Because I may be going away shortly I'm going to start in the final pot because sods law I'll be away when they need potting up. I'm running 2 photoperiods again, they are both from the MSNL catalogue. Plant #1 Lemon cherry gelato will be on the left looking in the tent and #2 Zoap will be on the right. This diary is focusing on #1 Lemon cherry gelato Nutrients. Then 1L water with katana roots @5ml/L Ec=0.3 PH=6.3/6.3 No runoff. Placed pot into tent with no light on. 📅2/10/24 Wednesday 📋 Dropped the seed into 40ml of water with 5ml/L katana roots and 0.1ml/L neutralise at 5.00pm. 5.00pm turned light on @ 100w 80cm above the soil, Ppfd=197, 24hr DLI=17.0 10.00pm placed seed into moist paper towel. 📅3/10/24 Thursday 📋 7.30pm tap root breaking through the side of the shell so put the seed into 12L fabric pot, and placed in the tent under constant light. Can't recall ever having a tap root coming through the side before. 📅4/10/24 Friday 📋 9.00pm looks like movement. 📅5/10/24 Saturday 📋 9.00pm not broke ground properly but cotyledons are visible and looks stuck in part of the shell casing. Day 0 ******************************************** Germination summery. 📋 Didn't take that long for the Lemon cherry gelato to start breaking ground, she seems to be struggling to open up at the moment and is a funny yellow colour. I'll give her a few more days and see if I need a backup seed.. Back soon. Take it easy. ********************************************

Day 113 The leaves are still a healthy green, with only minor fading visible on the lower foliage, which is expected at this stage as the plant begins to draw stored nutrients from older leaves. The sugar leaves surrounding the buds show a perfect balance of color, and the pistils are gradually turning amber and curling inward, signaling that the harvest window is approaching. The plant's overall posture is strong, with branches supporting the weight of the buds nicely - a good indicator of strong stems and well-managed airflow. The grow space looks clean and stable, maintaining ideal environmental control for these crucial final days.

01-11-2021: Good afternoon everyone... here we are again. My Bruce Banger will be ready in a week so I thought... I can probably germinate some seeds. I still have a lot of them (thanks to zamnesia) Every now and then I also post a report on Growdiaries and since you can only enter a competition there by using only one Strain I decided to put a round of Wedding Cake. I wanted to grow this variety when I still got my seeds from seedstockers, but found it too expensive at the time. Now I had two fish vouchers from zamnesia, each one good for 5 Wedding Cake Auto seeds. I didn't really like AFs per se (although I enjoy the result every day) so I called them and asked if I couldn't get Photos instead of Autoflowers... That was no problem at all, so I now have 10 have seeds. I have not yet found a method of germination on Hydro that works well for me, so we're going to do it in the most reliable way for me... old-fashioned in Cocos plugs. I let it fill itself with acidified (PH5.9) water and then provided each plug with a seed. I now put this under a 60W purple LED lamp that I still had from my very first cultivation attempt. Once they are up (I'm guessing/hope with a week) these will go into my budget system to grow there under 480W LM301H panels for a few weeks but with only 12 hours of light. The idea is to move these to the large closet as soon as they are about 4 weeks old, but that is not necessarily a requirement because you can also remove the lamps from that loft and move them to this room. That depends a bit on the size. What I'm going to test this round is how good/bad 12/12 from seed is doing in Hydro. Since most feeding schedules with hydro assume that you only pre-grow 1 week, I thought I might as well rule out that one week. In addition, from the moment the roots emerge from under the net pots, I want to increase the EC to 1.5 fairly quickly. I like small stocky plants without having to scrog. Maybe I'll top and maybe even mainline, but that depends entirely on the development of the ladies. In any case, there will be no feeding computer for the first few weeks (a bluelab Guardian) and as growth food they are given Hy-Pro Hydro A/B with Calmag (4-4-1 ratio). I expect very low temperatures in space so it won't be a banger. I have the impression that a correct root temperature compensates to some extent. I'm still looking for a way to transport the ladies in the right way (or I have to find a way to be able to use the same net pots in both systems). But that is of later concern. Since I only have 1 pre-growth room and 1 flowering room, I will put these ladies in a kitchen cupboard for the next week. The Bruce Banger goes on Sunday and then I can put them in there. The idea is to continue breeding on 12/12 from now on. After six weeks, new seeds will always germinate and no more than 5 at a time. I now make a round with originally 15 ladies, 3 of them were left behind in such a way that I took them out (to prevent rot) with the probable cause of too little light. 5 Planting will probably yield a little less, but hey, I can't finish it otherwise. And now my friends are very happy with my clearing days but of course that is not what I grow for. In addition, it also hurts a bit to give away 3-4 ounces after so many months of work. Steady healthy growth ive found no spidermites so far. Very chrystaline very beautiful. Very good recovery from spidermite damage so far.very exited to see how this goes. Red diesel smells very sweet and fruity other ones smell very strong but more earthy.

Four are females, two males and another two I still don't know The males I've already cut out and I believe that this week I'll know the sex of all! xD

Greetings from Russia my comrades! Thanks to all those who read me and support. I'm free, and that means that everything is fine and my little farm continues to grow. You know that I decided to grow for experiments parent plant and made him a bunk pot with his hands from a plastic Cup and bottle. Next, I plan to put it in a huge 90 liter construction tank. I want it to be a real tree! After I put a Cup with a plant in a bottle of 5 liters, it adapted and took root. After that, I gave her root stimulants and a working solution. She has derailed many new powerful roots and significantly has increased in growth. I removed five pairs of vegetative leaves from the Central stem, so that they do not block the light to the side branches. The plant is very cheerful, develops steadily.

I have not been able to post for a week because I broke my tent and had to order new one. The plants sat in the dark for a week as a result. Now they have been back in my new tent for 5 days. I started today with growth nutrients with an ec of 0.7 and PH 6.2 and in a few days I will top the plants.

Easy growing, decent yielder. I just wish the buds were a little denser but overall still impressed.

Starting to see pistils and definitely stretching. Everything seems to be going smooth. I'm defoliating slowly, just a couple fan leaves a day. I have a mini dehumidifier coming tomorrow to handle my humidity issues. I recommend anyone using Maxibloom as a nute to buy a magnetic stirrer to fully dissolve it.

Back from a short trip and they’re looking great! Looking ahead to my schedule, it became apparent I was going to need to harvest sooner rather than later if I wanted to be at my house for the first week or drying. Trichs were about 50% milky and maybe 5% amber on average. I decided I’d be staging th harvest over a few days. I was going to try washing them prior to drying to make sure the pm is neutralized and because two of the outdoor ones are probably covered in city soot 🙃.

Well, another week has passed and the end of the second week has come and the pistils have already shown themselves and I continue watering with top crop bloom, first time testing this fertilizer and I'm only using two of them, top veg and top bloom, next cycle I'm going to use General Hydroponics fertilizers because I have a friend who uses them and he's having great results, I still want to talk to my friends about this strain because I think it hasn't grown as it should, but anyway we're studying to improve ourselves for the next ones, the rest is all experience for the next ones it grows. =D

Keep watering with same nutrients mix, because I had add before to soil some extra worm castings, palm tree ash, bat guano and egg shells. Day 24. keep doing all the same feeding with 2.5L nutrients mix.

Day 36 Grow Diary Entry – Day 36 (Flower Day 16) Strain: Sour Frootz by Karma Genetics Plants: 4 clones Training: HST + SCROG Today is Flowering Day 16, and the Sour Frootz ladies are officially deep into the early-to-mid bloom stage. Bud sites are now well-defined, and the pistils are stacking up nicely. The stretch phase has slowed down slightly, giving a good window for structural management. To keep the canopy even and under control, I applied high-stress training (HST) by bending and tucking the taller tops through the SCROG net. I also reduced overall plant height by about 25 cm, evening out the top layer across all four plants. This should help maximize light penetration and bud development across the entire canopy. The plants handled the stress well—no signs of wilting or shock so far. With this structure locked in, the SCROG net is now fully supporting the horizontal spread, allowing more light to reach secondary bud sites. The aroma is intensifying slightly, a sweet, fruity tang starting to build up when brushing against the leaves. Everything is on track. Day 69 of flowering and still looking for the elusive Amber trichromes, they are 90% cloudy no amber 10% clear I will patiently wait I want to experience the more indica feel with these last few choice buds. Update Oct 19th 2017. Seen my first amber trich today, as I'm getting older I can't see through my loupe to view resin glands, so my wife showed me how too view them through pictures. All I can say is wow! She was able to zoom right in on them to get a good look. Maybe I will have to get a computer to show these fantastic shots I will uploaded ASAP YOU HAVE got to see them gorgeous girls see ya soon peace and love my brothers.
