it suffocated it basically. I could have probably defoliated and manliness better but ayy. Beginners wil make Mistakes and I’m happy with what came out of these girls. Not excited for trim hail but I am at the same time 😅😅

All in all i ended up with almost 2.5ozs of some super nice rock hard buds and another oz of some larfy smaller buds i made into cannaoil with coconut oil!! I will grow her again for sure but next time i will start it in my big tent and let her stretch her arms and legs out and see if i can get a monster!!!
