Vegetative week 2 --> A quiet week. The plants grow fast and beatifull, not too much taller but with many new leaves. I watered them the fourth day of the week with 2 lt of 6.5 pH water when they dried out. The environment is always stable and under control. In conclusion, this week the two ladies became bigger and taller with a great and fast vegetative grow😁💪. Temperature grow box---> 22-26 °C Umidity grow box ---> 45 - 55 % Total water of the week ---> 2 Lt/plant

Week 5 Updates : - Plants are in their stretching and 3 out of 4 grows are not in flower yet. I took this opportunity to do Some LST with minor defoliation by bending branches and about 1 day before writing this I used proper LST equipments rather than DIY. Almost all have got 9 Branches. And my attempt is to at least have them stretch wider and healthier if not bushiest. But has definitely gone benefiting and I can already see the difference since I left one of the OG plant completely Untrained and you can see the difference which one is which. Mars Hydro Dimmer after working for a while Broke again( third time it fixed and broke again) throwing 100% light again so I ended up restoring the Light height to almost Max 110cm from plants top to distribute about 350-400 PPFD here and there. Hoping my 2*2 to arrive soon so I can fit these new batch of 3 plants into that tent. PEACE.

11/29 Shes growing ok. Green and healthy branches and leaves. She growing more like a sativa, sativa hybrid tall and branchy, manageable fan leaves but because of that she started to get some light burn. Dont have my tent yet so i cant adjust my light any higher so i tried to lower the plant down a little So hoping she can do without super direct light for another day or so. Other than that shes looking healthy. 11/30 It wouldnt let me do veg and flower in the same week on the diary so i just split it up in here. Two busy days. Its my first time on an indoor grow so i hope it works out well She still has a little of light burn but shes still green everywhere else was able to get the light another foot higher after i moved everything. 12/1 topped dressed with some happy frog soil Worm casting amount is the only thing i couldnt find a good ratio for So ill say i mixed about a quarter of the amount of soil into about 1 to 2 gallons of top soil i had some down to earth dry amendments i mixed in with that soil as well. i couldnt tell how much soil exactly. I only put in 5 tsp of great white instead of the recommended 7 because i switched the bloom nutes and i didnt wanna over do it i couldnt tell how much soil exactly. Fed them some flowering nutes, but cut back on the amount of nutes by a lot. Decided im going to just follow what biobizz instructions say from now on so apparently less is better. started the bloom and the top max kept everything else the same and cut out the fish mix for flower, added great white at the end. Defoliated the bottom few branches and cleaned them up. Nothing to major. 12/2 Temp of tent is steady at 70, 71 degrees. thats a little bit lower than id like but ill figure out something in the next few days. Took the bottom branches and leaves the night before and Wanted to give it a night of rest before i defoliated the big leaves. Took most of them off but left the few at the top of the plant. Looking extremely green. Hoping i get to see some pistils soon.

I still don't know what caused the burnt leaves. Whether it was a small watering and high heat, or a bad reaction to nutrients. The pH of the soil was fine. Fractal was harvested on Sept 12. Due to extended period of high temperatures and humidity with more rain expected every day following another hurricane. The other gals were showing disease. That was the determining factor to chop all outside girls down. Fractal hung in the dark for 2 days. Because her grow family experienced bud rot and wilt, she was examined carefully for any disease. She was disease free. Fractal had a long vegetative phase. Probably too long since I started my outside grow in April so they would be hardened off before I went on vacay in May. Three months of veg caused massive vegetative growth. The various breeder notes on photo period seeds indicate late September or October harvest. So that was in the back of my mind during this grow. 👉 Note for next year start seeds later in spring. 👉 Plan start date based on counting back from the vernal equinox. 👉 Based on such a long growing season, Autos may be preferable to finish quickly and not have extended vegetation phase before flower. This was a little sad week. Since I dont have a properly dehumidifier, the humidity raised and botrytis appeared... Added a directly wind (24h/7) on my plants and removed all bud with botrytis

Just did another pruning of the plants. The stretch on these girls does not appear to be much. Also node spacing is nice and close. I have not done a full screen of these and im looking forward to this.

Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. The ladies are looking good 3 had a rough start but it was either ph or nitro deficiency somehow...im using nftg#4 for base soil and building a living soil...I topdressed 1/4 cup craft blend and 2 tbls Bokashi...

Humidity dropping where I live finally, buds are swelling nicely, started using p/k 13 14 this week, i lifted the bananna plant up a little to the same level of the Cherry cola, Only a couple of weeks left till harvest, gonna start checking the trichomes under a scope till their nice and milky.

D60. I'm back again after being out of town for six days. The tent was packed when I opened it! The girls had stretched more, and a couple of leaves were even touching the lights and had gotten burnt. They are now 125 cm tall. That's five times the height they were when I flipped to flower. Five times!!! I have never had a strain stretch this much, and I hope they are done now since there's no more room in the tent. I removed the fan and carbon filer and placed them outside the tent. It looks a bit stupid and is far from stealthy, but what to do? I moved up the lights as far as possible, but I will probably switch the lights with the one I have in my autotent. That light has a much lower profile, so raising it even further is possible. Should that not be enough, I will have to cut off some tops, but I hope it doesn't come to that. The first girl already has dark purple flowers, while the second looks more green with some purple. ------------------------------ D61. I opened the tent today, only to find that the second girl had stretched another 2 cm overnight! This is getting ridiculous, and I hope they stop soon. I super-cropped the tallest top, hoping it would slow down the stretch. A few hours later, she had already recovered. These genetics are nuts! In other news, my girlfriend found spider mites on her papaya plants that are in the same room as my tents. We immediately removed the plants from the room, and I started to scout my plants for an infestation. The good news is that I didn't find any spider mites. However, the bad news is that I found thrips on the lower leaves of the second girl. Ugh! I had thrips last grow season, and I guess some survived. The thrips were only on the lower part of the plant, so I defoliated the girls by removing a bunch of leaves and tiny branches down low and immediately threw them out of the apartment. Thrips don't like it humid, and since the buds are still tiny, I don't need to worry about botrytis yet, so I cranked up the humidity into the high 70s to low 80s. Finally, I ordered a bunch of lacewing larvae that will get here next week. They should eat the thrips and any spider mites that I might not have been able to find. ------------------------------ D63. The girls have slowed their stretch, BUT they are still stretching somewhat. I freaked out when I opened the tent today and saw they were taller, so I attacked them immediately and super-cropped the highest tops. I will switch out the lights next week, gaining me another few centimeters, which I hope will be enough. The VPD in the tent is way off, but I'm more interested in figuring out the light and getting rid of the thrips. Finally, I watered each girl with 2.5 liters of water L pH 6.1, with 10 ml humic acid and 5 ml Fermented Fruit Juice I made a few months ago. ------------------------------
