Thats week 6 of flower in the bag. 3 (maybe 4) go! I wont lie I have been visiting the tent more often these days thanks to the beautiful aroma tempting me to have a look at their progress. The last 24 hours has been quite satisfying for me because the bud growth is now steaming ahead. I wish I had taken photos last night but I showed the girls to a friend yesterday and we could see all the bud sites peeking through but when I checked on them this afternoon the buds are exploding through with vigor! Ive taken another video and a fair few bud shots but next week I will be taking more photos to show you more than just top bud growth as these girls are stacking up! Ive always been really envious of other growers who top their plants multiple times and take the time to ensure the canopy is as level as possible but Im quite proud of my girls canopy and multiple top colas! Anyway, so all I have been doing is continuing with a water and seaweed extract feed, still about 5litres each and they had their last top amendment feed last weed which will last them to the end now and I want them to use up as much of the nutrients available in the soil before I start flushing in the next couple of weeks. For anyone reading who doesnt know about flushing, Ill explain. Flushing is a technique used by growers to get rid of as much of the added nutrients in the medium by 'flushing' around 3 times the volume of the pot the plant is growing in with normal tap water (ensuring the water is at the right PH). Essentially you want to flush the plant in 3 batches so that the medium has time to settle between each flush ensuring you get all the nutrients and minerals out of the medium. You will notice that the run off will get lighter and lighter with each batch of flushing which is the nutrients being flushed out. We do this so that the plant is forced to use its own nutrients which in turn I have found also fattens up the buds. This is the time when you start to notice a change of colour in your plants as they start to use up the nutrients stored in the leaves. Dont panic as these deficiencies are just a sign that the nutrients are being used up and you will end up with bud that will dry better and be less prone to mold issues as well as a smoother smoke and better terpene profiles. So it is still not over and we are going for an overtime for a good narcotic potency with approx. 10% amber trichomes. I have now, for the last and final highstress push for harvest, 3 hrs of 1000ppfd at the crowns and UV- addlights. This should immeadiatly start the oxidation of trichomes in a sprint distance of time. Additionally I also pushed with drybacks of 48hrs and then refill the trays for another 48hrs drayback until we switch of the lights for 48hrs of darkness, just for maximizing and saving terpenes and skunk- funk smelling. Meanwhile I have completed the first Runtz x Layer Cake harvest cuts in the drying growtent, it has been packed into terpeneloc bags and I will update the harvest soon. In the short clip you could see the first cuts of the already harvested crowns. Not the best cuts 😇😎

First Time grower, growing in a DIY growbox made from cardboard and taped mylar on the walls, some PC fans and an arraged carbon filter, a cheap led light bought on Amazon. I'm curious to see what i can harvest. Planning to do some lst on week 3 and start feeding 8-6-6 npk on week 2

Vigorous plant (I avoid excessive defoliation). Despite a slight light stress last week, I quickly solved the problem and she recovered without any worries. It started its stretch and flowering well. I'm about to start Cal-Mag to support this!

Holy Snow - Greenhouse Seed Co. Day 43 - watered with 1.5L of RO tap water, mixed with the defined nutrients and pH'd to 6.3. She has grown really well and is just about ready to switch into bloom! I've altered her nutrients in her feed to make the transition to bloom a little less stressful and I've performed some LST on her middle nodes, to force them to grow away from the lower nodes, so they get more light during bloom👌🏻 I've also removed a few fan leaves to improve general airflow and light penetration 💪🏻so yeah, this will be her last week in veg, from next week, she will be in the flowering tent 🙏🏻

Day 02 - Tuesday - 09/23/25 - Total Days: 163 ----------------------------------- Daily Averages ~[+01:00] - Temps: 86.0°F [30.0°C] - Humidity: 78.4% - VPD: 0.92 kPa - Soil %: [49, 41, 34, 53, 43, 40, 43, 45] ----------------------------------- - [13:03]: Time to start prepping for my first attempt at tissue culture! --- Ordered and received the AC Infinity PH Meter PRO [AC-PHM7] --- Since this is a brand new unit, the probe sensor needs to be cleaned and conditioned for calibration. --- For proper storage and conditioning, the meter includes a bottle of KCL (Potassium Chloride) storage solution. --- For a basic 2-point calibration, the pH meter also includes 7.00 pH [Mid] and 4.00 pH [Low] calibration solution. --- The pen does support a 3-point calibration, but does not include the 10.1 pH [High] calibration solution. For growing, the pH should never get that high anyways. The ideal averages are all below 7.00 pH [Mid to Low Points]. --- The meter also includes solutions for conductivity calibration, but don’t need these for tissue culture. --- Okay let's go! - [13:09]: Took the cap off of the unit and examined the new sensor probe. --- There was a tiny bit of condensation and a micro drops of the KCL storage solution in the cap. --- The glass sensor was clean, but the seal for the cap had a bit of mineral build-up. This is apparently normal for new meters. --- Swirled the probe in distilled water for a bit making sure to fully saturate the sensor and to rinse off the old KCL solution. --- Wiped the mineral deposits off with a clean paper towel. Disaster! I haven’t been able to see the plants for almost 3 weeks after catching Covid. This one looks like it hasn’t faired too well but we don’t give up. I had someone watering the plants for me but no nutrients. I’m guessing that’s why she’s crisped up so much. We will see, I’m back now and she’ll be getting some nutes on the regular. Fingers crossed we can get some nice bud.

These girls are doing great they love the bat shit. I am going to defoliate the photoperiod Runtz, I topped early on and it vegged like crazy.

She was ready, I was ready. Beautiful lady was super easy to trim, and for my first time, I hung the plant whole for drying. Powerful scent lets you know she is ready for the clippers. The mutant sister plant is 3-4 weeks away and still growing, so if I can update that later, I will.

Hello growmies, OK so if you wondering let me explain... I had 8 plants outside in a greenhouse tent. (Which some of you might remember) however whilst we had the best summer to date! Here in the UK it Was unfortunately a week and a day which in this great weather that I wasn't able to get there in the morning to uncover them. I had been using (black binbags) to help romote the 12/12 cycle.But they were left to long and the heat basically burn them all!!!! 6 of them I couldn't save. And 2 of them I did!!!! However that being said I had to cut the plants from the main stalk half way day the plant and anything above that point! ALSO putting the plants through that much stress I truly didn't think they would recover!!!! They have only EVER been fed water at a ph of 7.0. And the reason she has now joined the others indoors is because the weather and temp has dropped and seeing as she has some healthy buds. It would be a shame to lose her due to winter approaching. AND, my god does she stink to high heaven. Looking so crystallised and lime green in colour (at present). Tomorrow morning 27/09 I will give her 4ml per litre calculation if correct is 60ml for 15litres water. This is to ripen the bud. (Add nothing else) this has all the nutrients required with in that watering. 1/29/2024 - Day 29 - Week 1 Flower: She started showing preflower last week, but I'm calling this week 1 of flower. She is only 1 ft tall at the moment, which is much smaller than I'd like, so I'm hoping she will stretch over the next couple weeks. This is why I'm not a big fan of autos. I made one mistake with the heavy fouler feed, and my yield is going to be significantly impacted my that one mistake. It's my fault, but still frustrating.
