Day 73, 25th of November 2020: Hi! Well they are getting nice maturing buds getting bigger and all good. I love the red colour of the Red Hot Cookies. Unfortunately, Tropicanna Poison and Red Mandarnine does not show any signs of purple or red colour. Kalini Asia neither albeit, the bonsai version gets purple. Gelato is little beauty. So yes, basically not much to say. Fertilization is still the same every second day with the ratio and mixture above stated. The lamp is on 11.15 min and off 12.45 min. Last week was 15 min longer light cycle.... So every week 15 min shorter light cycle until the 5th week. So far -45 min. It switches on at 6 am and off at 17.15 pm.

Plant has shown slow but healthy growth since its arrival, LST continues and I've managed to keep the plant at the same height it was last week but now at a horizontal angle. I did up the nutes for one feed to a slightly under recommended dose but in the days following I noticed the plant looking a little 'droopy' and since she has been with me she hasnt been drinking very well so I opted to flush her for a feed, since then she has seemed very happy :) whilst drinking much better (possible nute lock was imminent). Now back down to half doseages with the exception of CalMg (to help after flush) but will be increasing them in the following days. As of next week I will be transferring her and another plant my partner is nurturing into single bucket DWC set ups. Fingers crossed I will see some hearty results for making the crossover to hydro.

Tangerine dream auto from Weed Seed Express grew really well. I had some ph issues in flowering with trying to keep up with her diet. Is a great smelling flower. Should have a strong couch lock effect. I grew it a about a week longer then I should. I am totally OK with that as well. Seeds all successfully sprouted, The first 2 seeds already emerged through the surface within a night. I used zero nutrient supplements or any additives in this germination phase. You'll notice in the beginning i had 5 seeds and end up with 3 plants, Basically one i gave away; but the other i fucked up somewhere planting them (never gonna do that high again). EDIT: I forgot i received some Auto Lemon Haze in my package order, that will make up to 4 plants that completes the R-DWC.

These girls are doing great.they are very healthy and growing vigorously,there are two distinct pheno types.the taller have alot more trics and they are about a foot taller.the small ones barely have any right now and are about 18 inches,I'm sure that will change pretty quick though.there isnt very much of a smell yet,probably a 2 out of ten right now.

Oh boy, what a week have they got Sick PH was very high. Didn’t know what to do so the last week and a half. I’ve been flushing them bringing the pH down little by little trying to go gentle eventually the last flash show PH at 6.8. Which is OK anything between six and seven is considered optimal range for cannabis plant. Today I shut Lemon cherry Gelato. PH after runoff is 6.8 I used 1gal added 4ml of Gold leaf

A true rocket, stretching nearly twice the size of her sister while still keeping the same elegant leaf formation and bud structure. It’s fascinating to see two very different expressions of the same genetics side by side, a reminder of the beauty of phenotype variation and why selective growing is such an art. ⸻ 🌱 Why Week 3 Flower Matters Week 3 is one of the most critical weeks in flowering. Here’s why: • The plants are finishing their initial stretch and stabilizing in height. • Bud sites are setting in, pistils multiplying, and the true architecture of the flowers begins to show. • Nutrient demand shifts from pure vegetative growth into a more balanced call for energy to support flower production. It’ll be interesting to see how she handles the higher intensity compared to her more compact sister. 💡 Grower’s Note – Balancing Different Phenos Under One Light It’s common in multi-pheno runs to have plants finishing at different heights. Here are a few ways to manage light distribution and avoid stress or uneven growth: • Raise the fixture slightly to reduce intensity for taller plants. • Dim the light (if possible) to bring PPFD down into the sweet spot, while adding supplemental side or under-canopy lighting to support the shorter pheno. • Low-stress training (LST) or gentle bending/tucking of the tallest colas can help bring the canopy closer to even. • Stools or risers under shorter pots can bring compact phenos closer to the light. Every grow space is unique, so it’s all about finding the right balance to keep both phenos thriving.
