Hey everyone! Volume hasn't increased dramatically this week, but trichome production has gone into overdrive. And honestly, that makes me just as happy. Pistils are still almost entirely white, so the colas haven't fully expressed their potential yet. There's more to come. Temperatures hit 31°C during the day and 28-29°C at night, yet the Rainbows have maintained solid vigor throughout. Runoff EC came in only 0.2 points above input, so the nutrient solution stays unchanged. Plants are clearly in a good place. One thought though: could the trichome explosion be a natural defense response to the heat? What do you all think? 🤔 Good luck to everyone and as always critiques and advice are more than welcome! 🙌

Going to mainline this plant, was topped today at the 3rd node. Interested to see how this pheno turns out as I've done a few runs with this strain recently, both from seed & clone. Two very different phenotypes, 1 grew very bushy with bigger buds & the 2nd was quite different with smaller buds. Both were pretty similar when it came to quality & potency but phenotype 1 yielded more each time around an ounce +. She is in week 3 day 16

Hey hey growmies Week 3 went by without a hitch, however I transplanted a bit late, cause the roots of the plants to tangle, I had to snap a few roots, mainly the one from the Runtz pheno, she's a photoflower and will recover, the Wedding cake is already in pre-flower, so harming those roots would damage harvest. this is also the last week these plants will share the spotlight, they are now officially seperated from eachother. check back next week, ill go over my end goal of both diaries. 12-28 Scc got plain ph water. 3x got none. Just a day to show off their moves. 😂🤘 Scc is happy. I suspect she may not like plain water though. 12-29 3x plain ph water. 12-30 Scc half tsp build a bloom ( I put ml last week, think it was stuck in my head 😂), 1/2 tsp recharge, 1/8th tsp kelp and 1 ml drops. Upped the dose of build bloom from 1/4 to half tsp. Was only 310 ppm after stiring and desolving for several hours. Felt low, but taking it slow. 3x gets all the goodies on her next! . 12-31 Started a 2 gallon tea. 1/4 cup poo, 1 1/2 tsp build a bloom, 2 ml drops, 1/8 tsp kelp, 1/2 tsp recharge, 1 tbs molasses. Bubble bubble. Ppm is 612 brewing. 24 hrs Bring in the new year with some goodies! 💪🤘 Happy New Year! 1-1 Gabe them both the tea. Ppm was 623 ph 6.2. Mmm

Girls are thirsty still! Been having to feed/water every third day! It’s been so hot and humid, the humidity was in check but the temps hovered around 82-84 degrees in the tent this week. Gave them a light feed, with emphasis on the micro and big bud, along with two straight ph’d waterings. Tricomes are mostly cloudy with a few amber, and some clear still hanging in there. Another week for sure, maybe two or close to it. It’s a 7-8 week flowering strain, but after 16 weeks of growing, I don’t want to rush to the finish. This coming feed will be their last with nutrients and then PH’d water till harvest. I don’t flush, I just “rinse” and allow the plant to take the remaining nutrients for about 4 feeds. This seems to have worked out the best for me, flavour and smoke wise… stay tuned, here comes the good part 🇨🇦❤️🌱😎💨

All 9 seeds were placed directly in the soil on 01-01-2022, germination varied from 07-01 to 12-01 The Zamnesia seeds were the fastest and come out in 7 days, Anesia Seeds 8 days then Amsterdam Marijuana Seeds AMS and Fast Buds booth 10 days and last one was Amsterdam Genetics with 12 days Started with a lap power of 70% but i was fighting a bit to find the right balance in temperature Light regime ☀️24/0🌑 temp ☀️25/32.5 🌑 24/18 During seeding period the led lamp was set up at a distance of 25cm and turned down the power of 35% of his total power. Skywalker OG — Harvest / Trim / Cure Part 1 — The Giants Begin First of all, we want to apologize once again for dividing this harvest series into multiple parts. But honestly… there was simply no other way to do this properly. This Skywalker OG run became massive. Not just in terms of plant size and harvest weight, but also in documentation, photos, observations, and the amount of details we wanted to properly share with everybody following this journey. So instead of rushing everything into one overloaded update, we decided to divide the: * harvest * trimming * drying * curing * and smoke review into three, maybe even four different reports. Mainly because we are dealing with: three huge plants all with slightly different expressions, structures, and personalities. And honestly? These girls deserve proper attention. ⸻ Quick Recap — 12/12 From Seed This entire run was done: 12/12 from seed with almost no training at all. No topping. No aggressive manipulation. No heavy canopy control. Mostly: * gentle leaf bending * small adjustments * minor defoliation * and simply opening light paths where needed The rest? We allowed the plants themselves to decide. To grow naturally. To express themselves freely. To shape their own structure. And what they became honestly surprised us. ⸻ Legends Of The 12/12 Galaxy These plants did not become extremely tall. Instead… they became monsters horizontally and structurally. Massive production. Heavy flowers everywhere. Dense stacking all across the branches. Everywhere you looked: * colas * side branches * swollen flowers * branches collapsing under their own weight Support or no support… it honestly barely mattered. These girls were simply too heavy. The branches kept bunching, leaning, and dropping from pure flower mass alone. Exactly the kind of “problem” growers love having. ⸻ The Fade One thing we absolutely loved during the final weeks was watching the senescence develop naturally. Toward the end, these plants received mostly: * water * enzymes * patience And they faded beautifully. The yellows. The pale greens. The autumn-like transitions. The dying fan leaves surrounding swollen flowers. It gave the room this incredible “end of season” energy. The plants truly looked finished. Not forced. Not rushed. Just naturally reaching the end of their cycle. And visually? Beautiful. ⸻ The Flowers Honestly… these flowers are ridiculous. Huge colas all over the plant. Top colas. Side colas. Lower colas. Everywhere. And dense. Very dense. The kind of flowers where even holding them lightly leaves resin on your fingers instantly. You can see it in the photos too: our hands next to the flowers almost look small beside some of these colas. And we don’t exactly have tiny hands. The stacking came out incredibly effective too. No wasted structure. No airy towers. Just thick, compact, greasy flowers from top to bottom. Exactly the type of structure we hoped Skywalker OG would give us. ⸻ Harvest Day So finally… week 14 from seed arrived. And it was time. We harvested the first giant. And honestly, carrying this girl into the studio already felt surreal. Huge branches. Massive colas. Beautiful fading colors. Trichomes absolutely covering the flowers. Most of the trichomes sat exactly where we personally like them: * mostly cloudy * a touch of amber * and still a few clears remaining Because honestly? It is impossible to have every single trichome perfectly identical at once. And this specific harvest window gives us the balance we personally enjoy most: * potency * terpene expression * complexity * and overall effect balance Not too early. Not too late. Right in that beautiful middle ground. ⸻ Charas & Resin One thing that immediately stood out during harvest was how absurdly sticky these plants were. Simply removing fan leaves and touching flowers started building resin layers onto the gloves almost instantly. And naturally… we started collecting charas. For people unfamiliar: charas is a traditional hand-rubbed cannabis resin made directly from fresh living or freshly harvested plants. Unlike dry sift or ice water hash, charas comes purely from physically collecting the resin through contact and friction. And honestly? We absolutely love this type of medicine. There’s something incredibly old-school and ritualistic about it. Sticky. Greasy. Dark. Aromatic. Almost alive in texture. Very different from the finger hash we’ll later collect during dry trimming sessions. Fresh charas feels softer, oilier, richer, and incredibly expressive terpene-wise. This Skywalker OG produced beautiful charas too. Easy to collect. Very greasy. Very resin-heavy. Exactly the kind of resin that instantly tells you: “This plant is loaded.” ⸻ Full Plant Drying After harvest, we decided once again to dry the plants whole. Entire plant hanging. All of them. We personally love this method because it slows the drying process slightly and helps preserve: * terpenes * moisture balance * aroma complexity * and overall flower quality This first plant will now dry roughly: 7–10 days under: * 18–20°C * ~60% RH Although during the first couple of days we intentionally lower humidity closer to: ~45% RH mainly because these plants are extremely large and dense. And with flowers this thick, we prefer removing the initial excess surface moisture a bit faster to reduce risks of unwanted issues like: * trapped moisture * stagnant humidity pockets * or bud rot After that initial phase, conditions stabilize again for slower drying and proper curing preparation. ⸻ What Comes Next The next reports will continue covering: * the remaining Skywalker OG plants * their individual structures * harvest observations * drying progress * trimming sessions * cure * and eventually full smoke reviews All while still staying within this same harvest week timeline. Währ auch zu schön gewesen um wahr zu sein, dass alles glatt läuft 😌 Das Setup wird weiter und weiter an die Bedürfnisse der Pflanzen angfepasst und verfeinert. Der Luftbefeuchter ist jetzt nach draußen gewandert damit ich mehr Platz im Zelt Gewinne. Er läuft jetzt einfach dauerhaft auf Stufe 1-3, Statt nach Luftfeuchtigkeitsmessung. Ich habe die Gießmengen jetzt auf 500ml erhöht. Anfang der Woche noch mit 2ml Calmag pro Liter. Mit der MH App habe ich mir eine Art Tag-Nacht-Simulation gebastelt. PPFD liegt bei etwa 350-410. Am 18.03.2025, etwa mitte Woche 3, habe ich über der 4. Nodie die beide Fastbuds einem F.I.M.ing unterzogen. 😱 Ich bin mir nicht zu 100% sicher ob ich alles richtig gemacht habe. In meinem Kopf müsste es aber passen. 👉👈 Die 2 Tage nach dem Fiming verhalten sie sich trotzdem sehr gesund und machen einen fItten Eindruck. 💪 Gewachsen sind sie auch ein Stück. Ich bin mir nur nicht sicher was daraus jetzt erwächst 😵 Etwa zur gleichen Zeit verwandelte sich meine Bruce Banner in eine Zombie-Pflanze. 👽 Sie sieht aus als würde sie jeden Moment umkippen. Werder Tot noch lebendig. 💀 Dabei sah sich ein Paar Stunden zuvor noch recht Fitt aus. Keine Ahnung woran das liegt... 😟 In den 2 Tagem danach, wuchs sie nur minimal... besser als gar nichts... Ich werde sie weiterhin bis in die Blüte mitschleifen und gucken was passiert. 😒 Tja... Momentan ist dieser Grow eine einzige Wundertüte... 💩 Das stresst mich manchmal mehr als es sollte 😑 😅 Wünscht mir Glück 😇

Started the flush a few days ago and the fall colors have started to come through on this Wedding Gelato. Smells heavy of lemon citrus. Sticky icky.

Semana 10 - desde 27/12 hasta 03/01 *Luna Nueva el 02/01* 27/12: hoy realicé aplicación foliar Jabón Potásico. 1L con dos tapitas de producto. 28/12: hoy aplique Top Barrier. 10L de agua con 5ml de producto. Encontré muchas chinches chicas, se nota que salieron del huevo hace poco tiempo, máximo 2 o 3 días. Según me dijo un amigo Top Barrier ayuda mucho al transporte de nutrientes dentro de la planta… veremos que sucede ya que el 30/12 debo fertilizar fuerte con Top Veg y Green Explosión. 30/12: hoy tocó fertilizar con Top Veg y Green Explosión. 2ml+1ml x 1L de agua. En total apliqué 17lts de agua con producto y 5 litros de agua sin producto. El fertilizante lo apliqué con un riego por goteo improvisado; leí en internet que con la manguera para suero hospitalario se puede improvisar algo útil. No hay rastros de plagas por el momento. También ajusté los hilos de varias ramas. Ya que es mi primera vez cultivando una planta en suelo, me surgen dudas, hasta cuando debo seguir atándola? Es conveniente cortar en esta luna nueva los brotes internos mas cercanos al tallo? 01/01/22: hoy es la noche previa a la luna nueva. A las 18.30hs regué sólo con agua, directo desde el grifo. Regué el suelo y las hojas. Increíble lo vigorosa que se la veía después del riego.

This week marks the transition into the final phase of the plant’s lifecycle. I’ve officially switched to Overdrive, and the effect is already clearly visible — the buds are noticeably swelling and gaining density across the entire canopy. The stacking over the past days has been impressive, but now it’s shifting into pure bulk production. Calyxes are expanding, and the flowers are tightening up, especially on the top colas. Trichome coverage remains extremely high, with a thick, uniform frost layer from top to bottom — even the inner sections are heavily coated. Pistil development has progressed rapidly, with a significant portion now turned orange/brown, signaling that the plant is entering its final maturation stage. Despite that, there is still enough active growth to justify this last push with Overdrive. The structure remains compact and very controlled, which results in a dense canopy. While this limits some lower bud development slightly, the overall quality is consistently high throughout the plant. From this point on, it’s all about finishing strong. Estimated time to harvest is approximately 5 days, followed by the final flush phase. The plant is clearly approaching peak maturity — the finish line is now in sight.

Day 35 – The Auto Kush is beginning to throw out some nice flowers and is starting to frost up a bit. She continues to stretch as she has gained 6” in height this week and hasn't shown any signs of slowing. Continuing to feed the Nectar for the Gods nutrients and have added Triton’s Trawl (liquid fishbone meal that is rich in calcium from fish cartilage and is designed to deliver flavor, aroma and color to the finished product) and Aphrodite’s Extraction (a rich blend of sucrose, fructose, chelated nutrients, and organic acids necessary for enzymatic activity, and a complete balance of vitamins A, C, D, E, B1, B6 and B12, which are essential to a plants’ biological growth processes). These two additions are known to increases oil, resin, frost, and terpene production in flower. Continuing to add Recharge as a soil amendment to establish colonies of beneficial fungal and bacterial microbes. Temperatures are consistently between 74° - 78° and humidity between 30% - 45%. Soil pH is 6.5 and PPMs at 321 which is perfect for the Nectar for the Gods nutrient line. Added a homemade Co2 generator to boost carbon dioxide levels and to improve overall plant growth and health. – Zannabis7 Day 36 - Fed the Nectar of the Gods nutrients as indicated above and in photo. Added Recharge to the nutrient mix for microbes and to aid in the breakdown and uptake of nutrients. - Zannabis7 Day 39 - Fed the Nectar of the Gods nutrients as indicated above and in photo. Again added Recharge to the nutrient mix for microbes and to aid in the breakdown and uptake of nutrients. Killer kush fast version as being a non autoflowering with a non named rudelaris provides to the strain quite unstable gene pool, and may have more sativa than declared as commercial rudelaris branches from crosses lowryder 2 or white dwarf underneath besides the slight sativa pump that has west coast dank. why i do so much emphasis about? there were a hell a lot of phenos , including one that autoflowered THE FUCK , so, if you're going for this strain i would totally reccomend that take cuts from the one u liked, as i did had specimens that riped too early while others required more time to mature like a poster child og kush. Regarding to production, i do repeat that in clone you can archieve it's potential yet as seed is good , performing nearly 0,6 gxw with home bulbs is a good indicator that more professional, non experimental, experienced growers can fill the jars with this one easily !.
