This week hopefully i will get some good growth rate so I can perform topping and lst in week 3, my temp is quite high today reaching 34 degrees it just shows the resilience of these little plants. Humidity is at a steady 40% which I don't mind as then flowering plants need that. Day 18 on barneys watermelon zkittles and I changed the light and installed the ac infinityn 6 inch just need to put the filter on but need brackets its a beast lol. All mounted and tested all is good. Tomorrow I will be feeding molasses and phed water and topping the barneys watermelon zkittles. Day 19, good growth nodes are getting longer now, im not sure.if to top and lst or let it run and grow and minor lst and defoliation. Any input would be much appreciated. day 27 flowering: The Blue gelato has some beautiful forming buds on her that remind me of ice cream oddly enough. She smells nicely if sweetness. sticky to touch and healthy as hell. I am a little dissapointed with her node spacing and hope her bud sizes can make up for it. she would have been better in scrog than quadlined i think but lessons learned. Do love her look though.

23.08 The Drainmaster moved into the tent to control the drain. Defoliated and lollipopped them. 25.08 First run with the drain system. Nutrient Solution (Tank): Volume: 8.5 L EC: 3.05 pH: 5.5 Nutrients: Advanced Nutrients Micro/Grow/Bloom + CalMag Irrigation Run: Pump time: 30 minutes Total Drain: 5.0 L (≈ 60%) Drain EC: 2.6 Drain pH: 6.0 🔎 Observations Drain volume was far too high (target is ~20%). Drain EC lower than input EC → medium was relatively “empty”, plants absorbed nutrients quickly. pH drift from 5.5 → 6.0 shows some buffering effect left in the reused substrate, but limited. Substrate behaves more like coco than soil now (low buffer, fast response). 💡 Insight / Lesson Learned 30 minutes pump time is way too long → resulted in 60% runoff instead of 20%. For 8 × 1 L pots, a single irrigation event should be ~1.0–1.2 L total, with ~200–250 ml runoff. Solution: shorten pump time to ~5 minutes and re-test runoff. Better approach: run shorter, more frequent irrigations (daily) with a lower EC (2.0–2.2), instead of heavy feedings (EC 3.0) only 3× per week. This will keep EC more stable in the root zone and prevent salt buildup in the tiny 1 L pots. 27.08 Adjusted the pump timer to 5 minutes, gave the first dose of PK13/14.

So far so good. Going into the final week of VEG. This week I have been busy with lollipopping the bottom some more and kept tucking multiple times a day to try to get that net to be full. I'll give it maybe 5 more days before flipping to flower. One of the plants was a bit too dark green IMO, so decided to flush out that pot to prevent EC running too high an risking nutrient burn. She seems to have been recovered from that.

Fattys are growing and seem to be thirstier.Used foliar spray to help the leaves and also started tucking. When the plant was topped pistils were seen for first time.

🌱 Grow Diary Update 🌸 What’s up! It’s Week 7, Day 1 of flower, and the girls are keeping me on my toes. 🌿 After getting the PPMs back in range last time, they’ve crept up again, so it’s flush time once more. 💧 I think letting the coco dry out too much between waterings might’ve been the culprit. Lesson learned—keeping a closer eye on that from now on! Besides that little hiccup, everything’s looking good. These buds are getting juicier and stinkier by the day, and there’s no serious nutrient burn, so we’re still in the clear. 🙌 Wish me luck as I ride out these last couple of weeks—hoping to finish strong! 🍀 Catch you in the next update! 💚

DAY 59: The Lucky Charms has been very stubborn in revealing its sex. I think I have a confirmed pollen sack posted above, but will wait another day or two to make sure. Its giving me low-level anxiety worrying about it pollinating my flowering female in the same room. The White Widow is itching for some training and a larger pot. I've been using LST to try and open her up, but by the next day, a bushy node has filled the void. Unfortunately, the veg area of my tent is a bit tight, and it will be another 6 weeks or so before the flowering room is available for late-veg. I also just started 2 clones and 3 seedlings so its about to get packed in there lol. A work around for this would be to switch the WW to a 5-gal soon, keep it in the flowering room for the 12 hours of light [lights in the flowering room are on during nighttime hours (KEEPS ELECTRIC BILL DOWN)], then pull it out in the morning for an extra 6 hrs of sunshine. This would free up room for the incoming babies, as well as liberate the WW from the tight space. Because I have a feeling this White Widow is going to be a monster of a plant pretty soon.

The Ztrawberriez Auto is very resistant has a great sweet strawberry smell throughout the garden. As you can easily see from my grow question, I was initially afraid for the plants due to the high temperature in the greenhouse (as soon as the sun shone ~40 degrees). It turned out that the plant seemed to like it and rewarded me with beautiful buds with purple tips. Growdiaries won't let me delete the question otherwise this would have happened long ago... She finished very quickly and took just 70 days from seed to harvest. All this confirms that fastbuds is the right address for autoflowers. I'm already looking forward to the next run.
