Week 17, and my garden is blowing my mind! It's like a botanical fireworks show out there. The buds are popping up like they're trying to outshine the sun. I'm so happy I'm doing the leafy dance of joy every time I check on them. I can't believe how beautiful everything is – it's like my garden is showing off just for me. I feel like a proud plant parent, watching my green babies grow up so fast. Here's to Week 17 – a week of beauty, happiness, and the joy of watching nature do its thing. Day 64 🌤️🌥️☁️☁️ 11-19 degrees and the humidity is around 65%. I started into the tenth week with an intense check of the main buds. Some of the trichomes are milky but the most are still clear. Maybe I‘m wrong. Some days ago I could spot some amber trichomes but the flowers expanded and it‘s not possible to find anymore amber ones. Watered 500ml pure rainwater. Day 65 🌤️☁️🌥️☁️ Today Tropicana needs a rest. She just want to sit and do nothing except waiting for sunshine warming her heart. In the evening she asked for water, potting soil lost enough weight. 600ml with 60ml light fermented flower and herb tee. ~100 ml drainage with PH 6,2. In the main flower it was possible to find a small amount of amber trichomes. Day 66 🌤️⛅️🌤️🌤️ 10-21 degrees, humidity 45-65%. This morning I understood, that Tropicana was not thirsty yesterday, she need to breath oxygen with her roots to feel happy. The beautiful smell is way not so intense since last night. I missed the strong smell when I opened the door to our balcony in the early morning. So no watering yesterday would be better. And my banana peel tee is not free of nitrogen, same with the herb and flower tee. Less is more will be written in my diary in the next days (weeks). Watching Trichome TV: I see more amber and I see that she needs more time after all this stress which I made for her. She told me that she is not only sick of water, she told me, that she hate to be moved all the time, too. Every move from A to B she would loose tiny roots and this would stress her a lot. When I checked the moisture I spotted too many of this root fly castings. Their mamas and papas had their orgie about a week ago and now they are eating the mulch layer roots as if there will be no morning. This is not Tropicanas day. But the sun is shining and tomorrow will be another day. Hopefully with a nose full of this tasty fruity and woody citrus smell. Day 67 🌧️☁️☁️☁️ 13-19 degrees, humidity 42-80%. This morning the smell was more intensive like yesterday but still not like before. The leafs show the first signs of fading and I‘m very nervous. This night will fall a lot of rain for several hours. But a part of our balcony is canopied, so Tropicana will be a little bit protected by me this night. I don‘t want to make another mistake, so I use this possibility. Anyway the plants are always wet after a strong rain, it‘s just a little canopy, but not soaked with water. Day 68 🌧️☁️⛅️🌤️ 15-21 degrees and the humidity is 74-85%. Tropicana feels better. The smell this morning was much more intensive then the days before. Day 69 ⛅️🌤️🌥️☁️ 15-22 degrees, humidity 46-89%. Tropicanas flowers are swelling and while she is maturing her smell is getting more intense and complex. Right now mandarin and an earthy woody smell, sometimes even a bit sour like a mixture of pineapple and lime juice. It‘s possible to find new colors in the flowers. There’s purple and pink, orange and ocher brown appeared. Tropicanas main flower looks like the harvest time is near, but the trichomes are still clear and just started to get milky. Anyway she is incredible fast, especially if to remember the extrem conditions with minimal temperature around ten degrees in the early mornings. Day 70 🌧️☁️☁️🌧️ 17-23 degrees, humidity 63-94%. In the next days we will have humid thunderstorm weather. There is even a warning for huge hailstones for tomorrow. So there is a risk of damage and mold because of high humidity. I will have an eye on this. Tropicana looks healthy, so I‘m not worrying too much anymore.

Week 21: August 16 2020 - August 22 2020 Great week, weather-wise except for some strong winds in the middle of the week. Some branches and leaves took some damage and went a little limp, but they all seem to have bounced back. Still more yellowing, I'm pulling dead leaves off the plants pretty much every day. I know it's natural and it has been a bit cooler at night recently, but I'm still a little bit concerned. Other than that, new growth is coming in strong, has a nice green color, and the little buds look healthy so far. First full week of flower under the belt. Thanks for stopping by. Cheers!

Accustomed to low production, we've been pleasantly surprised by how things are evolving through experimentation. We won't stop experimenting and learning. If anyone has any advice, we're open to comments.

Think it’s time to start flush, been a super easy one to grow

Plants are doing well. the Psychosis is catching up I've taking a video of my room too show the inside a bit better. Noticing some issues with my room set up. The 2" air stones are making too much noise at random points of the day/week. I assume the stones move slightly and cause a rattle noise when the stone is at a certain angle *** ill update this week more today after I have been to the hydroponic shop to pick up a few things Having some issues with the 2"airstones. Due to screeching and rattling. The let the perfect amount of air out for my 19l pots but the noise isn't worth it. Here is and 18" air curtain. Super silent and works great. I bought 30" curtains too.. They let even more air out and form around the pot better 👍

Da oltre venti anni che coltivo e sono sempre più felice della qualità proposta da queste magnifiche banche semi! Complimenti di cuore a chi ha selezionato e creato queste varietà autofiorenti. Crescono rapidamente,resistono agli afidi e alcune sfiorano il metro di altezza, tutte insieme sembrano una mini foresta! Iniziano a fiorire gradualmente ed essendo molto diramate tutte è spettacolare nel vederle! Appare la prima resina e sono in ottima salute. Sono felice fino ad adesso perché se guardate foto e video vi rendete conto che qui nel centro Italia in outdoor biologico abbiamo il migliore clima che si possa desiderare anche se questo 2023 fino a metà maggio ha piovuto tantissimo e ci sono stati sbalzi di temperatura, ciò non è stato un problema per queste varietà così forti e abbondanti! Adesso la magia è iniziata, il caldo è arrivato e non vedo l'ora di vederle piene di infiorescenze tutte! Si procede felicemente, un abbraccio a tutti!

Wow these girls have fatten up nicely over the last week. I am giving them at least 10 more days. They have some golden hairs and they are starting to get milky. I can't wait to try this strain out. 4/28 they each have grown an inch in a day and a half. Lightly defoliated a few large fan leaves to get light to the smaller buds underneath. This grow has been so easy. They have loved the coco and clay 50/50 mix and my nutes. I haven't increased anything in a few weeks. They have only had a few spots that may have been sun burns from a few light leaks that I noticed and covered with black crayon to fill the spaces, mainly around the zipper seam. Next grow I will increase from 6" pots to 8" self watering pots. They work like hydroponic without the bubbles. Watering twice daily keeps the buildup flushed out and with fresh nute water in the bottom of the pots, I have huge root balls under the inner pot. One or two weeks to go. Pink seems like she will be done first, followed by blue and purple. Green is huge so far but hasn't started to turn golden at all. 5/1 Had a friend stop by who actually works at a grow center and she told me that my babies were ripe and ready to pick. I'm not sure how everyone does it but she told me to pluck as many leaves as I could get to before turning the light off for 24 hours and then chop. She also said to hang the whole plant since they are small autos so I didn't harm the buds in the trimming and drying process. She said once they are dry to trim the remaining leaves for butter and oil for edibles then collect the buds from the stems. Pics will be added tomorrow of the drying setup. Last grow until September because we will be traveling for summer!!

Another week without any big issues! I am still figuring out this light though, I started lowering it now and it is at 100%. I am surprised how little heat it is putting off. I haven't had to remote mount the driver.

I got about 38/40 buds sites for now, so i topped the 2 plants and Lollipopping under screen.

We enter the second full week of flower. I went and got some nutes to start adding in sparingly to the watering sessions. Mild mix from Foxfarms of their Tiger Bloom formula. I didn't catch that the large plant's leaves were curling pretty tellingly so I didn't realize I was about to overload the nutes for that plant when I should have been flushing for a week. I had supercropped this large plant as it was 6" taller than the others but it bounced back so quickly. Five colas snapped and turned 90 degrees, bounced back in a day or two. It did allow the others to catch up a bit. I find that the one potential male I removed was 100 a male as it now had well developed pollen sacs. I had this plant outside alonside the other two potential herm/males. I put the two questionable ones on the roof and chopped the male down.

Her smell has lessened. She has gone thru re begging well. A couple areas that had purple sprouts died out. Indication it doesn’t want to flower yet. Bottom half shows flower type tops and top half shoes vegging tips. Time will tell in a week what she does next
