So this is the Tear Down week. The timing of it makes it so i will need to the harvest flag in a few days when I can weight and test the plants. I have included the Cleaning, and Cutting and some Root Porn. I will make the harvest post in about 4-5 days, when I can trim these plants. There is a lot of Plant here. I got way more than I was expecting. I don't have a scale that measure this amount of plant, without taking like 10 measurements and then adding them together. So I will just be posting the dry weight. I will post the wet weight as dry weight * 1.65. Autopots: Wow, what a great product. I have been blown away by how well and how easy it was to work with them. They really did solve the watering issues. Excellent product. If you are a beginner, start with Autopots. -= Lessons Learnt =- - Overdrive the air to your Autopots. In my control plant, I used a small rectangle air stone (instead of a standard air dome). This lead to root rot and some other issues, it also put significantly less air into the water. The root rot, give the material for the Brown Algae to grow. Using a huge Air-disc-Air-Stone would be an excellent combo to mix in with the air dome itself. Something like this: https://www.amazon.ca/Pawfly-Diffuser-Suction-Hydroponics-Aquarium/dp/B01MY3AQ33 at the bottom and the air-dome on top of it, will be what I do with my next experiment. - Air stone in the reservoir. I had two instances where algae grew into the res. An air stone would have helped. It would have also helped my control plant get less root rot. Given the amount that the air-domes and air sources got engulfed, having the water have more o2 in it would have only been beneficial. - Don't grow 6 plants in a 4x4. Since my control plant was about 1/8th the size of the others, I think I could have grown 5 in the shape of a 5 (on a 6 sided dice)⚄ This placement would give a much more spaced canopy for airflow and more importantly light. The sides of some of the plants were lighter green and produced larf due to lack of light penetration. - This tent was on 19-5 schedule. This worked out very well for this strain. After every lights on, they were in the praying position, so this strain was able to recover in that 5hrs off. If I had more seeds, I would run these again, and try 20-4. I think this strain could handle it. All for all, I think I'm going to 19-5 as my default timing. This kept up a solid DLI. - Staring at .9EC (really .7 EC cause my water here is .2 EC) Then bumping up at .1 a week, until 1.6EC worked out VERY well. I experimented on this crop all the way up to 1.9EC, which burnt the tips of this plant. I think if I did this strain again, I would do 1.6EC until 3-4 weeks left then crank it to 1.9. It did plump them up when I went to 1.9, however it left them looking rough. Bulk was added though. - Sticking to 6.0PH for all of veg, and 2 weeks into flower worked great. The plant had solid and consistent color and leaf shape . The plant's did get hurt, due to some issues (as noted on the weeks). I switched to 6.5 PH in the last 3-4 weeks and it helped them recover, and plump up noticeably. -VPD. The #1 thing I focused on was VPD. I keep it .9kpa range, as best as humanly possible. It was honestly, HUGELY noticeable compared to my other grows. I know truly understand the value of properly dialed in VPD. This is the one lesson that will stick with me forever. - Super-cropping: On the plants I give the chiropractic treatment too, had much thicker stems as much larger channel internally. I did this treatment to 4 of the 6, and the 4 that had it done has larger buds and recovered from defoliation faster. TLDR; VPD is king. Super-cropping is worth the time. Keeping PH and EC dialed in were all wins. Autopots kick ass.

I had 8 seeds in a pill bottle that had been kicking around for a couple years. So I decided to see if any were good. I picked one good looking seed and sprouted it in April. As it grew I noticed that it looked like it wanted to start flowering early on. Being a new grower I didn’t even think it was an Auto. So I cut off the buds and tried to get it to veg. It stopped growing for awhile but didn’t die. So I started two more of the viable seeds I had. Once they were transplanted to one gallon pots I moved them to my greenhouse. The second one looked like it wanted to flower early also. I transferred the three to 5 gallon pots. It was then I realized I had auto unknown seeds. Because I didn’t know the names I decided to call them COVID unknown #1, #2, and #3. Or CU1,CU2,CU3. The first plant got really messed up but still produced 7 grams. The other two combined pulled in 2 ounces. Not to bad for 3 old unknown seeds!

Nervous and excited as it's my first grow. 1700hrs on the 1st I put them both in separate glasses and used bottled/spring water. PH was over 7.3 so I Ph'd it down to 6.4/5. Both have sunk to bottom of glasses by morning. All good so far. Still deciding whether to go paper towel next or wait and go straight into coco coir. Bit of a trial run about to go down 🤣. I feel like even with all the best equipment in the world, without some sound knowledge and some commitment and dedication youl still pull a shitty grow. Wish me luck..... Quick update! Once they dropped I decided to put them in their coco perlite mix, was advised by a gro shop dude to pop them in the mix now that they've dropped in a glass of water he said they'll be sweet 🤞🙏. Please dude 🤣🤣🤣🤣. He also said to get some canna A+B put through the mix beforehand as coco got no nutes and itl do the seedlings good. So I've gone on his advice but minimal amounts. Popped about 8ml of both in 2l of tap water, could have been 5,6, or 7ml aswell tbf only by eye. So got home and sorted that. Soil seems moist enough but not soaked. Now there potted I'm just hoping and praying for some good old smoke🤞🤞🤞🤟👊👊. Il keep the updates coming. Any feedback always welcome I'm not a dick. Don't be a dick either. Peace!..... Been tying these girls down over the week. Trying to spread them out more. They are looking healthy at least. No issues. No fungus gnats or any critters at all. Happy with it right now

They're getting limey tops and a little serrated so we gave them a full strength dose of calmag earlier today (will doc next week) and moved the light up a few inches..we expect they'll look better in a week or so... The Solux350 is kicking ass at 75% power, it looks like plenty of light to the eye however we do intend to run it at 100% after their flowering stretch.. not too much else to report,, great genetics and lighting make for easy weeks! Day 29 29/07/24 Monday Nice feeding today with De-chlorinated tap water pH 6. Gave her 300 ml and she had a small run off. Getting chunky in the stem now 💪💚 Day 31 31/07/24 Wednesday De-chlorinated water pH 6 today with Plagron pk13-14 5ml to 5L Plagron power buds 5ml to 5L Used 300ml of the 5L solution. I will be using these on water days from now on as they are advised to be used every irrigation. We'll see how they perform 💪💚 Day 32 01/08/24 Thursday Another feed today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6, there now taking 300ml every evening. Day 35 04/08/24 Sunday END OF WEEK 😁 De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 today with Plagron products. 300ml each. Had a issue with leaf invaders this week, I have treated and am checking every 48 hrs so far seems ok and not progressive. All plants look great, very healthy, one of the Overdose is way behind and due to space maybe culled at flower I'll see how she gets on.

Hey! I found something moving in the solution, when I was adding some water. I didn't really know what that was, nether know now. But I decided that they most likely not helpful for the plant, so I added some H2O2 to try kill it, it helped, when I was changing the solution next day, they didn't move anymore. I still added around 5 ml the top of the bucket's solution. It should be a good idea to change the solution after that, I though. I also wanted to wash her roots and sponge from air pump, so I did it 7 times with absolutely clean water and only by the end it wasn't looking terribly dirty. Nice practice to have is rootwashing 😁 Actually, it'd be better if I wouldn't need to do that. But as I did it, I think it helped her. Anyway I didn't stop cutting her, since I was doing it slow, now I cut off some lower branches that had already or would have in the future light deficit. So, now she looks kind of lollipoped too, I guess. It's better now, it was a hot week also. Even I'm growing indoor, actually air-condition is quiet far, and I didn't know how to use it properly. Smell is super strong.

Repoted them into 5 litre pots from pot noodle cups , pulling top fan leaves still . The side branches are catching up slowly.

She hasn't a lot of mass, she is very pungent. (Weirdly smells just like Swiss Dream Rose CBD). Gonna give her another week and then move under my bigger lamp. Nutrients Giving 450-500ppm of core NPK "master bloom" aswel as their full flowering line. Need to ph to 6.7. Using Biobizz ph + (only thing I don't like about it, it's black & gets everywhere, but is super as a buffer) DLI is 37-39 over 18hrs.
