🌱 Nectar Drip — Week 11 (GD) | Week 5 Flower (12/12 From Seed) 🔁 Quick Recap — How We Got Here We started this run 12/12 straight from seed, allowing each plant to express itself naturally without forcing a vegetative phase. From the beginning, the intention was simple: • Minimal intervention • Let structure build organically • Observe before acting As the weeks progressed: • Plants transitioned smoothly into flower • Structure began stacking early • Phenotypic differences became very clear Now here we are — mid-flower, where everything starts to reveal its true character. ⸻ 🌿 This Week — The Garden Speaks This week is all about confirmation. The plants are telling us, very clearly: Less touch, more trust. • Untouched plants → massive, explosive structure • Trained plant → slower development In a 12/12 from seed run, this is a key lesson: 👉 Plants behave as if they are already on a clock 👉 Every stress = time they don’t have And they showed it. ⸻ ❄️ Frost Report — “Queens on Frost” What we’re seeing now is not just resin… it’s intention. • Trichome production is fully activated • Sugar leaves are coated • Bud sites are stacking with visible resin heads early This is that stage where: You stop “hoping” for quality… and start confirming it ⸻ 🌡️ Environment & Uptake We kept everything consistent this week: • Temps: ~28°C • RH: ~65% • Strategy: Leaf VPD-driven approach • Water intake: ~1.8L per plant/day Even slightly above “textbook” temps, the balance works because: 👉 Humidity supports transpiration 👉 Plants are actively drinking and processing Result: • No stress signals • Strong metabolism • Consistent nutrient uptake ⸻ 💡 Light Intensity — Reading the Canopy Light intensity across the canopy is currently ranging between 800 and 1500 PPFD, depending on plant size and proximity to the light. This variation is intentional — taller plants naturally sit closer to the source, receiving higher photon density, while smaller ones remain in a slightly softer zone. Rather than forcing an even canopy, we’re allowing each plant to find its own optimal exposure. The key observation this week is simple: they are loving it. No signs of light stress, no bleaching — just strong uptake, active drinking, and increased resin production. It’s a good reminder that in this stage, light is not just about intensity, but about how each plant interacts with it individually. ⸻ 🍃 Defoliation — Controlled Chaos This week we introduced defoliation. Let’s be honest: It went a bit deeper than planned. But still within reason. What we did: • Opened inner canopy • Improved light penetration • Increased airflow through stacking sites What to watch now: • Recovery speed • Bud swelling response over the next 3–5 days In this style of run, defoliation is not about control — 👉 It’s about guidance without interruption ⸻ Nutrient Talk — pH Control (Lemon Kick vs pH Plus) Let’s make this one educational. 🍋 Lemon Kick • Organic-based pH regulator • Naturally lowers pH • Adds a mild buffer effect What it is: Gentle More “biological-friendly” Works well in living or semi-organic setups What it is not: Not instant/aggressive Not ideal for large corrections ⸻ ⚗️ pH Plus • Mineral-based pH increaser What it is: Fast Precise Stable adjustments What it is not: Not organic No added biological value ⸻ 🧠 Takeaway We’re not choosing sides — we’re using tools. • Small corrections → Lemon Kick • Bigger adjustments → pH Plus Balance ideology. ⸻ 🌳 Structure & Canopy • One plant clearly dominating in size • Others following similar stacking patterns • Internodal spacing tightening • Bud sites forming consistently across the canopy Everything points to: 👉 Strong mid-flower foundation ⸻ 🔮 What To Expect — Next Week Now it gets serious. Expect: • Bud swelling phase to begin • Increased density in existing sites • Even heavier trichome production • Possible first signs of terpene shift Also: 👉 Plants will tell us how they felt about the defoliation 👉 This will define how much we intervene again (or not) ⸻ 🤝 Gratitude — From Grower to Growers To everyone walking this path with us: • The OGs who’ve been here since day one • The new eyes just discovering the journey • The supporters, the silent watchers, and yes — even the critics If it crossed our path, it shaped the energy. To: • The genetics behind these queens • The nutrition supporting the run • The GrowDiaries platform for hosting this journey • And the entire community pushing the culture forward From grower to growers — respect. 📡 DELETED @ 1K Please stay tuned.we never quit https://www.youtube.com/@TheDogDoctorOfficial NEW 🙏 Thank you for your patience and continued support. Photography is part of the story — it’s how we share the fine textures, the glow, and the quiet details that words can’t always capture. I’ve also started experimenting with photo stacking — a technique where multiple images, each taken at a slightly different focus point, are layered together to create one perfectly sharp image from front to back. It’s not digital enhancement or AI; it’s pure photography — a way to reveal the plant’s beauty in microscopic depth, from trichome to petal. You’ll even see a few shots of "ghost me" capturing the shots — camera, lens, setup — because every grow deserves not just to be cultivated, but documented like art. So starting week 3 or week 2 of veg. I upped my feed schedule to 4 times a day as well as upped the ppm to 550. Decided to finally named the plants. Left hand side is Amy and the right is Rose. I have been using doctor who characters for my plant names 🤓. Well it’s day 17 and rose is looking really good and robust. Amy on the other hand is still a bit small and looking like she has some sort of deficiency. Even though both plants have been treated the same. I am going to just keep doing what I am doing and hope she will catch up in time. She is slowly looking better and better. Other than that I am hoping to start my LST at the end of this week. I will update this week as it progresses. This actually about day 11 after sprout and starting veg. With that being said I did start a little light LST on rose. My last grow I had a similar issue where one plant was half the size of the other of the same strain. It made flowering awkward in my setup. So I am really going to concentrate on keeping rose as close to the same height as Amy. I’ll use LST as much as I can then I will be scrogging them as best I can.

68 days since my little girl sprouted from seeds🌱 Eleventh week of growing my SUNSET SHERBET AUTOMATIC 🍨🍨🍨 Nutrients: For the POWER BUDS Contest – Zamnesia + Plagron (seeds and nutrients as sponsorship) Nutrients: During this period I only add flushing - Advanced Nutrients Flawless Finish - For plants, rinsing is very important to get rid of pollutants, fertilizer salts, toxins and other harmful substances, so your harvest smells better, tastes better and therefore commands a higher price 😋👌 Advanced Nutrients Flawless Finish is the only product that is completely safe for plants and very effective 💚⭐ Supplement for more efficient flushing of the substrate from fertilizers in the final phase 🌾💓 It contains powerful cleansing ingredients called EDTA along with special ingredients like citric acid 🍋 and magnesium sulfate. It can also be used in case of over-fertilizing the plant 💩 It is also suitable for hydroponics and aeroponics 🌴🌿 -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- ------- In general: SUNSET SHERBET AUTOMATIC 🍨🍨🍨- The girl's leaves are completely yellow and dying 🍂. I think the girl didn't handle the ph 😥 somehow I couldn't keep it right despite using Biobizz PH regularly- 😕 Her main cola has really grown a lot, she is strong, massive 🏵️🌸. I will definitely harvest it this weekend 💚 Unfortunately I got mosquitoes/Sciaridae dark mold in my tent so I planted yellow sticky rosehips and sprayed the plants with homemade nimbus oil spray which is organic Training: Since the girl grew like this, she doesn't even have many leaves and her branches are automatically shaped the way they are, so no extra training, I just removed some yellow and dead leaves 🌞💚🍂🍂 Buy seeds on Zamnesia Seeds website with discount code: ZAMMIGD2023 - 20% off ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ https://www.zamnesia.com/ 👆👆👆👆👆👆👆👆👆👆👆👆👆👆👆 Light: Mars Hydro TS1000 The plants respond effectively and the light is technically very well managed - I try to have 50 cm between the light and the plants, so I move it up regularly. But with this plant, the gap between the tip and the light is about 5 cm 💡💡💡 Thanks for the likes and you can follow me on X / ❌: @ Targona666 See you soon 😍

Week 6 Dec.9 - Dec.15, 2019 Dec. 19, 2019 The girls are adapting to the new environment very well. I have noticed since being these 600w HPS lights they get a whole lot thirstier. I've up the watering to 1/2 gallon per day. ZKZ #3 is recovering from the broken stem very well. CS #3 is growing very lanky and taking its time producing bud sites. Not sure it likes the LST method. I've noticed a leaf or two have some discoloring. Not all leaves on all plants. Just one or two on two separate plants. The last pic shows this. Any experienced growers....I welcome your thoughts. Dec. 15, 2019 Started to notice the top set of leaves showing some signs of light stress at about mid week of this week. Thought I had a nutrient problem but after further checking, I think I narrowed this down to lights being too low. They started at 18, then 24, now I have them at 28". I also reposition all the plants that are trained the same way together so I can get the correct light distance. Tall plants at "28. The plants that were bent to the side, those lights are 24"

Missed last weeks updates but havent had much interaction with the plants lately. They look fine with that though. 🤷‍♂️🏽 Veg tent is a little overfull so I tried to point out which ones were the white widow for you. The other in there are glueberry clones in the back and moose n lobstah clones in the front. Might document the m & l clones not sure yet.

February 20, 2019 update: Pretty much just waiting for these girls to be ready for harvest. Everything is moving along nicely at this point. Planning on feeding until the end of February, then starting a 2 week flush - at least with the Cherry and DinaMed, I may let the Critical+ and Cookies & Cream go a little longer. Fed MegaCrop, Cal+Mag Pro and Mammoth P this week. I've used up the last of my Mammoth P at this point. It will be MegaCro & Cal+Mag Pro only until flush. All pics were taken with the lights on. I tried color correcting the best I could, but the pics really don't represent the actual colors very well. Usually I try to get some pics with the lights off also, but I was not able to do that last week. I'll make sure to get some better pics next time. 👍

WEEK 13 - (05/23/2021 - 05/29/2021) Week 5, Day 32 - FLOWER: 05/26/2021 Tap water: 229ppm, 9.2 pH, 70.5℉ + FF Big Bloom: 60ml/6 gallons + FF Tiger Bloom: 45ml/6 gallons + Fish Shit: 12ml/6 gallons + Cal-Mag: 15ml/6 gallons + HydroGuard: 6ml/6 gallons + pH Down (7.5 pH before added): 20ml Mixture: 779ppm, 5.9 pH, 70.4℉ ppm/ppm = runoff/soil JB#1 - 1249ppm/461ppm, 6.3 pH AP#1 - 1330ppm/551ppm, 6.6 pH AP#2 - 1420ppm/641ppm, 6.6 pH GC#1 - 1610ppm/831ppm, 6.3 pH -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Week 5, Day 35 - FLOWER: 05/29/2021 I’m pretty sure I used a little too much of the Tiger Bloom in my last 2 feedings. I used ¾ strength on that particular nutrient and it seems to have caused some nutrient burn. The leaf symptoms are matching with that of an excess in either Potassium or Phosphorus as well (on the Jelly Bananen). The Glookies seems to be suffering the most, also, showing signs of what appears to be a mildly serious calcium deficiency. However, I’m unsure due to the overfeeding. Next time I feed these girls I’m going back to ½ strength on the Tiger Bloom. Lesson learned. Tap water: 226ppm, 9.1 pH, 71℉ + HydroGuard: 8ml/8 gallons + pH Down: 27ml Mixture: 270ppm, 6.3 pH ppm/ppm = runoff/soil JB#1 - 1350ppm/1080ppm, 6.5 pH AP#1 - 1180ppm/910ppm, 6.7 pH AP#2 - 1450ppm/1180ppm, 6.8 pH GC#1 - 1680ppm/1410ppm, 6.3 pH -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [SUMMARY] Well, I learned a valuable lesson this week: DO NOT use Fox Farm nutrients at anymore than half the recommended strength from the feeding chart. Despite the error in my ways, the plants are all looking pretty good still. The 2 plants that seem to be most affected by the overfeeding is the Glookies #1 & Jelly Bananen #1. The Glookies have had issues here and there throughout the grow, so it doesn't come as much of a surprise that it is responding how it is. Both of the American Pie phenotypes seem to be the most resilient of the group. Aside from the late start on AP#1's bud development, these two phenos hardly seem phased by the increase in Tiger Bloom. Regardless, I am still going to go back to ½ strength. I can hardly believe 2021 is almost halfway over. Federal Legalization of Cannabis in the United States is looking like a very real possibility this year. The mask mandate has been lifted. Halo Infinite is coming out in November. My first grow is almost at it's end. 2021 is looking to be incredible. It's all a mindset. See you all next week! And remember: Don't drink and drive, smoke and fly. 🙏 "Well, I'mma be here for a while, longer than I did expect to I was out of town, gettin' lost 'til I was rescued Now I'm in the clouds, come down when I run out of jet fuel But I never run out of jet fuel" - Mac Miller
